Nine times out of ten I don’t have a problem with adaptations being slightly different from the original source material as long as they still understand the assignment but I absolutely HATE that they had Billy initiated the kiss!! Because Daisy is the reckless one. Daisy is the messy one. Billy is the one with self control. It just feels out of character because they’ve built up that Billy has a lot of self control (especially after rehab). And not just book Billy versus show Billy either. The show set Billy up as having a lot of control and they just nipped that bud. And god forbid this man loves his wife!!! Like god forbid Billy and Camila really love each other and are devoted to each other!! The whole tension between Billy and Daisy in the book is that they see themselves in each other but they know they are not good for each other! To me the writers completely missed the ball on that.

Berliner are a sweet pastry filled with jam, in nothern Germany they are traditionally eaten for the new years to nourish the body for the new year. While I was with my friends the last week we did several cosplay photoshootings, I have already posted some but these pics weren't planned as I randomly came up with the idea it would be cute to have Red eating this pastry and then decided "Ok lets buy one and take photos". And this shoot came out so incredible adorable I have to share it on new year’s day bc its the perfect day for it. 80% of me as Red is eating stuff because I want to feed the poor soul more food.

Fun fact is that I don’t really eat that many premade sweets and candy overall I am more the fruit/veggie and yogurt type (gotta love chocolate though), when I endulge I make it myself mainly (like pancakes or waffles) but I will always make an exception to imaginally feed poor Red.

I have a huge, and I mean HUGE, photoshoot to post soon we took at the Christkindles Market, take this one here as a smoll teaser for it. I mean, it’s an amazing photoshoot, I had over 300 photos to sort through for Red alone, it will keep me busy choosing the ones I want to post. I am literally wanting to post it all at once but I want to enjoy seeing the stuff popping up the next days when I have filled the queue again.

Just watched the new Mario trailer and hot take idk I don't hate Mario's voice.

Could it be better oh for sure- even if not by his og actor just having him voiced by an actual voice actor period

but like 1) I was expecting much worse and like him to just sound like Pratt and at least he doesn't sound exactly the same / there's some kind of attemp to give him his own voice regardless how good or bad it is.

Other characters great.

Personally what I'm concerned about is Seth Rogan as DK cause him I have heard in other voice acting roles and while I don't mind him as Mantis is Kung Fu Panda like every other role/ clip I've heard the guy in.. he just sounds like himself 0 effort to give the character a distinct voice.

(A real good show case being a clip I saw from the Chip n Dale movie where they have a number of characters he voiced and they all sound exactly the fucking same)

And that's not really a voice I'd pick for DK.

Look no hate for the guy personally I'm just not a big fan of his / his acting.

I've also say said before but wanna say it again regardless who they got to va Mario (besides his og/main va duh) I'd rather have him with no accent/ more toned down / less noticeable then have someone try and pull one and have it come off as cringy or something.

Idk in general I'd personally find Mario's voice as pretty mid, not cringe or unlistenably bad but nothing like spectacular that's gonna blow you away.

I still wanna watch the movie and won't be bothered by the voice so good enough for me.
