Happy Saturday! Here's a look at the handle for Venusaur's shield as well as some WIP of how I made the shield!⁣ ⁣ I used 3-6mm eva foam for this build. The handle is just thicc dowels cut at an angle and epoxy'd together, covered in worbla with worbla Vine Whip detail sculpting. Thread Snips!

These little scissors are amazing. And when you’re working with foam, they’re equally wonderful trimming those little fuzzy bits on your EVA Foam piece!

I got a four pack of these things, and the metal ones are great for thread but they’re too much for foam trimming. These little plastic ones are much looser and allow more play meaning that they’re just delicate enough to trim the edge of foam!

You can get the same ones I got here.

Thanks to @rawringcrafts for  including them in some of her photos. I never would have purchased them if she didn’t have them in the background :3.
