Why on earth does the Wiki and searches about NukaWorld claim Preston becomes hostile if present for Taken for a Ride or spoken to after the player becomes Overboss??? I’ve played the entire DLC twice now, different PCs, different saves, regular and survival, and I took Preston both times for the DLC??? I never even got a ‘disliked’ from the man, except for being too forgiving to Harvey. He loved a lot of my sass at the Raiders?? And if I talked to him just would say I’d shown him I’m one of the good guys/repaid my trust in him. I mean, I’m sure if you agree to go Raider and like, kill settlers and shit. But I completed most of the questline short of taking over settlements or hurting innocents (took over the park, turned on power, etc) first save, and still completed grand tour and home sweet home on survival, before Open Season. I romanced the man in the overboss office yesterday before starting my raider killing spree. He never doubted I was just scoping out the place, which I was.

Mokrin - By Gyeoma (8/10)

Would you marry a savage from far across the sea? Somebody with no manners, who decided to marry you the second they saw you? A heartless demon with no mercy? No? Good, because it's all a misunderstanding and the "savage" is actually quite a catch.

Kidnapping and marriage. It's really hard to get that right without being creepy. Mokrin is sixteen when she meets her groom. Her groom, Eonyeong, is eighteen. He is also a complete stranger from a foreign land.

Eonyeong literally picks up Mokrin when he sees her.

Mokrin is from an extremely conservative and isolated clan called the Cho. Their island is surrounded by giant man eating fish, so they have lived in peace for centuries. Eonyeong is from a really strong sailing clan, that can easily defeat the fish to get to the island. His clan is literally called the Fiendbloods, and everybody is afraid of them. They're rude and they're obsessed with strength. The Cho are actually the abnormal ones. They are too sheltered. Without the man eating fish they would be really vulnerable to raids. They think the Fiendbloods are raiders, but they aren't.

The Fiendbloods want to trade with the Cho. They are shipbuilders, and they also hunt for treasure, but they aren't as evil as they look. Um...I swear...Eonyeong does make his people look bad though. He tells his mother, the chief, that he wants to abduct this cute girl he found. The Chief...is proud of him. Apparently she also kidnapped her husband. Bridal kidnappings are traditional in a couple of cultures but...um...Mokrin's brother and father are clearly horrified. Her father adamantly does not want her to get married, because she's too young.

Eonyeong says he will wait five years, but no longer.

Mokrin looks like a generic pretty woman, but she's not. After a four year timeskip the Fiendbloods visit for her elder brothers wedding. They bring gifts but their manners still scare the locals. At twenty Mokrin seems a little frustrated with her life. She has friends. The son of the island doctor is interested in her, but she wants to be more independent. The Cho do not hunt meat with spears. They mostly eat vegetables and bread, but Mokrin likes rabbit. She enjoys hunting, so she does it in secret.

Gender and culture both have a role here. The Cho are sort of fussy and snooty. They think it's unbecoming for a woman to hold a weapon. That's part of the reason why nobody respects the Fiendblood chief...she's a woman. Anyway Mokrin's spear carving hobby got her in trouble as a kid. Her father is very overprotective. She doesn't like it, but she loves him. She believes her father's nonsense. Her brother and father both believe that Eonyeong will forget about her, and kidnap some other woman while he's travelling. The entire island thinks the Fiendbloods are awful, so Mokrin does too. She hopes that her groom won't come for her.

Their first meeting was absolutely awful.

I can't really blame her for not liking him. He is firey and he seems very irresponsible. He is impolite like the rest of his clan, and he did pressure Mokrin's father. During the marriage negotiations he said he wasn't willing to wait more than four days. He actually wanted to marry the same day he met Mokrin. Mokrin's family had to beg on their knees to convince Eonyeong to wait.

When Eonyeong arrives he's sweet but unstable. He thinks Mokrin has been waiting for him. He cuts his hair because he thinks Mokrin doesn't like long hair. He yells and screams at men when they stand near her, but he also makes a spear for her. He supports her hunting hobby and he can definitely train her.

Well, we've reached the awkward sub-plot. The doctors son is an ok guy, but he's a Guy. He thinks women should stay home, cook, and be cute. Now that Mokrin is of marriageable age he's interested in her. He also thinks she's learning to hunt because the "savage" is "corrupting" her. Yeah. Ew. Mokrin is thoroughly grossed out by his behaviour, and she realizes that she likes Eonyeong.

There's another...bad scene though. Eonyeong stalks her whenever she's with other men. It's presented in a funny way, but he is very clingy. Also violent, but in the end Mokrin picks up her spear. She hits Guy to make him stop trying to kiss her, and then Eonyeong brings her a boat. A boat that he built her with his own hands.

It's a wedding present.

Eonyeong starts learning how to be romantic, and Mokrin saves him from a man eating fish. He tells her she's the best and only woman for him, and I assume this story will end when they marry. It's simple. Almost too sweet, but the Fiendblood culture basically encourages possessiveness. I would say the humor is above average, and dumb possessive men are more fun than Abusive Asshole #33637

2. When I think I truly started to like them (or dislike them, if you’ve sent me a character I don’t like)

I mixture of 2 things made me into a true Boone hater. No.1 is When I first played New Vegas I thought the Khans were kinda wack, not really evil but I didn't really like them either. Then I got the line from Jack about Papa being "a softie at heart" and it immediately made me rethink them. And me being more sympathetic towards them made me question the rest of their treatment at the hands of other characters in the game, one of whom being Boone. No.2 was seeing how wack his fans were about defending his actions and how much they will make shit up about him to justify his actions. Like idk I saw fem!courier number 8784589 loving stroking Boone's arm and tearfully say "its soo sad you were forced to kill those raider children but don't worry I forgive you" and I just snapped ig

6. My least favorite ship of them

I hate Manny/Boone with a firey passion for real there is a special place in my heart dedicated to hating that ship. I just hate everything about it, Manny's conflict with Carla is interesting enough just stemming him being from a poor family in North Vegas and her being from a more well-off family from the Strip, you don't need to add romance to it to make it more ~spicy~. At no point does he even allude towards being in love with Boone, he's just pissed off because he hates his besties wife. I hated my bestie's boyfriend and it wasn't because I was in love with her it was because her boyfriend was a prick. And I feel like there's a lot of people really into it who don't really seem to notice the connotations they're cooking up. Like seriously can we not have the canonically gay brown/latino man be the spiteful jealous ex-lover who is trying to steal the poor innocent white soldierboy away from his loving wife guys cmon do these people not know how bad this makes them look. I'm gripping these people by the shoulders and shaking them very hard. Anyway I hate it so much let my OC fuck Manny instead <3

Awful. Not only is he emotionally constipated but he's also former military, basically a marine, so I think he'd just order his kids around and be like :/ when they don't do what he says. And that's me being nice about it, I've had plenty of ex military men scream in my face as a child for crying, I don't think he'd be that bad but he wouldn't be good. Maybe it's hot take but I don't think it is considering he shot his own wife and also countless Khan children so I don't think it's too much of a stretch to think he doesn't take any special considerations when handling kids. He'd expect them to function as NCR recruits or would just ignore them <3

I just found my old apocalyptic Warrior Cats AU. It's so old that I used canon characters at first until they turned into OCs.

It was called The AtroCITY (emphasis on City because it took place in a city) and book 1 was called Totalling Eclipse.

It was about the clans being destroyed by basically nuclear fallout and the humans being gone for a legitimate reason.

They remain in the forest territory before moving onto the cities and they meet a cat named Cipher who runs this whole colony dedicated to surviving in this wasteland.

There were raider dogs, civil war disputes between the now united clans and generally just trying to survive in this situation.

All the dogs and cats and other animals shared a common tongue but with a bit of a barrier.

I am reworking it now and now the main character is this gal named Solarpaw because her original name was Solarpaw and I refuse to change because I love how bizarre it is :D

Solarpaw is a character I had for over 7 years now and I love her.

Her original design

She had powers from a gem and was white and evil.

Solarpaw now has powers from a gem, is black, and now a good guy xD

and then the era of The AtroCITY went from Warriors to a Ginga era of a blue akita taking care of the last human to Warriors again... man I should actually bring back Silver and the last human plot for the story actually-

Smudge and a lot of my favorite character were in the story because this was before I read about Squirrelflight and Leafpool and my kit names for Firestar before they became OCs were Icepaw and Redpaw... I dunno what I was doing with those names...

Oh wow! This is a neat au/wc fanstory idea, I'm always a big fan of xenofiction that takes place is some kind of post-apocalyptic world where animals grow their own society so much so that I got one of my own. SolarPaw has such a cool design, you just gotta keep the power gem in there, just gotta.

Also holy shit that last human plot is so cool and also sad as hell.. good lird. RedPaw as in SquirrelFlight's red fur and IcePaw as in LeafPool's… uhm, hm, something that has to do with LeafPool

This post from @preserves42 got me thinking because that kind of critique has been bothering me lately, too.

Indy’s whole motive in the movie is preventing the Nazis from taking the Ark. He doesn’t personally care what powers it has. In fact, he spends half of Raiders believing that it doesn’t exist, and when he actually finds it, he wants to protect and preserve it. It belongs in a museum and not with Nazis! Most importantly, he has pure motives for going after it: protecting and preserving history and Marion. When he realizes that it’s the real deal and has supernatural powers, his motives don’t change.

Knowing what it does could make him power-hungry, but it doesn’t. The point of the movie isn’t that Indy doesn’t need to be there because they die anyway. The point is that Indy is an average person who stands up for his beliefs, who does his part in stopping evil, who uses his skills to outsmart the bad guys, who loves his friends, who faces the unknown with an open mind and an open heart.

The only reason Andromeda dropped off abruptly in November is because I still can't get the launcher to, well, launch without crashing my computer. But one sweet day, my beloved Andromeda and I shall be together again! 🤗😉

Both @mrtobenamedlater and @naranghim have kindly offered me a ton of great advice on repairing my old man here. *pat-pats my faithful computer whose only fault is getting old*

It happens to us all, after all!

Anyway, at least I still have had the MCC or I swear, I would've gone off a light bridge somewhere!

So, my Gaming Goal for 2024 is to, first of all, have a working computer again so I can play whatever I want. Then immediately following that, I want to finish my Scott/Peebee and Scott/Jaal playthroughs of Andromeda and I will have officially romanced everybody! 🥳💖

I'm definitely hoping to get the achievement for playing Halo: Reach on Legendary in under 3 hours.

I'm currently on track to finish Reach in... about 5-6 hours right now 👀 but hey, Reach is HARD on Legendary, what can I say? 🤷‍♀️ It just took me 1 hour 18 minutes to get through "Long Night of Solace" and, if you know Reach, then you know that space battle is a PILL. I need to find a better strategy than "Hide behind Anchor 9 and wait for everybody else to kill the enemies." It's a solid strat when it comes to surviving but it takes forever and you don't have that sort of time in a speedrun, after all. (The par time is 25, btw. *laughs in "I'm never making anything close to that but will try to get other missions under par so to have some room for it"*)

Anyway, I'm not afraid to have to grind for this achievement, it'll be even more awesome then when I get there, right? 😎👍

There I go, soaring into the air to achieve my dream, just like Emile achieving his dream to, um, be launched into a parking lot??? (I adore how he turns in mid-air to still aim at the Banshees, lol! That's Spartan dedication, frens! 🤣)

But the main thing I want to do is to try some of my other games, such as the original Mass Effect trilogy, Star Wars: Fallen Order, Portal 1 and 2, Titanfall 2, Tomb Raider (2013), Dead Rising, Metal Gear Solid V: The Phantom Pain, and Dragon Age Inquisition! Those are just a few of the awesome games waiting for me in my Steam library! 🤗🤗🤗 I'm hoping to eventually pick up Detroit: Become Human, Resident Evil Village and Baldur's Gate 3 one day, too! 🤞😣🤞

I'm really curious about why you don't like freeing Orpheus, actually. Most people I see talking about this choice always does it

from a meta pov, pretty much anything that's good for the githyanki is going to be absolutely terrible for every other sapient species in the realms. they're (mostly) space faring fascists, raiders, and slavers with little to no regard for any life but their own. vlaakith is an evil tyrant, but her biggest pre-occupation is her own power and immortality, which means she culls her own strongest warriors - orpheus would see those warriors put to better use. after all, mother gith intended to conquer all planes of existence after defeating the illithid empire. with that in mind, i personally don't see an incentive to free orpheus at all unless i was playing gith or romancing lae'zel. i think i would have found the choice more compelling/difficult if perhaps the emperor did somehow betray you or turn out to be much shadier than he was, or if we saw a different (non-lae'zel) side to the githyanki that was anything but "it's slaughterin' time" and industrial strength racism. i found the writing a tiny bit lacking in terms of making it a tough or interesting choice.

from my main tav's pov, who may or may not be *ahem* easily swayed by the emperor, it's a nonsensical choice from every conceivable angle. firstly, every single gith bar maybe lae'zel and to a less extent voss has been wildly antagonist, from slaughtering refugees/fists/civilians indiscriminately, to hunting the relic, to the purification fuckery - all of it just awful, terrible, etc. there is absolutely no way on god's green earth he'd even think for a second to was a good idea to betray the person who has demonstrably been 1) protecting the gang and 2) working with the gang towards a mutual goal, just to free some fuckin random dude you've heard nothing but vague propaganda about (from both sides). a free orpheus might help, or he might just kill everyone like his kin have been doing the whole game. he might help, and we all get squidded anyway because something happens to him. like, the emperor is right there and has been "trustworthy" thus far, so why take the risk? evil insane space frogs oppressing each other is NOT his business, no matter how much he loves lae'zel. that's my main tav's thinking, anyway.

of course none of this is to say it's wrong or bad to free orpheus or to favour that choice, it's really just a matter of preference in the end.

One of the big reasons why I love Kuvira as a character is her character development. Her journey reminds me of the saying “The road to hell is paved with good intentions.”

I personally believe that Kuvira was never a fully evil person. The key to a making a good villain is the fact that they don’t see themselves as a villain. They truly believe that everything they’re doing is good and necessary. Which is what Kuvira believed by the end of B4, and in Ruins of the Empire. She truly believed that what she was doing was the best thing for her nation. A nation that she felt was being neglected.

For example in B3 E3 The Earth Queen, we get to see just how truly demanding Queen Hou-Ting was. And we got a glimpse at the kind of life most Earth Kingdom citizens were subjected to under her rule. Not only do a large majority of them live in extreme poverty, but they’re still taxed by the crown anyway. During a mission to collect some of that tax money, Korra even comments that she feels like they’re helping the wrong side.

So then fast forward to the end of B3. The Earth Queen is dead, the nation is in turmoil, and the Avatar is unable to help restore balance. After Suyin refuses to help, Kuvira steps up. She gathers what allies she can get from Zaofu, before leaving. President Raiko gives her some temporary powers as well. (I always headcanon that he decided to help due to feeling guilty about doing nothing during the Water Tribe Civil War.)

I can only imagine how stressful that original campaign must’ve been. Kuvira was a young commander. (She doesn’t have a canon age that I know of, but I personally write her as being 24-26 at this time.) And up until then, she was used to being the captain of a city guard, not the commander of a full scale army. The Earth Kingdom is truly massive, and the idea of pacifying it must’ve been a daunting one. Spirits, even just the plan to retake Ba Sing Se would’ve been an immense challenge by itself.

Yet Kuvira is a master metalbender and a talented tactician. It probably didn’t take long for her to start piling up victories. Now we know that she had to deal with raiders, but I also headcanon that there were Red Lotus cells still active at that time too. They weren’t as well organized or as effective as when they were under Zaheer’s influence, but they still managed to cause chaos everywhere they went. Not to mention that the Dai Li were more than likely still around as well.

Kuvira’s fall from grace was a slow one, in my opinion. Victory after victory, she slowly began to believe that she really was becoming a savior for her nation. She did do a lot of good, and brought modern technology to a nation that desperately needed it. So when the first idea of the Earth Empire began to emerge within her forces, she accepted the title of leader purely because she knew that they’d need one. She wouldn’t truly see herself as the Great Uniter until later. And by then her slide into villainy was already complete.

Now, obviously this is all just my personal opinion and a lot of it is influenced by my own headcanons. Mostly because we don’t have a canon version of Kuvira’s campaign, and I doubt that we’ll get one either because Bryke neglects his most interesting characters. Also I know that the Earth Empire was meant to be a WWII analogy, which I personally really don’t care for. But that’s a topic for another time.

I’m 31, married, have a toddler that keeps me very busy, and a degree in psychology that I’ll probably never use

I mostly play rpgs and especially love games with horses and dogs because they are best boys and girls. Also games where you can pet the animals are *chefs kiss*

I love reading, and mostly read high fantasy YA/NA but I do enjoy reading some true crime and memoirs about people I find interesting

My dream job was always to be an author, and although I don’t think I’ll ever do that full time I do have a goal to one day get at least one of my original works published💕

so i went after benny. walking through caesar's camp was a thoroughly unpleasant experience, i do not care for a single one of them but i didnt want to start shit since i knew there was no way i could fight them all off and i figured if they're gonna be stupid enough to invite me in im gonna take advantage and steal as much information as i can (which... unless im forgetting something i dont think i ever actually got to do anything with any of the info i found?? maybe there's more if you progress further in the ncr plotline than i did i guess)

god. they have children in here. i truly hate to think what a generation who grew up like this would be like. i dont even know what the solution is here. how to you even approach something like this

i dont know how i was supposed to feel about finding benny like this. it didn't feel vindicating or satisfying to me at all. it just felt kind of pathetic. i know this man tried to kill me multiple times but i just had no desire for revenge. i honestly wanted to let him go but i tried a few times and he just kept getting dead immediately so i went to like. research if its Possible to get him out alive and it seems like even if you're REALLY determined nothing really happens and he just kind of vanishes from the game anyway. seems like he was Supposed to die here one way or another. i decided the machete duel was the most in line with my character - if i cant choose mercy (whether he deserves it or not, doesn't matter) im at least going to make it fair

fighting him with a knife and nothing else felt very. barbaric somehow. i did not like how it made me feel. but i like that it made me feel that, if that makes any sense. i dont know if it was supposed to feel like a victory or revenge but it just kind of felt like "what are we doing here, what is any of this for, why are we fighting like animals" and i feel like that goes... pretty well with the overall vibe/message of this game. war never changes and nobody ever wins, eye for an eye leaves everyone blind, etc, etc

i dont know, something about this whole section felt real heavy to me. i think my courier has some pretty serious trauma over it. i didn't go back to talk to caesar after the fight or anything. i just left. i just wanted to get away from them all

im headcanoning that the legion gave my courier benny's stuff as a like "to the victor go the spoils" type deal since, like, i wasn't just gonna leave it there but it wouldn't really make sense for her to go out of her way to go grab his suit lmao

anyway she kept them but doesn't use them for anything. she has no desire to Display them like trophies but felt the need to keep them anyway. i think probably she still uses his lighter. claims its just useful and she doesn't care where it came from but i think it means Something to her. reminder of the past. i dont know

i really dont understand the brotherhood of steel, like, they kinda weird me out and i dont get what their whole deal is but they haven't really done anything ive observed that was like... blatantly Evil or anything. i ultimately chose to just leave them alone bc i dont want them as my enemy and i just didn't see any good reason to kill them all. mr house told me to kill them. the ncr told me to kill them. yes man kinda went oooookay! terrible idea, but you're the boss! when i said i didn't want to. i dont understand what they're trying to do but i don't see why mass murder is necessary here either

i love this guy as well. i also feel like i probably shouldn't have supported the great khans, i know they're drug dealers who frequently work with fiends and raiders but like. when i tried to negotiate peacefully they were willing to work with me and i convinced them not to support the legion so i feel like that's a win. i dont know i really just went into most conflict situations in this game from a "how can i resolve this problem with the least amount of unnecessary violence possible" standpoint and was repeatedly quite impressed with the number of times i had that option. new vegas really gives you a lot of different ways to deal with a situation before you have to pull a gun on someone. i have connections all over the mojave, i have a lot of science/medical skill points and can usually find a way to pass a skill check one way or another, you really don't have to kill people all that often if you're willing to pull some strings

i pretty much only directly oppose/kill on sight if it's legion or fiends. both of which have a history of Known Rapists. legion has slaves. fiends mutilate people and leave their bodies hanging outside their camps. i feel like im justified there

About the Tomb Raider 2 ending...

So, it's no news to anyone that I despise the RotTR ending because:

It didn't happen (no matter how much the canon wants to say it did)

*Spoiler alert* Jacob dies Thanos style along with the best ship that has ever existed.

Anyways, been working in this fic for a while now to fix that, but never got to the "how on Earth I'm gonna fix that final scene and make it fit in my fic" part of the problem.

Until today.

Today I slept 3 hours, went to work, chugged a can of generic energy drink and, in a 30 min break, planned the whole thing in one go. And the result is so AWESOME and I love it so much that I wanted to share my notes for this one with the 5 people that follow me for my TR fic.

Anyone that's here for art feel free to ignore me XDDDDD

Btw, spoiler alert for chapter 7 (I think this one will be the 7th, you never know for sure XD) of my Three Letters fic.

We begin in the Divine Source's chamber

Ana is about to shoot Jacob

Lara stops her

Please, please, please, idk how much it costs: ARROW TO THE KNEE XDDDD

Lara stands in front of Jacob to protect him: NO ONE IS DYING ON MY WATCH!

Ana enters in *evil injured character speech* mode -> “Another Croft doesn’t have to die for this” -> works both ways, for her and for Lara.

Lara warns her about the divine source

Konstantine paper/scroll showed in the prison escape scene: “only the worthy will be able to blah blah blah…”

She thinks that’s the reason some people lose their shit by becoming immortal and others, like Jacob, stay the same (except for the whole not dying thing, I mean). 

Ana goes “fuck it”.

Shoots Lara, on the arm or something.

Grabs the source

Lara tries to reach her but doesn’t make it in time.

Ana dies, in terrible suffering, and disappears Thanos style. HA! TAKE THAT SQUARE ENIX MUAHAHAHAHAHA

Lara catches the source before it falls to the ground.

Jacob goes to her.

The divine source switches its owner.

The source judges Lara as worthy and start to give her ownership -> aka last owner must pay the price and give back his years of immortality, *Pirates of the Caribbean 4* style.

Jacob falls by her side.

Jacob is ready to die

Lots of lights and flashes surrounding them: Raiders of the Lost Ark style!!

Part of Jacob speech

He’s glad to die

Now I must pay the price

Change Lara’s “You knew I’d destroy it” for “You knew I’d stop her/them”

All the deathless kneel and surround Lara/them

End of Jacob speech

In all my years…

I just wanted…

You already have…

+ I’m ready to die

And Lara is like: hell no.

Lara freaks out and destroys the source

Losing the option of immortality

Saving Jacob, who is now mortal too

And fluff, we're here for the fluff.

Maybe end it in a Lara mind speech about what just happened and why she chose Jacob above her main quest/mission/objective of proving his dad was right.

Aka: boy you got me helpleeeeeeesssss 🎶🎶

Let's not forget that he forcefully impregnated Phoebe in season 4. I know this is an unpopular idea but I see him complicit with the Source because we saw him being in control the moment Phoebe damped him. Moreover we saw him stalking Phoebe and trying to manipulate her to use dark magic in 4.22. For me all this proves he didn't really love Phoebe. And her having a thing for him after season 4 doesn't make sense.

Ironically, I was literally just thinking about how that was technically rape via deception, which is obviously never addressed. Honestly, Phoebe doesn’t ever really find out that he intentionally messed with her birth control, so she doesn’t even know. Even if Phoebe had found out though, it was like 2002 so the odds aren’t great that they’d have really treated it like rape tbh.

I will say, I honestly don’t know what I think how complicit he was or wasn’t with the Source yet. While I’ve rewatched basically the last quarter of season four, I want to rewatch the full arc to decide. It doesn’t really help that I kinda feel like the show was just making stuff up by the episode during the last quarter though (I’m looking at Womb Raider specifically). 

4x22 and on though, Cole’s actions are a hundred percent on him. In 4x22, I understand why he would want her to save him and I know a lot of fans are pissed that she doesn’t try to, but I feel like it’s understandable why she doesn’t. Even ignoring that she is giving up her powers for most of that episode and the Angel of Destiny outright acknowledges that the sisters have a limited timeframe, my thing is. 

How exactly was she supposed to save Cole from the Demonic Wasteland? He tries to push her towards the Grimoire, which is obviously evil magic but uh. My guy, she also. can’t use it. Not even won’t, which would be valid, but good beings can’t touch the Grimoire. She rejected evil (and helped kill the Source even), lost the Source-infused demon baby, and is firmly back as a Charmed One. She physically cannot touch it anymore, unless she goes evil again which she clearly illustrates that she isn’t on board with.

And without the Grimoire, is it even possible for her to save him? Besides the Heavens and the Underworld, which are vastly different cases, the sisters never really intentionally move between planes anyway and there are multiple episodes with the conflict being that they got stuck on a different plane. Wait, this is a completely different tangent, sorry, railing it back in.

When Cole comes back in season five, I think that the writers keep flip-flopping between her still loving him and her hating him. Like I said, they really just. Flat out write him as a domestic abuser in the season five premiere and then just go psych, actually Phoebe’s reaction to him isn’t bc he’s abusive, she just still loves him 🤪. (Which would have been understandable if they weren’t using her still loving him to kind of. gloss over the abusive behavior bit.) I just. Ugh, Cole’s writing is such a mess.
