Me, randomly: it’s funny that the complimentary colours of the three base colours (blue/yellow/red) are the mixture of the remaining two base colours.

My brother: …what

Me: yeah, the complimentary colour of blue is orange, the mixture of yellow & orange; the complimentary colour of red is green, the mixture of blue & yellow, and the complimentary colour of yellow is purple, which is the mixture of blue amd red.

My brother: …okay?

This scan wasn't meant to be in black and white but I'm going to keep this only because it shows off the effect it's meant to give.

You can really see my progression in these 3 scans from absolutely sucking at complimentary colours (in the scan with the sword and the horse) to getting a lot better at it (the other 2 scans)

Until I upload this, the colours I used were Violet/Yellow (the sword) and Red/Green (everything else)
