I do not judge or attach a stigma to any of these illnesses.

I do not care if you are family, friend, stranger, or enemy.

YOU ARE NOT BOTHERING ME! If you are at the end of your rope, you just became a priority to me.

I have lost too many friends and family to stigmatized illnesses and I want it to STOP.

At this point, there is very little that I cannot relate to; however, it doesn’t really matter anyway. We all struggle. We make decisions to ease suffering. We get trapped. We are human and will, by nature, fall into despair. It is then that we take the next step to reach out. Message me, call me, text me, email me. In this age of social media, there is absolutely NO reason that anyone be in lack of support.

I am not a therapist. I will not give you advice or money but I can give you compassion and a non-judgmental ear. I will be blunt and transparent with you but also understanding. I will not pretend to have all the answers but I can listen. And I can tell you this, it will be easier to make it if you reach out because together we can look for answers and other people who can help. If we have to google or find resources to get some help, we will do that. And if we have to do this over and over again, we will just do it over and over again. It is true no one can do it for you; however, you do not have to be alone in the process. We need one another to make it. I will need you someday so REACH OUT.

As an actual abuse victim... I would like to say...

Mindlessly believing every accusation of rape, pedophilia, and abuse, without ANY evidence is absolutely fucked up, and can even enable abuse.

If y’all haven’t learned this from the whole Johnny Depp situation, idk what it’s gonna take.

Yes, there are FAR more actual cases of abuse allegations being true, and there’s a lot of merit to saying “there isn’t an epedimic of false rape allegations to get money.”

But there is absolutely an epidemic of abusers, and slanderers, making shit up because they want to hurt someone...

And it really fucking upsets me that I have heard “this person is a pedophile, because of this evidence that I was told about by another person who saw it on this other place.” SO MANY TIMES, that I’ve become the villagers from The Boy Who Cried Wolf.

I take every accusation seriously... I look into it... I stop putting money towards things until I’m sure...

But tell you what, I haven’t found 75% of the twitter posts, or other evidence that people rant about, and 20% of the stuff I do find... is not incriminating.

Swear to god, one of these days I’m gonna get called a pedophile because my life partner has autism, or accused of promoting abuse/transphobia/racism because an ANTAGONIST in my fiction is a bad person... what the actual fuck, people?

I know America’s judicial system, and probably others, have failed us, and we want to take matters into our own hands, but we could at least do a better job of the concept of “innocent until proven guilty.”

For a community so adamantly against false convictions and wrongful punishment, some of y’all are super quick to enact justice without a fair trial.

Disaster has been defined as " A natural or human-caused event, occuring with or without warning, causing or threatening death, injury or disease, damage to property , infrastructure or the environment, which exceeds the ability of the affected society to cope using only its own resourced. While Epidemic refers to an increase, often sudden, in the number of cases of a disease above what is normally expected in that population in an area. Our world are experiencing natural disasters every year and also today in the present days we are suffering an epedimic all over the world.

In 2018, there were 315 natural disasters events recorded with 11,804 deaths, over 68 million people affected, and US$ 132.7 billion in economic losses across the world. The burden was not shared equally as Asia suffered the highest impact and accounted for 45% of disaster events, 80% of deaths, and 76% of people affected. Globally, Indonesia recorded nearly half of the total deaths ( 47%), while India recorded the highest number of people affected (35%). Earthquakes were the deadliest type of disaster accounting for 45% of desths, followed by flooding at 24%. Flooding affected the highest number of people, accounting for 50% of the total affected, followed by storms which accounted for 28%. In 2019, there were a total of 409 natural disasters events worldwide. The Asian Pacific region experienced the highest number of natural disasters, most likely due to its size and susceptibility.Without a doubt, the beginning of 2020 has been quite moved. From the possibility of a Third World War exploding, to great fires and floods, the world seems to have no rest. In addition to the climatic effects, product of the consequences of climate change and therefore a proof that this is real, nature seems to give no respite and as if it were revenge, natural disasters are increasingly present. With earthquakes, earthquakes, volcano eruptions, and even droughts, the beginning of the year has not been easy at all.Last December 2019 welcoming the 2020. The world is facing an epidemic disease. A pneumonia of unknown cause detected in Wuhan, China was first reported to the WHO Country Office in China on 31 December 2019. The outbreak was declared a Public Health Emergency of International Concern on 30 January 2020. This statistics is for 24 hours only. After this hours, the virus increase and spread rapidly. The total confined cases rise up to 80891 with 3173 confirmed deaths. This causes to spread to every country in the world. This epedimic affects the world. Some country imposed the community quarantine to avoid spreading the virus.

They also posted recommendations as follows: If you are not in an area where COVID-19 is spreading or have not travelled from an area where COVID-19 is spreading or have not been in contact with an infected patient, your risk of infection is low. It is understandable that you may feel anxious about the outbreak. Get the facts from reliable sources to help you accurately determine your risks so that you can take reasonable precautions (see Frequently Asked Questions). Seek guidance from WHO, your healthcare provider, your national public health authority or your employer for accurate information on COVID-19 and whether COVID-19 is circulating where you live. It is important to be informed of the situation and take appropriate measures to protect yourself and your family (see Protection measures for everyone). If you are in an area where there are cases of COVID-19 you need to take the risk of infection seriously. Follow the advice of WHO and guidance issued by national and local health authorities. For most people, COVID-19 infection will cause mild illness however, it can make some people very ill and, in some people, it can be fatal. Older people, and those with pre-existing medical conditions (such as cardiovascular disease, chronic respiratory disease or diabetes) are at risk for severe disease (See Protection measures for persons who are in or have recently visited (past 14 days) areas where COVID-19 is spreading).

Are you prepared? Get your pandemic kit together, or buy a ready made pandemic kit if still available. With so many commercially available kits already put together for you, you'll know exactly what to do in case of a pandemic emergency: head to your kit! The Philippines has gone quite through hardship due to the disasters that have struck on us. One of it is the marawi battle which is a man made disaster. This year has been a shock to everyone from the dilemma aside from the past disasters. The sudden eruption of Bulkang Taal( Jan 12, 2020) that cause problems through out the differents parts of the country, especially in Cavite Batanggas, the place was almost covered in ashfall. After that the sudden outbreak of an epedimic in Wuhan China(Dec 31,2020) and in March 3, 2020 the Philippines was reported to be affected in the virus by the DOH, Covid 19 or also know as Coronavirus.It weakens the immune system and can lead to severe illness.

Natural disaster can't be stop from happening but the choice of avoiding man made disaster can help the economy regain itself from drowning in difficulty.

HIV and AIDS; What is this, How can we Avoid it

Nowadays, all over the world, there are certain epedimic disease that continuously spreading in the whole world or in a certain area. And one of the known epedimic disease are called HIV and AIDS. So, what are HIV and AIDS? What is the cause of HIV? How HIV spreads? And what are the risk factor of this certain epedimic disease.

First of all, HIV and AIDS are not the same thing. HIV(Human Immunodeficiency Virus) its is a virus that can cause infection by attacking person's immune system and breaking it down, that can cause AIDS. And AIDS (Acquired Immune Deficiency Syndrome) is a collection of symptoms and and Infections. Basically, a person can have HIV but not AIDS. But if you have AIDS, you can have HIV.

To become infected with with HIV, infected blood, semen or vaginal secretions must enter your body. This can happen in different ways like; (1)by having sex, (2)from blood Transfusion, (3)by sharing needles, (4) During pregnancy or delivery or through Breast-Feeding. HIV/AIDS appeared in the United States, it mainly affected men who had sex with men. Anyone of any Age, race, sex or sexual orientation can be infected.

Having an unprotected sex, using Intravenous drugs and an uncircumcised man is one the reason why HIV spreads. HIV infection weakens your immune system, making you much more likely to develop numerous infections to HIV or AIDS are TB(Tuberculosis) and also, one of the name of the HIV cause cancer is Lymphoma.

There's no vaccine to prevent HIV infection and there's no cure for AIDS, but you can protect yourself and others from infection. In order for you to prevent the spread of HIV; (1)"Use a Condom" every time you have sex(if you can't take it anymore), (2)"Tell your sexual partners if you have HIV, (3) And if you are using a needle to inject drugs, make sure its clean, sterile and don't share it, also (4) Consider the male circumcision, there's an evidence that male circumcision can help reduce a man's risk of getting HIV infection. And lastly, if possible, you're/we're already mature to know what is right and wrong. Do what is right to avoid certain complications.

My tragic love life

Everyone’s love life is tragic at some point, right? It’s so rare when you see someone who has been lucky enough to be with their soulmate. A soulmate or the one are terms that can be heard in everyday conversations, but what do they mean really? What are souls made of that make them need to entwine with other souls? And how do you even know that someone’s your soulmate?

From what we all have seen in movies and read in books, a soulmate is someone with whom you’re meant to be, someone who will fill you with that feeling we all secrectly seek; the feeling of utter bliss and happiness which most people struggle to reach on their own. I have been unfortunate enough to be cursed with this epedimic, but the thing is that would not happen if you haven’t tasted what it’s like to have a soulmate or someone you would consider a soulmate. It’s exactly like that very first sniff of cocaine; at first it feels incredible and it makes you keep going for more and more until you get addicted and instead of using it to feel good, it becomes mandatory for survival. It’s funny, isn’t it? That something like feelings can fuck you up just like drugs.

However, I don’t know what’s worse, being rejected when you’re at your most vulnerable state or handing your heart over to someone who’s damaged it a hundred times only so that they will damage it again. Both of them are horrible and going through both at the same must be hell. Again I have been unfortunate enough to be going through that and it’s kind of my fault. Yeah I’m an idiot. I bet at this point crying will not help at all but I deeply pity myself and I wish someone have shot me in the head before saying what I said. Now I will never be able to take back what I said and I will suffer the consequences for a very long time. Fml.

I do have many goals that I want to accomplish before I turn 50. But I will share to you three of it. First, I want to graduate in college which is one year away from now. I'm so glad I was able to get through all academic and non academic challenges and be here where I am. To all graduating students let's continue to endure and success will descend upon us. Let's cheer and help each other up so that no one gets left behind. Let's all graduate, grow up, make money and one day let's meet again and tell stories about our struggles and how we get through it. Next, is that I want to earn enough money, save and invest. This will be a key factor that would help determine my future goals and life. By the time I turn 30, I would like to retire from work. But I must have save enough money. Because finally, after I retire I would travel around the world. Reach the places I have only dreamed of when I'm young. Discover places that would heal my soul and heart. Record my experienced and adventure to be able to share it to the world and bring joy to whomever is watching. I want them to share the experience with me even though it was just only half of what it truly feels to be their for real.

Ambitions, they may be good or bad for a person. One who has so much ambition may be problematic. In some cases where ambitions are driven by strong and raw emotions, one will not stop and would do anything to have this ambitions within their grasp. Even though it means pain or worst death. Just to be able to feel the joyful victory, to boast it. But I would want my ambitions to be simple but precise. I would like to learn five different languages. English and my native tongue is not counted in this. So that would be German, Italian, Korean, Greek. and Japanese. It's not just about learnin..g their language but also their culture, tradition and beliefs. How their language is made and how did they came up with a wonderful language. Then I want to see the famous northern lights. I want to see it with my own eyes how beautiful they really are. I want to be blessed by their colorful lights that is brighter than any lights combined. Even more beautiful than the sun or the moon.

On the other hand my dream would be to have a peaceful, loving, caring world. That wars would be over. Pandemic and epedimic would never experience by our children and grandchildren. All kinds and shape of religion will come to an understanding and know that one belief is not different from the other. It's just that we see the world different but we interpret things in the same way. This world is Eden. We just have to believe in it. I dream that someday, people of all races and religion would sit in one table. Eat together, talk happily, no fight, no war, no differences, nothing but peace.
