New headcanon where Zedaph owns and (vaguely) knows how to use a scythe he manifested during his time as Zedeath. He’s only ever had to use it twice. Tango can attest to being there once and he describes it as having been a ‘terrifying’ experience, but nobody knows when the other time was and Zed won’t tell. Sure, it’s not the most effective weapon, but it looks pretty cool and Zed has never been one to let inefficiency get in his way. He’s recently begun bringing it with him for protection during the war, though he’s not very happy about it; he’d been using it as a (very adequate) coat hanger and now his base is getting kind of messy with all his coats lying around…

If you got suggestions for Sombra why not take the cold landscape of the Crystal Empire and make it Eastern European? Sombra could be some ancient undead out of Eastern European folktale.

That'd be cool. I would also love to include the freaky "umbrum" monsters from the comic that explains his backstory. Their designs are so horrifying and scary that I'm still shocked they were in an official MLP comic, I love it so much.

I beat the final level on Vampire Survivors after downloading it last night and then looked it up online to see if I had missed any big secrets and found that

1. Everybody is saying don’t bother with Garlic, but using Poe and maxing Garlic is how I cleared a few levels (plus focusing on projectiles)

2. Folks talking about prioritizing upgrades… I found it super easy to earn gold, idk. I unlocked everything? Was I supposed to respec? I never really needed to

3. Apparently most people find it suuuper difficult, but I did not. This was a fun multitasking game to listen to a podcast to once I figured it out, I only failed a few times on the first level before I got the hang of it. I unlocked the yellow page and then looked it up afterward to see what that meant, and the walkthroughs talked about how difficult it might be. Meanwhile I played Poe for that level and just hobbled him all the way to the end of the hallway first try ¯\_(ツ)_/¯ The answer to your problems may be to unlock more things, I had bought up almost all the upgrades at that point, including movement speed

Anyway that was $3 well spent, that will be one of my, “my brain doesn’t feel good enough to play a hard game, but I would like some dopamine” fallback games for sure

i really, really appreciate that TLOVM is keeping the nuance of the gods in this adaptation of the source material, especially the Raven Queen

why the raven queen? well, it's like she said to vax - some people fear death, even our intrepid adventurers, and while it may be the end of a life, it's also a beautiful thing. it gives our lives meaning and purpose, and everyone experiences it the same, even if not at the same time

and it would be so easy to simplify what matt has done with the matron's characterization up until this point. it's always easy to feel animosity towards death when it's chasing our heroes, because well, we don't want to see them die (see pib: the last wish). we don't want the characters we've seen rooting for kick the bucket, even though, at some point, they most likely will - peacefully or painfully, who's to say?

death is an easy enemy, is what i'm getting at. it's an easy target, and i'm just so grateful that they didn't take the easy way out

👀 in the context of the story, they help Azul behind the scenes. To magical girl!reader, they just seem like Deep-Sea Merchant fanboys because of their willingness to join the fight just for the fun of it. You can't stand them. Azul wishes they (mostly Floyd, though) would stop messing up his chances for cool dialogue just for the chance to fight you. >_<

As for villains, I think they'd be the type of surprise villain, in which you think there's only one but then it turns out there's two. They use the fact that they're twins and can do solid impressions of the other to their advantage so that, after they've had their fun playing around with you, they can finally catch you off guard and capture you for themselves hehe.
