Friendlocke Violet Gijinkas (Part 2/7)

PART 2 BAYBEE WAHOOO!! Three more gijinka designs comin right up!

JOE:

The reason Joe dislikes most bird pokemon such as fletchling is because they're always stealing and pecking at the olives he... or well more specifically his company grows.

Speaking of which, they own a large plot of land which is used specifically to grow olive trees, which of course are used to make the olive oil he sells. What? Did you think that the olives come from Joe themselves? Of course not silly, welcome to capitalism.

That being said, Joe DOES know how to garden. When they first started their olive oil company they had to grow their own olive trees. Nowadays, in their spare time, they'll sometimes be found tending to the olive trees in their company's garden.

His crown is personally tailored for Joe and Joe ONLY. Crafted with the shiniest gold and the richest olives, all fit for a king! Somehow it never falls of his head. (Fun fact: the points are made to look like olive oil bottles)

Joe needs glasses but usually wears contacts when in public. Not that they look bad with glasses, it's just a personal choice.

Joe LOVES being involved in... well, anything! As long as it's not weird or sexual or illegal (that last one counts UNLESS it involves scamming others into buying his oil products), he is more than happy to invite himself into whatever is going on around him. What are you going to do? Stop him? Oh please!

HANNAH Ü:

At the start of her career, she would spend her days doing her own one-man (or.. well... woman) shows at subway stations, telling stories and entertaining other pokemon and people alike while they waited for the next train to arrive.

Her hat and cape are made entirely of salt! She is able to transform her cape and hat into different shapes and usually used this ability of hers to make stuff such as accessories, hats, and props that fit the role she's donning at the time.

Hannah LOVES collecting stickers and often wears them proudly on her body (in her poke form ofc ofc). However, she usually has to get someone else to stick them onto her bc of her lack of actual hands.

Some of her improv roles are inspired by the people she meets while others are inspired by pieces of media she's interested in at the moment.

MYKYIE:

As stated previously, Mykyie used to be a circus performer before he quit to pursue his dreams. His most popular act involved him spinning plates on a stick while standing on a ball.

^^^ Because of this, he also has really, REALLY good balance.

Mykyie always keeps his Miku glowsticks on him, even when not attending any of her concerts.

"Anger Point" is basically an uncontrollable form of last resort whenever Mykyie is close to death but can still fight, it usually leads to him attacking whoever or whatever caused him great harm (In the instance of Lark, it was when he crit Mykyie and the ladder's health was extremely low.)

The Miku tattoo on Mykyie's arm was designed by Mykyie himself! However, it was drawn on him by an anonymous underground artist who went by many names to hide his true identity. The name that the artist went by at the time Mykyie got his tattoo was "Cl@ir33"

The cuffs and cape that he wears are... well, WERE, red. An unknown force seems to be slowly turning them into a shade of blue.

If Alpey and Jaba got ice cream together, which flavours do you think they’d choose? 🤔🍨🍨

From the way Jabari acts, some people would mistake him to be a pretty boring guy when it comes to tastes in food. He's a creature of comfort who, if uncomfortable, will battle and yell with all the ferocity of a territorial lemming to regain it. However, some people tend to oversee that comfort and luxury can come hand in hand. Jabari is not the man who will play it safe, he will squint at the ice cream's menu and carefully select one of the most obscure options ever after conducting some serious research either beforehand or during the process. This research includes asking the employees what they think of the dessert. Even if there's a line of hungry kids and their late to work parents waiting behind him, Jabari will hush the ground so he can calculate All the options to come to a stable conclusion that Yes, this Is, in fact, The Best choice of item to spend my money on. He probably likes combinations, like an upside down banana split or something odd like that. If he's buying ice cream at a place that's stabilized itself by making good ice cream, it can't just be any ice cream he can just buy at a store then. It has to be THEIR SPECIAL ice cream. He's here for luxury and specifics, whatever the ice cream store says they can do the best, like, actually do in terms of making it, sprucing it up with syrups and fruits, and decorating it all nice and different, mixing it, etc, he'll buy it. I feel like he'd be one of those people that buys those really fancy overloaded ice cream shakes where there's like syrup or crumbs decorating the outside of the cup like sugar on an alcoholic beverage and there's a brownie bar on top for extra extra appearance appeal.

Meanwhile, alpey just wants some Dondurma, which is a Turkish ice cream notable for its hard texture and melt resistance, so he brings his own special knife and fork sets, one for him, one for jaba so they can cut into their ice cream bricks :] !! He's fond of the sweeter flavors, but they can't be artifical. ... sadly, there is no delicious Dondurma, and the ice cream just melts and slips between the slits of his special fork with much despair and pity. His ice cream lacks the sweetness and realness he desires, and they have no honey !!!! It's not stretchy or chewy at all! the texture is almost nothing !!!

It's okay, though, because Jabari orders him something special off the menu, an ornate mixture of various fruits and syrups and decorative pizzazz that they both end up using their forks to eat it. The creature of luxury cannot stand to see his fellow critter in need lack his own creaturely comforts. Before Jabari orders Alpey a new unique ice cream, he coaxes (demands) alpey to try a spoo-forkful of the carefully considered dessert of Jabari's choosing. Once he can tell Alpey likes Jabari's ice cream more than the simple and safe one he chose, Jabari buys Alpey something similar but with more sweetness. Cue another hour long research session that makes the poor teenagers groan as they watch their line grow longer and longer behind the happy couple(?) clinging onto their weird little forks instead of spoons.

#i think jabari and alpey are a strange mix of picky and also ill eat whatever x likes #jabari wants high quality recommendations #hes open to options... but they have to be Good #and you have to be reliable or confident when offering them or else he'll shake his head and close down on you for even trying #when clearly #youre not ready to help his precise culinary demands #alpey is more like.. i eat what i like and what i dont like.. i dont eat <3 #i feel like he likes sweets and chewy texture #but if it's too chewy that it becomes a chore to eat #he stops and puts away the rest as leftovers #meanwhile jabari buys with the purpose of not having any leftovers #he wants something that will clean his plate at the end #he'll only take desserts so he can try to replicate the recipe at home since he loves it so much #alpey is too lazy for that #bro just wants ice cream 😭 #but it also needs to be ice cream he likes !!! #he likes the ice cream his family would have! #... he does not have that here #it's ok tho bcs jabari is very interested in learning new things especially in food and sports so maybe #one day he'll surprise alpey with some jaba made alpey ice cream #!!! #ted asks #HOW CUTE! Look at her! She's so cute!

It's a little hard to see, but her fur has that swirl-pattern to it that looks like subtle flowers, or in Charm's case, cotton candy :D She also smells like cotton candy!!

When we get there lol #And from the looks of it it's the exact same fabric haha ♪ We got ours in two different pinks but I mean #She's a pink swirl bear! She's so cute!! Lol #We were both just thinking to ourselves that making our own clothes for them - we both want to! #She especially has been wanting to get into making doll clothes so it's kinda the perfect in #Plus while the overalls she got for hers look Adorable they are a bit on the small side #Even just imagining this little Charm bear with the thigh-high shoes and kneepads - so like her wristie! #I got the wristie 'cause I was thinking of her bonbons but honestly they almost match her kneepads better haha #Made sure that she's got her guns out >:3c And shorts haha although I think they're meant to be boxers? #Either way she's so cute and huggable <3 #And smells so nice! I even cooked today, yay for me

this is kalops, beef cooked with carrots, onion and seasoned with allspice. I think traditionally it's more of a stew but this is how my family has always made it so 🙃 some people have pickled beets or lingonberry jam with it but we opted for currant jelly today. it's not pretty but oh well

Strawberry Chocolate Brownie Recipe

Ingredients:

For the Brownie:

1/2 cup (1 stick) unsalted butter, melted

1 cup granulated sugar

2 large eggs

1 teaspoon vanilla extract

1/3 cup unsweetened cocoa powder

1/2 cup all-purpose flour

1/4 teaspoon baking powder

1/4 teaspoon salt

1/2 cup chocolate chips

For the Topping:

Fresh strawberries, sliced

1/4 cup chocolate syrup

Instructions:

Preheat the Oven and Prepare the Pan:

Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).

Grease an 8-inch square baking pan or line it with parchment paper for easy removal.

Make the Brownie Batter:

In a large bowl, mix melted butter with sugar until well combined.

Add eggs and vanilla extract, and mix thoroughly.

Sift together the cocoa powder, flour, baking powder, and salt. Gradually stir the dry ingredients into the wet mixture until just blended.

Fold in the chocolate chips.

Bake the Brownies:

Pour the batter into the prepared pan and spread it evenly.

Bake for 20 to 25 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out with a few moist crumbs.

Remove from the oven and let cool slightly.

Add the Strawberry Topping:

Once the brownies are warm but not hot, arrange the sliced strawberries on top in a single layer.

Drizzle with Chocolate:

Drizzle the chocolate syrup over the strawberries and brownies for a glossy finish.

Serve:

Cut into squares and serve while still warm for a gooey texture, or allow to cool completely for a firmer brownie.

Optionally, you can dust with powdered sugar or serve with a scoop of vanilla ice cream for an extra treat.
