i ordered some yarn for my mom off of Amazon and when I was walking Blaise a few streets away today i saw this Amazon package on the side of the street and i was like huh what a weird spot to put it anyways fast forward someone comes to our door and is like “hey is this yours?” AND ITS THE PACKAGE the same package I saw on my walk 😭 and so I look up the status and it seems that my package is currently in limbo in that it still reads as out for delivery even tho i currently have it in my possession

Today at work someone called about canceling a reservation so I was like "sure can you just give me the last name on the reservation?" and so she did and I couldn't find her reservation and there is a nearby hotel that we constantly get confused for so I figured she had actually booked there so I went "I'm not seeing your reservation here are you sure you booked a room at *hotel name*?" and she goes "no I booked a room at *hotel chain* Baton Rouge"

BATON ROUGE!? BATON FUCKING ROUGE!? That's not only the wrong hotel, it's not only the wrong city, it's the wrong fucking state. And it wasn't even for like a hotel in California or Washington it was a state on the other side of the country.
