Izuocha week day 2 I think? Collab with @raz-b-rose for her fic “Catch me Gently”

Holy shit I actually finished a drawing? 2 months late for Izuocha week? Yes yes I did. First school got in the way when I was getting ready to graduate, then crunching for Comic-Con right afterwards. But here we are!

Composition wise, not the best piece. But whatever, I need to work on my compositions. And honestly I just wanted to finish this so I could move on to the next.

Also, definitely read this fic cause it was so good. I was glued to it, and ahhh Ochaco was so fun to redesign as a pro hero with prosthetics. It was so well written with angst, drama and fluff! And I love reading explorations on the consequences of being a hero, especially with Horikoshi’s way of amputating his characters.

Izuocha Week is the seven-day-long event celebrating Midoriya Izuku and Uraraka Ochako of My Hero Academia! In addition to the regular ship week, there will also be a special, optional event celebrating White Day!

This will be our SIXTH iteration of the event, and we simply cannot believe it’s been so long— the mod team are more in love with the series than ever, so we’re very excited to announce this year’s prompts! IzuOcha Week 2022 Day 7: Nevermore/Intimate

Izuku’s eyes fluttered open as he felt the weight shift on his chest, looking down he was met by a messy mop of brown hair. His eyes shot open as held in the scream that threatened to wake up not only everyone in the dorm but the entire campus as well. His mind began to wake up along with his body, which could feel her’s against and cuddling into his own. His hands were around her lower back. Her BARE lower back, his scarred hands feeling her delicately soft skin, Oh my god her skin is so smooth I wonder what she-WAIT! No! Focus how did we…..get in…..oh…. he thought as he began to remember what happened last night.

It was their last night as U.A. students, after a completely unpredictable first and second year of schooling at U.A. it was nice that things for the most part had calmed down for their last year here at the dorms. The graduating class of 1A had decided to throw a celebration in their dorm for the occasion. Mina had planned everything of course and it was no doubt a blast, it was probably one of the most normal things that he and Uraraka had done in a while if he was being honest.

After the end of All for One, Midoriya and Uraraka had become what was described by tabloids as THE power couple of U.A. When he and Uraraka both saw the headlines they were baffled how anyone had gotten that photo of them kissing on a rooftop after a long night of patrolling. They were both embarrassed beyond belief when Izuku’s mother called crying about how happy she was that he was seeing someone but also sad that he didn’t tell her.

They had opted to keep their relationship under wraps for this very reason, to not become a public spectacle……also Uraraka said it was kind of exciting and he couldn’t help but agree. Though the extent that they went wasn’t always the most….rational, as evidenced by the time Aizawa almost caught them kissing in the classroom after school when they were cleaning up and she, on reflex, threw Midoriya out the window.

However once the embarrassment and subsequent teasing had passed, the two found their footing again and found a relief in not having to hide anymore.

Plus as it turned out, Uraraka liked being flirty in front of girls who tried to throw themselves at Deku…..also kissing him in front of Mineta made the small grape hero seethe with jealousy and everyone found it hilarious.

Which led them to last night, Uraraka and I were slow dancing, the party was winding down. We were looking into each other’s eyes, and then she pulled me upstairs to my room and…..and then she started kissing me…..and I went to her neck and then…..oh….OH…..ooooohhhhhhhh right yeah. he thought, he face getting redder and redder with each passing memory.

Craning his neck forward he looked around his room and saw the discarded clothes that had been floating around the room last night, only after they were both satisfied with their……acts….did Uraraka release her hold on them. Oh my god. Izuku thought as Uraraka shifted a little before letting out a hum. OH MY GOD!!!!! He thought again as his eyes widened. WE-SHE-I-SHE AND I DID THE THING!!! THE THING!!!!

“Mmmnnggggiiizzuuu???” Izuku stiffened as he looked down to see his girlfriend of over two years look up at him, droll coming out the corner of her mouth as she rubbed the sand out of her eyes.

OH GOD SHE’S BEAUTIFUL!!!!! Deku thought in a panic.

Her eyes blinked awake and she saw him staring back at her in shock, a small smile gracing her lips as she recognized his look of what she would refer to as ‘social panic’, when he didn’t know if what he did was the ring thing or not but often turned out to be no big deal. Her hands slid up to his chest and rested underneath her chin as she watched him, “Mornin’.” she greeted with a smile that was so bright it might have blinded Izuku.

“M-Morning….are you….are we…did we?” he wasn’t sure what to ask.

“I’m fine, your fine, and…..yeah….we did.” she said, her cheeks warming up a little bit. “I had actually…..been….sorta….kinda……may have wanted to do that….for a while now.” she admitted.

Deku blinked, “Oh.” was his response before shaking his head, “I mean-! Really??” he asked, confusion clear on his face.

She nodded, “Yeah I mean….we both love each other, and we’ve been together for a while now and….well I knew you obviously weren’t going to do anything about it first-“ she began before Izuku blinked.

“Hey!” he said indignantly.

She tittered, “Oh please, tell me how wrong I am.” she challenged.

“Your-! Your…..your wrong….that’s it.” he said, looking away and not meeting her eyes as his face burned. He had grown to be much more open about relationships since he and Uraraka had gotten together, and having a girlfriend who was attractive had made him come to learn certain truths about himself….such as he really liked it when Uraraka flirted with him in public….along with other things.

“Anyway, I thought that since….last night was our last night as U.A. students, I thought that since we met at the entrance Exam….it’d be fittng? If that makes sense?” she asked shyly, looking down as his chest.

Izuku tilted his head, “Well that sort of does but wouldn’t the fitting thing would be to get married?” he asked absentmindedly.

Uraraka’s face lit up as she lifted herself up off Deku, “M-Married!?” she sputtered out before shaking her head. “D-Deku that’s-“ she began before she realized that her boyfriend was staring at her…..and not at her eyes. “Deku!”

He let out a squeak, “S-Sorry!”

She rolled her eyes, “You know you saw that and a lot more last night right?” she asked.

“Yes but…..I liked what I saw.” he admitted.

Uraraka felt her heart begin to race at that, “How…..how you do that I still don’t get.” she admitted as she laid back down onto him.

“Do what?” he asked in confusion.

She leaned up and pecked him on the lips, “Make me fall for you all over again.” she said against his lips, making him smile as his arms wrapped around her once again and pulled her into an embrace. The two new lovers enjoyed the comfort of one another for the next few minutes, not breaking the silence until Izuku realized something.

“Uraraka….when’s the graduation ceremony?” he asked.

She rattled her brain for a moment, “I think noon? Why?”

“…..it’s 11:50.”

“…..”

The room was a whirlwind of motion as the couple dressed as quickly as they can and shot out the window of Deku’s dorm with her gravity and his float respectively.
