Es loco pensar como la vida cambia tanto en tan poco tiempo, en un momento sentimos que ciertas personas son nuestro lugar seguro y que no se marcharan nunca. Pero luego, el universo en sus infinitas vueltas decide demostrarnos y recordarnos lo efímera de nuestra existencia, mostrándonos que nada ni nadie es permanente, aunque lo deseemos con todas nuestras fuerzas.

Hace un año creía saber bien quien era, creía tener claro quien si y quien no, creía que entendía algo de la vida. En un momento pensé estas son las personas más estables y seguras que tengo, y dos meses más tarde ya no hablaba con ninguno de ellos.

La vida me demostró otra vez, que nada es para siempre, ni los amores de muchos años, ni las amistades de toda la vida. Todo en algún momento se termina. A veces cuando ya no podes más, o a veces cuando más necesitas de la otra persona, esta, simplemente desaparece de tu vida. Y duele, duele mucho aceptar que realmente ya no están ni van a estar más ahí, que todo lo que viviste queda en el olvido, que ya no habrán nuevos recuerdos, que ya no le vas a poder escribir para contarle cuando estás bien o triste. Y así, el 2021 me enfrentó a dos duelos al mismo tiempo, el perder un amor y el perder una amistad.

No lo niego, muchas veces los recuerdo, muchas veces los extraño, me costó mucho entender que ya no iban a estar ahí, que era definitivo y sin retorno. Aún ahora, casi un año después los sigo pensando, ya mucho menos, agradeciendo todo lo vivido y tratando de terminar de dar vuelta la página, de ya no mirar atrás con rencor, sino poder realmente perdonarlos y soltarlos. Y para lograrlo tuve que iniciar un camino de introspección que me llevo a reencontrarme con mis raíces, a cuestionar hasta mi última base “solida”, a mover todos los cimientos de mi existencia, para construir desde otro lugar. Pero sabía que para lograrlo, primero debía enfrentarme a mi parte más oscura, a todo aquello que estuve intentando ignorar tantos años, Llevaba años desconectada de mi esencia y no me daba cuenta, no estaba siendo feliz y no lo veía. Hoy entiendo que todo lo que he tenido que vivir me ha enseñado tanto, me ha mostrado tanto, que al fin comprendo que esto no podría haber sido de otra forma, todo lo que he vivido ha sido perfecto y necesario para mi evolución, para mi autoconocimiento y mi evolución personal y espiritual. He comprendido que fui encontrando las herramientas para sanar a medida que estuve dispuesta a verlas y comprenderlas, y que el maestro solo aparece cuando el alumno está listo.

El camino espiritual me ha enseñado tantas cosas, a valorar lo simple, a conectar conmigo, a darme mi lugar, a poco a poco valorar mi voz y hacerla escuchar, porque si importa. Comenzar a conectar con las heridas de mi niña interior para comprender como muchas veces forjamos nuestra personalidad y limitamos nuestra esencia en función de los demás. Conectar con el universo, para reconectar con lo que somos, porque a fin de cuentas esa es nuestra principal misión, descubrirnos a nosotros mismos, ya que lo mejor que podemos hacer por nosotros y por los demás es trabajar en si mismos. Esa y solo esa es nuestra principal tarea y desafío en este mundo, buscar ayudar a quien no quiere ser ayudado es lastimar el proceso del otro, y desviarnos de nuestro objetivo, que es conocernos y trabajar en nosotros mismos. Esto lejos de ser egoísta es un acto de profunda humildad, ya que al conectar verdaderamente con nuestra esencia dejaremos de lado el ego y vibraremos desde el amor infinito que existe en nosotros. Conectar con esa energía es conectar con tu amor propio, con tu luz y todo su potencial. Aunque parezca que no tiene fin, trascender el dolor y aprender de el te llevará a convertirte en tu mejor versión

I think something new is coming towards you. You have also gained a lot more control on your thoughts and, even if you may have fallbacks, you know it's okay and you can confront them and your fears in a more stable way, from a much more collected place. You have learned a lot, you have learned how strong you actually are and how a simple change in perspective can really make things look better and easier to get through. I think not just your thoughts process but also your communication has also improved a lot, the way you stand up for yourself and how you confront with others. You welcome them, but you don't let them step over you anymore. I also think you know that something is coming soon. You can feel it as well. Now, whatever that is, remember to give yourself accolades for your work and to enjoy it properly. You may need to walk this road of healing for some more kms, but you have already done a great job. Are you working with your inner child? I am getting a huge amount of childlike energy here (not naive, just plain happy-child-running-in-a-field type of energy)! It feels very good.
