A PETITION TO THE PRESIDENT

THE INTERNATIONAL UPLIFT LEAGUE.

To His Excellency,

The President of

The United States of America,

The White House, Washington, D.C.

Dear Mr. President:

For the GOOD and true HONOR of our beloved country, the United States of America, in the NAME of ALMIGHTY GOD, LYNCHING should be abolished.  Opinion seems unanimous that the United States Government possesses permanently the greater jurisdictional control (about 3/4) over each United States Citizen; and the State in which the citizen resides holds the remaining (1/4) jurisdiction.

Hence the elimination of LYNCHING, our most heinous STIGMA, should be accomplished through the Federal Government, because the respective States, for more than fifty years, have failed to suppress LYNCHING.  Therefore, we urgently appeal to our honored President, and hereby PETITION him to URGE the enactment into LAW, during the Extra Session of Congress, of either Senator France's or Representative Dyer ANTI-LYNCHING BILL.  By such worthy and magnanimous ACT, Mr. President, you will immortalize your NAME like the illustrious Lincoln when we signed the Emancipation Proclamation.  Amen.

Why did you choose your url?: Well, I chose it because it's essentially been my definitive name I started going with for my Internet identity since 2016. It has a bit of my actual Last name it and it's unique enough that it doesn't sound boring or standard. The Dour part of it came from a mild obsession I have for pompadour hairstyle, and just proper hair care. Plus, I've been known to be called Eraserhead (like the David Lynch film) because I have like a real shaggy hairdo.

Any side blogs? nope, just this one.

How long have you been on tumblr? I think I only started my tumblr account around mid-to-late 2019, but I didn't start actively posting till early to mid last year.

Do you have a queue tag? No. I don't that (mostly because I don't care and I don't understand how this shit works)

Why did you start your blog in the first place? Mostly for just a dumping ground to post gifs while I was learning to make them. Now it's become a place where I share gifs of sakuga scenes from both anime and western animation projects.

Why did you choose your icon? Because I gravitate towards older sibling characters, also Choso from JJK is a good boy.

Why did you choose your header? HAVE YOU SEEN SATORU GOJO'S EYES???

What’s your post with the most notes? I think it's either my first JJK gif set or the One Piece post celebrating the series' 1000th chapter milestone.

How many followers do you have? Idk at this point anymore, I think I have some invisible ones from when I first started but then Tumblr had a major change dealing with "certain" types of accounts, now I don't if I have like around 600 or 700 followers.

How many people do you follow? Like 223

Have you ever made a shitpost? I think so, but I don't remember.

How often do you use Tumblr? 3 to 5 times a week roughly.
