I think it says nothing about me that 98% of my favorite characters are the ones who absolutely do not trust anyone, always consider how bad people can be, rather than how good they can be. The ones who cannot read social cues well, and for whom intimacy, trust, and being comfortable around people is a foreign concept. The ones with childhood trauma who learned to adapt to a world where nothing could be considered to be save and no one could be considered to be trustworthy. The ones who never show their true emotions but if they do they do so violently breaking down. The ones who get treated as outcasts and have accepted this role.

But like i said. That says nothing about me as a person

usually it's always gaon asking to be choked, gently taking Yohan's hands and allowing his nimble fingers to wrap around his throat and squeeze his windpipe. Yohan, ofcourse, obliges and it makes Gaon soar with pleasure while he gets fucked to the end of his wits.

But then he thinks of something else.

He kisses Yohan rough and ends up making him lie down on the bed, climbing onto his lap and straddling him. Yohan glides his hands up his thighs softly and rests them at the dip of his hips and as he lowers himself down onto Yohan's length, he hears himself hiccup and feels Yohan's ribcage stilling underneath his palm.

And then he controls the momentum. Slow. Gentle. Agonizing.

Yohan only lets him. Lets him take the lead and the pace.

Gaon pants and slowly caresses Yohan's chest, slides up, up, up until both his hands rest against Yohan's neck. The ghost of a pressure makes Yohan's eyes widen and a low groan escaping his lips.

"May I?" Gaon asks, letting his fingers wrap around Yohan's neck while he grinds tight yet doesn't go beyond. He needs to know if Yohan is fine with it before he dares take more from him. He knows Yohan has troubles and demons of the past looming over him.

A timid nod and Yohan's fingers wrapping over Gaon, not to take them away but to press them in further. A trembling breath leaves Gaon's chest, Yohan is so utterly gorgeous when he's unadultered, unfiltered, raw. When he allows himself to be as vulnerable as he feels.

Their eyes connect and Gaon resumes taking Yohan, deeper this time with his hands around Yohan's throat. He sees how Yohan trembles, jaw slacking, everytime Gaon exerts pressure and cuts his oxygen supply for a few moments. It makes him feel ecstatic to be wielding such power over such an untameable man.

He keens as Yohan thrusts up in him, powerful strokes hitting his most sensitive spot and Gaon pulls Yohan to his lips by his throat. They kiss like animals; filthy, sloppy, wet with all teeth and clashing tongues. A gutteral sound reverberates. Gaon doesn't know if its him or Yohan but he knows they're both close.

The climax hits with their pants echoing around the room. Gaon lays his head on Yohan's shoulder and the first thing he does is look at his fingerprints adorning Yohan's neck, caressing them, and leans over to suck another purple bruise. Yohan lightly slaps his ass.

"Stop or my dick will break."

Gaon grins, slinging his arms around Yohan, "So? How was it?"

Yohan cocks an eyebrow, not willing to open his mouth.

Gaon glides a finger around the reddening indents. "Do you like the necklace i gave you?"

"Surprisingly yes. I want more of these embellishments if you'll offer."

little things I noticed in ep 1 & 2 while rewatching tdj

gaon has a large carton with "cucumber" written on it on his balcony. at first i thought it was where he was growing them (gaon growing vegetables himself ?) but then i realised it's just a box he probably re-used for storage

gaon also has the same stress medication on his desk that yohan had in the mansion's kitchen. was it gaon who bought more and put it there ? would be amusing if he did it as in "girl fuck you im getting grey hairs thanks to your nonsense". or maybe he thought yohan needed the pills :')

edit: no actually yohan also had them on his desk in his office in ep 2...he had TWO bottles 😭 also two hourglasses, one big and one small, they both get blown up with the desk etc when the bomb explodes

we see lee youngmin in ep 1 going down the stairs of what i assume is the venue for yohan's first speech. ig his parents dragged him there

jinjoo has a hair brush on her desk, some pink/blue/red pens, an hourglass too ? as well as a hairband with pearls, and a bunch of other objects i could not see clearly, while gaon, aside from classic desk stuff, has a large thermos, the stress meds and also an hourglass. is it common in korean offices or just a symbolic detail for the characters ?

btw that cardboard cutout of yohan jinjoo has on her desk means that it's canon that at some point in tdj universe, kang yohan had barcode bangs 👍🏼scan him at the self checkout

it's interesting that during the ep 2 restaurant dinner, gaon assumes yohan was /born/ in a rich family (at least that's what the subtitles say, idk about the actual word used in korean). the wording is important when you know the circumstances of yohan's birth

yohan says his father was a second generation moneylender. kang grandpa lore ? then i wonder if isaac and yohan's grandparents were still alive when they were kids

the basketball scene in ep 2.....foreshadowing of ep 15. gaon asks min jungho "how could you, the judge min jungho, cheat ?" after his feint to catch the ball, and mjh says "it was a feint, not cheating". sounds familliar doesnt it 😅

gaon wears blue sneakers with his suit in ep 2. im almost sure he has dress shoes later on

Row one flag: DID/OSDD

Row two flag: Psychosis

Row three: Autism

Reasons are under the cut!

Lucy (Elfen Lied) - Again, I can not recommend Elfen lied but Lucy/Nyu/Kaede was the first DID character I came across in anime. While in the anime her DID only becomes apparent after a brain injury, given her extensive trauma and I believe she had DID before then.

Rui (Project sekai) - Not a canon system, but when our own system fell into hard times we wrote a (now deleted) fic about Rui having DID and coming to terms with his diagnosis. This really helped us and I'm sad we deleted the fic but it was becoming too personal to continue.

V Flower (Vocaloid) - Technically every vocal synth helped with this as we made what we call the 'vocaloid system' a system with every vocaloid ever in it. Although we haven't thought about the way the system would interact V Flower is one of the main protectors in this AU.

Yuki (School live) - The best psychosis/schizophrenic character in anime imo, there are issues with her character and the way she's treated, but I love seeing a character with psychosis who us never demonized for it and is encouraged by her friends to be herself.

Yohane (Love Live) - I was originally going to add her to the system category but before we realized we're a system we strongly saw her as psychotic and Yohane being a delusion.

Charlotte (Hello Charlotte) - A canonically psychotic character in a stunning game I latched onto her so hard when we first displayed psychosis as a symptom

Sho (Mob psycho) - Logically I should have chosen Mob, but when I watched mp100 I latched onto Sho so here he is!

Rina (Love Live) - She uses a robot face to express emotions because she doesn't know how to and speaks in a monotone. While her autism isn't confirmed there's enough in source to help me come to terms with my own disability.

Haruka (Free!) - Tbh pretty much ever sports anime character ever could go here but Haruka holds the most autistic potential imo
