#肥仔美食札記 #TGIF #TGIF系列 #英國 #UK #unitedkingdom🇬🇧 #fishnchips #Travel TGIF! 又來到了星期五，由今個星期五開始，肥仔會分享一下歐洲的主題美食，而第一個主題先由 #英國篇 開始，講下Fish and Chips 🐟 🍟 先 ———————————————— 在歐遊的角度來看，英國一直也被視為劣食之國，所謂的劣食，其實並不是不好吃，不是入不了口的劣食，只是菜式上確實有點兒悶。而英國美食中的表表者就是Fish and Chips 炸魚薯條 肥仔在英國數過城市也旅遊過，總括來說，Fish and Chips 食既地方有平有貴，可以有快餐店的立食，也可以在fine dining 的地方享用，更總要是在英國食到Fish and Chips 的地方數目，一定不下於在香港有得食車仔麵的地方。 那麼，現在是時候講下Fish and Chips 的歷史，睇番Wikipedia, 相傳是在19世紀在倫敦發明的，將魚柳裹上麵糊後油炸再配上薯條，而且 #winstonchurchill 更加稱 #fishnchips 為好伙伴 #gerogeorwell 稱其為重要的家常菜 ��於如何稱上為一份好的Fish and Chips , 個人認為最重要的是炸魚皮脆肉嫩，若可以 #食魚有魚味 用到新鮮的食材，就故然更加好了。當然，在#scotland 就比較容易吃到用新鮮魚做的Fish and chips，若是這樣，店家一般會指明自己是用新鮮材料。 還有，基本上會提供不少於兩種魚選擇，一種是cod 另一種是Haddock , 一些更專科的餐廳更會提供Sea Bream , Lemon Sole, Salmon等等。而肥仔個人比較prefer吃Cod, 因為比較嫩滑一點，若比較喜歡吃實肉更濃味魚肉的朋友，便應該選擇吃Haddock 啊 至於薯條，肥仔的要求確實不太高，一般是Hand cut chips 已經ok 要做出皮脆的炸魚，靠的是各店家的秘製脆漿，一般來說需要用上麵粉、啤酒、牛奶等等調配而成，而絕對不是簡單一塊的吉列魚柳啊 至於如何食才正宗，配Tartare❓配Ketchup ❓ 肥仔認為沒有甚麼所謂，最重要各式其適，有人配Baked beans, 也有人喜愛curry sauce, 但肥仔最喜歡則是mashed peas 另一說法，是老一輩的人吃Fish and Chips 時是配上Malt vinegar 和 sea salt, 據說可以解一解菜式的油膩。可是肥仔不太喜歡這個配搭 但最最最重要食Fish and Chips 既時候可以配上一杯冰凍的薑啤或可樂，就prefect了 今日講下Fish and Chips 的故事就暫時係咁多先，lee個post 除意挑選了數張肥仔吃過的Fish and Chips。下星期係TGIF 系列再分享世界其他名菜 #fishandchips #hongkong #852 #foodie #肥仔美食札記 #unitedkingdom #TGIF_travel #travel（在 United Kingdom） https://www.instagram.com/p/Bm3kPz1h2K1/?utm_source=ig_tumblr_share&igshid=kx239mcjfo5s
