Last night I had the worst False Awakening mixed with Sleep Paralysis Loop. I usually have this if I'm stressed about having to wake up earlier than usual, but it was very very intense today.

I don't know how many times it happened or for how long. But it felt like ages.

I'd dream I'd get out of bed and try to check my phone, because I was late and had to get ready. But the phone screen would either be black or show me no numbers at all. My tell for False Awakenings is usually that I can't actually feel my limbs moving. That paired with the phone screen situation would tell me I was still asleep. So I'd try to wake myself up.

This dream went on and on and on, and sometimes I did wake up for real, only for my brain to immediately shut down again and the dreams to start over.

Eventually I tried calling out for my mom, so she'd help me, but only mumbling sounds would come out of my mouth. I couldn't speak, I couldn't scream.

I woke up by lunchtime soaked in sweat.

It wasn't fun.

This week has been so interesting for me personally.

I've had mania, I've had depression, I've had rapid cycling between these which got scary enough for me to take the initiative and pull myself out of it. Had a pretty fucking tight psychedelic experience which has shown me a lot about myself, and resulted in me feeling quite a bit more positive about life. I also think I'm learning to control my emotions more.

A lot has happened and there is a lot to think about. Always.
