Hi. I’m Bill. I lost my best friend of 10 years a few days ago. Jean was the strongest woman I knew. Outspoken, she was at the forefront of advocating for, and saving trans lives in Florida and around the country. She was also outspoken in the world of harm reduction dedicating her professional life to working in nonprofit that changed and saved lives, reducing risk and fighting for those struggling in recovery. This wasn’t just her passion it was her life. As a recovering addict and trans woman Jean tirelessly fought for equality, justice, and healing. The last being all she ever really wanted for herself and everyone she touched. Jean had the biggest heart and did not hesitate to speak out against oppression and hate. Jean never held her tongue in holding accountability. Be that publicly or privately. Her journey of compassion touched lives of so many. Please help me raise funds for the funeral, memorial, and final expenses of this amazing woman on behalf of her loving mother, father, sister, and friends during this trying time.

Hey, tumblr loves... I apologize that this post isn't as cheery as the ones I normally throw on here, and I'm not often compelled to post donation links on my fandom blog, but this is a different situation and I thank you for reading.

A few days before Christmas, friends of mine were robbed of all holiday cheer when their son, Joshua, fell ill with meningitis. I'm sorry to report that despite receiving the best care during a long stay in the hospital, the illness has now also robbed the Pecks of their son, and Josh passed away peacefully this morning.

No one should ever have to lose a child. And certainly not during the holidays. Josh was a bright kid who shone a huge light on everyone with his love. Donations of any amount, as well as reblogs, are appreciated.

I’ve just had the worst day of my life. When my dad passed away, I clung to my sister and knew that she would help me get through it. She wanted us to live a happy life in his honor.

But now my sister is also gone. She passed away suddenly last night and I don’t want to leave her for a year like we had to leave my dad. We’re still in debt and everything is wrong. My sister did everything for my dad and I helped her. Idk what to do. If I should make a new gofundme or beg people to just keep donating to my dads old one that’s still pinned to my blog.
