I didn't realise you were a big fan of GWTW! I was so sad when Olivia de Havilland died (even tho she was 104 I thought she'd live forever) and I felt like I'd jinxed her cos I wrote a piece for a college magazine a couple of months before on how she was "defying the passage of time" ... and then she died :(

Funnily enough, I know you said Colette's Grandmama in BM wasn't much of a looker, but when I read that scene with (presumably ;)) her and Sirius I immediately pictured her as looking like an elderly de Havilland.

Don't really know what the point of this ask was but I'll just say I cannot recommend the Black Sheep Dog series enough ... your work is the only fic that captures the tone and scope of the original HP world whilst still having its own unique style. It's amazing

I could see Grandmama Battancourt having an elderly Olivia de Havilland look. Remember how she was supposed to be the homely one in GWTW compared to Scarlett? Lol at the idea of Olivia being homely. I guess everything is relative next to Vivien Leigh.
