To all the high schoolers who follow me because of my AP writing

I’m in college now, but I’m still rooting for you. If any of the curriculum is still relevant from when I took APUSH, APCG, APES, APMacro, APAH, or APELit, feel free to use the material in the tags. College is rough and I’m preparing for final exams. They’re very different from the AP exams and I’m not sure if AP was even relevant other than giving me credits upon entry. This is just to say that AP isn’t everything and no matter how well you do, it can’t always prepare you. Other than that, good luck and may the Force be with you.

can i take AP macro/micro as an 8th class next year as a sophomore? how is the workload of the class (im planning to take AP CS and AP Chem as well)

Taking an 8th class is a lot for most people. I’d try to take it some other time during the school year if you can. Most people have a good amount of extra spots for electives during junior and senior year. You could also do the econ requirement over the summer…etc.

I love studying, but we’re at the point where all the teachers are giving more work than they ever could’ve crammed into a 45-minute windowing and using COVID-19 as an excuse to do so. I understand they need to prove we’re working consistently but it’s getting out of hand at this point.
