I was 13 y.o. when I first saw attack on titan as an ongoing, you can tell I fell in love, since 10 years after I’m still a diehard fan haha. And I love Eren so much it hurts jeez

Felt like this art was the right one to start showing off my work to the world, since I was making art for a 5 or so years. I was too shy to show it to anyone lmao

The Yin Yang concept is perfect to show the balance between Good and Bad in snk, because this is what the story is based on: there is no clear division, but rather various shades and to get grey you need both white and black...which also contaminate each other as also seen in the Yin Yang symbol, because it's a relationship based on interdependance:

The two little dots are the shades within the bigger fields of Good or Bad. Each one needs the other one to be there and we can apply this logic of balance and shades to snk and to Eren's recent actions as well.

He seems to be going down a darker path as story goes on, and his attire also could symbolise it: Eren (as Tsuki wrote, Yin) wears black, from his hair to his clothes, while Zeke (Yang) has fairer colours of hair and outfit but both brothers have a point, inside their personalities and minds, that represents the opposite field of Yin and Yang.

Eren may seem the "devil", for his dark appearance, for his ruthlessness and for going against Zeke, the royal Fritz=a man who could hold all the history, God. But Zeke isn't a 100% good God because he wants his people to die, so Eren (who isn't 100% devil) wants to stop him because he has a shade of Good within him: his love for freedom and humanity, because I believe that Eren really is fighting for the same goals he fought for since the story started: to destroy the cage some superior being built (and now the cage made by Karl Fritz has become the euthanasia plan created by Zeke).

Have you thought of translating Huchidori's Riren + baby Pieck au? Its such a curious story......I just hope I can read it too 🥺😭😓 Anyway I don't think they respond often or at all, LOL and they might not give permission because some english speaking audience (this includes the, you know who's) are a different breed. Here's to hoping in vain!!!!! 💔😅
