Okay friend. Here's the deal with Woojin from an adult stay who is realistic and (actually) unbiased in the situation. Stays constantly give him shit and tell him to apologize and now that he did, it still isn't good enough.

Short version: Woojin leaving when he did absolutely was shitty and he needed to take accountability for the additional stress added to skz during that time. He's taken accountability a couple of times and it's not enough for aggressive stays who for some reason beg for apologies all the time.

Long version:

Lots of stays use the "he was the oldest in the group" line all because he said he was young and immature and wasn't homie like 20/21? That is young and it is immature. He chose to think of himself first in this situation. It may have been the best decision. If he continued on when his heart wasnt in the right place, his performance likely would have tanked skz success.

Stays are also saying it's too late for him to come out with an apology when he originally did so about a year after leaving. If you don't want him to apologize, stop bringing up his fucking name in association with skz.

Stays claim he's doing this just for his comeback... he's had several releases and did well considering he's practically blacklisted in 4th gen.

Finally, stays love to use the fact that was caught following news about skz. Duh. He was in the group and trained with these guys during formative years. Do we really think he wouldn't care about them? We also don't know what kind of relationship they have because literally no one says anything. And they don't have to because it's not our business.

I get the need to feel like you have to defend your favs- I really do. I'm a skz ult and the whole woojin situation fucking sucked... for them. We have no idea what has happened behind closed doors since then. They may have made up or they may not have. It's not our business. It is likely that he wasn't allowed to speak up for however long die to contractual issues.

Bottom line: 1. Stop asking idols for shit that won't appease you anyway. If you didn't want an apology, you should have stayed out his comment section. 2. Stop taking things personally because you are all just fans who have no idea what's going on.

Hi Sophia, I see a lot of team PR are really discouraged especially after the stuff that’s recently occurred. But wait…hear me out!

I mentioned this on maja’s blog as well: I think the plausible deniability and hinting by friends is exactly the narrative they intended from the beginning.

Before their “relationship” was announced, I simply thought they were just waiting to announce and then they’d finally be out and not have to “hide” anymore, like some team real blogs assumed. But TBH, I don’t think this is the case. In fact, the hiding only continued into NYE 2.0 and now this Bermuda thing. Both groups alluding and hinting at being in the same place, but never really posting themselves together or in real time. You know, like normal people do.

This is intentional. Always has been, always will be for this particular orchestration.

For the case of Leo/Gigi, plausible deniability is also used because this couple is never seen together either, but their relationship is pushed by tabloids hinting that they arrived somewhere together and left together. All the articles have stock photos of them separately, and their narrative continues to be pushed as a “how serious are they? But Leo doesn’t really want to settle and neither does Gigi so they’re just having fun”. If you actually read the articles, the pics never show them hand in hand, it’s always a pic of Leo arriving and then Gigi in the same place but not with him. But the articles always push they’re seen together - hinting, hinting, always hinting.

CE:Ab have a private but super serious narrative that’s intentionally made so CE doesn’t look like a Leo (and yes, his Pr team is aware of all the other relationships with big age gaps and how the men always get called cliches and blah blah), even if fans and haters still do call him that bc they don’t like the relationship. They’re very serious, but super private, so you never see them out, they don’t have pap pics, but CE did want to tell y’all he’s serious about her for a whole year bc look at all the photos they have together in those two 2 IG stories! Outside of that, they can’t call paps on themselves bc then it’s not private. Meanwhile, CE, whose very likely unwilling to participate in anything such as yacht pics or even looking like he wants to hold AB’s hand in public, can shut down his SM and disappear while AB and her merry band of clout chasers, and CE’s thirsty friends can have paid trips to Bermuda and get a little extra narcissism boost while they’re there.

AB pretending she doesn’t care about CE is the narrative that’s supposed to make it seem like she’s not an opportunist golddigger. The only problem is that while she’s not posting him and never directly alludes to him, she literally shows her true colors multiple times in the following ways:

1) deleting comments in real time (she was 1000% sitting on her phone and seeing what ppl wrote about her during ski trip 1.0)

I had bad experiences with some of those trad wife accounts on IG in the past as well, mostly how many of them downplay rape and consider a rapist to be a baby’s father when I had to correct them and call those men a criminal that should be locked up for the rest of their life for harming women. I’d get called a liberal a lot (lol) with that stance (I don’t know why they’re so willing to protect rapists) despite also wanting to fight for babies unborn and born and stronger criminal prosecution for rapists, but there was this weird underlying theme of submissiveness and how women needed men (even the violent and dangerous ones) with them that made every interaction feel like a fetish. Or that maybe their boyfriend or husband (with a rape fetish?) was actually running those accounts

With that other anon that felt defeated, I’d say to pick and choose your battles. I learned that mostly for online. It’s getting harder to ignore how many false Christians there are polluting the church with their degeneracy and violence. But their apathy and clout chasing on social media will produce no good fruits. We see that already with how many false Christians are rejecting Christs teachings for being too soft now. That's why I'm so serene whenever people attack me for my theological statement. Whenever they do I'm like "when was the last time God spoke to you?" Ananias and Sapphira were Saved - God still killed them for their disobedience. Jesus talked about "fruits" and Paul about different sort of crown we earn in heaven based off our work/how we conduct while on earth.

Resisting AND denouncing evil is part of the basic lines of being Christian. We're lucky the antichrist has yet to come and we can still freely condemn evil as we see it, but it's like it was already too much to ask for some.

So a month back when everyone was worshiping sammy on twt she made a coaching service based around the 10k challenge where she would just make some affs for one desire instead of several like her regular coaching she wasn’t charming people to do the challenge it was just loosely based around it via the name which she changed. She also tagged td and viper in the video she made about the 10k challenge but after td ran to twt she removed td from the description even though td was mentioned in the video itself. They claimed she stole and tried to profit off the challenge that td and viper made bc td is black but it was only the 10k challenge in name the coaching was literally the same thing she was doing for every package expect it was focused on one desire instead of several. Then they started calling her transphobic bc she called someone with she/they pronouns in their bio “miss” like it was a witch hunt they even made Twitter circles to discredit her, fat shame her, they even posted pics of her with her family to bash her and they started saying she was a scammer and paying for coaching is dumb etc. It was really bad and messy and people sent her death threats and after that td and her friend started saying the death threat was fake with their “proof” which was saying their twt doesn’t look like Sammy’s but sammy showed her twt dms and proved that it was a real death threat. Sammy tried letting it go but the whole loa twt community kept bashing sammy body shaming her saying if she’s such a master manifester why can’t she manifest being skinny etc. whew this was lowkey really triggering for me bc I had been recovering from my ED so that was whewwww a moment to say the least. Anyways Sammy told her followers to not engage in the drama especially bc td was a minor etc but there’s two annoying bitches on twt that be under every sammy hate comment defending her they’re hella dumb and annoying lmfaooo but I digress. The situation ended but loa twt kept making sammy into a joke etc and there was hate accounts created about sammy one is called “caliyah Meeks” and all they do is shit on sammy. Then a YouTuber made a video basically shitting on sammy presumably for clout bc that vid got 4k views and her other videos Barely reached 100 views. This account was in communication with the sammy hate account on twt and that account used the aiva situation to bash sammy and use it as a reason to say she’s awful yet that same person couldn’t even tell their 30+ thousand followers to affirm for Aiva and all the other black content creators impacted?? That shit is madddd weird! So tbh I can understand why she feels that it’s a setup bc they kept their foot on her neck even after she left twt not to mention this behavior from the hackers is something she doesn’t condone and has never encouraged and tbh it came as a shock something like this would happen bc sure ppl would defend her when they were being vicious to her on twt but for her followers to try and take down other channels??? And unprovoked at that???? It’s just out of nowhere and I’m sure she just like many others are surprised with the mermaid gang hacker cult that’s happening bc it was so random like even in the fb group everyone is chill af yk? All ppl do is just manifest and give out tips and success stories no drama at all. She actually did address the situation in her YouTube channel community tab and she’s trying to find out the rest of the impacted channels to try and get their subscribers back and told the mermaid gang to affirm that the people who did this gets exposed and that the people get their channels back so if you or anyone else know of the other channels please spread the word so we can help them gain subscribers!!!!! This situation is serious and we need to affirm at least. Sorry this is so long.

Is there any chance you would share those thoughts on why dnf haven’t taken a trip together? I swear I am not getting paranoid about them not being friends anymore or whatever but I admit I am a little bit confused about the general lack of “dnf doing stuff together” content (as in any kind of content, even just pictures or anecdotes).

imo it can be largely attributed to the elephant in the room. people like to act as though dream is carrying on as though nothing happened, but . it's disingenuous to pretend that the way things are is what any of them expected. shitty internet aside, i think dream would've been a lot busier with press stuff and collabs etc in the wake of the face reveal, because that'd be the prime time to ride that wave of clout. but because of the allegations & whatever may be ongoing behind the scenes, that's simply not particularly viable for the time being. it's why you see snf making content and dream just going on more lowkey trips. lore is the only content he's really put out lately

that being said, what we've been seeing seems in line with how each of the dteam sort of ... takes care of each other, if that makes sense. snf goes off to LA to do streams/podcasts together, dnap takes a football trip bc that's a shared interest between them, and dnf ... well, my impression was always that their mutual support was always a lot more quiet anyway. this wouldn't be the first time they've been kinda mia while dream is going through something, so i chalk their absence up to the fact that they're just not in a place to be making laissez-faire public content while everything is still so rough

it's presumably something that will change over time, but it's why i'm not worried about their friendship or anything like that :')

i am trying to be the better person in this scenario but it really sucks ass that I can't trust people I genuinely admired bc they shit-talk stuff made by anyone that's not their friend or doesn't have the same taste as them. and i said I'd get over it but months and months of just the implication that I suck because my taste is different has me so exhausted, like, call me a liar for trying to protect my own fucking privacy and making stuff under a pseudonym without telling people but it's really telling when you think I'm below you when I make content without my "name" attached to it. like ok just say you befriended me for "clout" or whatever. they dont make money

they dont get you clouted

the more effort i put into making them good the less money and clout i get from them (and the reverse is true the less time i spend on them the more money and clout i get from them but i dont want to live my life like that)

i want to have money and clout so that i can do things with my friends like publish comics for real because most comics publishers big and small only publish comics called "tomato boy" about a little boy that is sad he can't be a tomato written by a person who has like 9 cactuses on their very well lit white wall apartment window sill and they watch nothing but cooking videos and brian david gilbert videos or like an extremely derivative hero/shounen comic thing where everybody looks like a plastic piece of shit like gwenpool and both versions of that sit on bookstore shelves infinitely and dont get bought by anybody but suckers and nobody remembers them 8 months after they get made and i dont want to make either of those and i want to be able to establish an environment for myself and my friends who make stuff other than that where we can get money from doing it without killing ourselves

most of the comics ive made have been like intense labors of love and are full of my blood and im still just some nobody with like 4000 followers (and only that many on twitter which might explode) and thats not sustainable and im going to die if i keep trying to climb the hill that i want to climb by making stuff i believe in entirely in the comics lane and exhaust all of my comics ideas and passion for doing it for nothing but street cred

the more time and money i invest in making clothes so that i can get an audience and money so that i can make comics the less time i am able to spend making comics

the average clothing thing ive done has given me like a 10 to 1 return on investment and also people actually wear the shit and rep it in a meaningful way that extends beyond like my book that i care abt sitting on their shelf mostly forgottten

ultimately i think that it will make me better at making comics though because there is way too much of a glut of guys who just make comics anyway and being outside and seeing shit and having opinions abt shit other than comics makes me smarter and have more stuff to say in my comics when i do make them

i have in the past year gotten better at drawing in specific ways that im proud of bc of doing stuff other than making myself sit in front of a photoshop screen for 8 hours a day to doodle stuff im only loosely passionate about and giving myself time to air my shit out

i know how to do things like how to contact manufacturers and custom design shit now that i didnt know how to do before and i wouldnt have known how to do before if i didnt take time to do stuff other than try to make comics in photoshop. im so much better at printing now. idk. im gonna make more comics if i dont get hit by a bus first. but in the meantime im balling

Blue lock hottakes: I think igaguri is so unbelievably overhated for 0 reason, he’s actually super interesting. Anri is Not written well. The blue lock soundtrack needs significantly more jazz and a pitbull song bcs it would be funny. I think ego should lie more. The team Z arc is my personal favorite, and maybe I need to reread it but I also don’t rly care abt Karasu lol

I feel like he is interesting in his own right but he's also EXTREMELY easy to project onto. Every person who likes him seems to try to justify it through claiming that he is just a failcringe babygirl who is secretly just like the rest of us!!!!!.... And he is i guess? But he also is hated for very valid reasons, number 1 probably being that he turned on his own ideologies so quickly and hasn't made any effort to meaningfully advance or improve. It's possible for a character to be both complex and annoying as fuck. I want him to die and I'm 90% sure he exists to just show that no system is failproof but he does have some cool lore lmao

agreed about anri 100%. i kind of want to look at the author's other works to see if they have any more diverse female characters...but looking at like bachira's mom we know he isn't allergic to women just being weird and doin their own thing so it sucks that anri gets no fun quirks . like instead of the protagonist being the "how does the world work" character she is. but she doesnt even get any clout for it it just comes off as shoehorned

I was abt to be mad but then i remembered i feel the same way abt aoshi and otoya. like the author could kill off those two in a horrible equipment accident and i'd be like 'skill issue' I do care abt karasu though because I like how his character has evolved/shown more sides of itself from just an asshole who points out "weaklings" to someone who cares about his friends and is actually responsible and has a sense of humor. I also like how his backstory is connected to Hiori's it evolves the worldbuilding/sense that these characters have a life outside the facility

hm ok fem todobaku hcs for my current fic.... these are a mix of situational psychology and completely unserious fyi hope they are somewhat interesting nonetheless

both of them are obviously #not like other girls in this but in ways that i feel reflect their standings in canon & also the way things would play out in canon if they were girls. like katsuki to me is always a fundamentally privileged and gifted individual but she doesn’t have direct family clout so in this she’s just minor nobility via mitsuki’s half-brother which still leaves them in a very comfortable position & more importantly gives her the confidence/social channel via jeanist to claim her position as an avalonian knight once she displays the required abilities. she’s Aware that she’s an exception but this does not particularly perturb her because katsuki is Always exceptional and cognisant of it. for shouto the fact she’s literal royalty & more importantly the obvious choice of heir also frees her from normal social expectation in the same breath as it traps her in the usual endeavour heritage position. she’s kind of Beyond/above the conventions and constraints of normal society by virtue of her isolation as well. it just felt impt that their positions in the world still feel true to character.

anyways because of the above both katsuki’s knights & shouto’s entourage regularly forget to treat them as the Ladies they are on paper, which they do not care abt but people around them take issue with. mitsuki in particular has thrown things at people for talking abt Her Daughter The Current Duchess of Liones like she’s a sword-brandishing simpleton amongst others. it’s a cultural thing. which also means on the flip side you have people like yoarashi who is from a very Warrior-Centric culture & post deciding to do a 180 on shouto finds it super offensive when people talk to her like she’s Not the skilled fighter she is. 

on that note they have both killed people in this au, which is kind of inevitable considering they’re both army leaders, albeit at different scales. i just think making heroism circumstantial is more fun than having 1:1 values in canon and in faux medieval wartimes, + it’s sexier than P13 violence. shouto tends to be in situations where bigger numbers are involved; she does avoid killing where she can but she’s very utilitarian. katsuki usually has to handle smaller conflicts & so she’s probably quicker to go for the throat than shouto is, since there’s no dishonour in striking someone down who’s about to do the same to you. 

shouto is such a horse girl in this. like they all ride horses but it just fits the vibe. she has to get across a Really Big Kingdom a lot & she shuns human connection. it’s only natural.

obv katsuki and izuku have their whole ‘izuku was katsuki’s beleaguered page boy when she went off to knight camp before getting to be the chosen one’ backstory, but the katsuki of it all is obviously that katsuki is in fact the (1) girl in knight training and she’s only there because when recruiters were passing through she pulled the whole ‘merida in brave shooting for her own hand’ schtick and embarrassed some actual knights aged like twelve. mitsuki was seethingly mad. jeanist was also not impressed by his niece’s complete lack of ladylike propriety but he knows talent when he sees it so it was off to joyous gard with her.

on that note precocious teen katsuki obviously wasted no time ensuring all of her fellow knights-in-training knew who was going to be ruling the roost, mostly bc of typical bakugou egomania but also so no one got any ideas about their masculine superiority. there may have been some ‘sparring accidents’ and bed-wetting involved before everyone kind of accepted the pecking order. they had some complications when puberty came around- katsuki may or may not have disfigured one or two peers before the dust settled. fantasy medieval times are rough! 

shouto on a similar note doesn’t really think of herself in patriarchal terms by virtue of her position/personality but she does have some hangups of her own that feed into the general chip on her shoulder. the court obviously loves to gossip abt their queen the madwoman locked in her tower & todoroki being her spitting image as well as the heir apparent is part of the reason she stays so stone-cold in stressful situations despite the temper flaring beneath. this is also why shouto is older in this fic while still having more of a s1 shouto persona going on. 

between the two of them katsuki is the one who primarily dresses in quote unquote men’s clothes despite setting bc she has a Style that is better suited by shirts / pants + she will not tolerate any frills and ruffles and constriction so most courtly dresses are no-gos. shouto as always is less cognisant of anything like a personal style so she doesnt really care what shes wearing & also she kicks ass regardless of what she’s in, esp bc she mostly handles things long-range.

in her infancy katsuki mostly got dressed by mitsuki and an army of servants so there are one or two priceless portraits of her in intensely kitsch yellow dresses with ribbons on her shoes and hatred in her eyes. despite their very distant relationship mitsuki gave jeanist one of these that he kept in his private chambers the whole time katsuki knew him and she can’t prove it was to fuck with her but she absolutely believes it.

shouto’s portraits are far more numerous and fall into 2 main categories which are 1) official portraits, featuring shouto throughout the years and styles with the exact same neutral expression or 2) unofficial portraits, which tend to fall into the romantic category and thus depict her as a sensitive maiden with wistfully languid eyes or blushing demurely at the onlooker. shouto has some strong feelings about painters as a result.

on that note katsuki prefers getting hands-on in fights; todoroki likes them to finish fast, so their choices of weaponry reflect this. yeah they can use their essence but those r less powerful than quirks so often they just go with traditional weaponry also. katsuki is a sword girl bc she likes to get up close and personal when she offs someone and todoroki goes for archery bc she likes being able to dispose of the enemy before they even approach. they both appreciate a good dagger though.

btw the fic should be read as an amv set to get another boyfriend by the backstreet boys but the girls are the ones singing it and midoriya is the hapless protagonist.
