Yuu Shi

1. I- I have so many. There is a whole playlist dedicated to her, but if I had to pick ONE in specific, it'd be Thank God I'm Not You.... and Aishite Aishite Aishite as a close second with the bonus that her voice claim sang a cover of it- and Siren as a third. Im indecisive.

2. Cater Diamond! They share a similar sense of humor, and they go back and forth pretty easily, somewhat similar to her and Ace. However, Yuu Shi actually enjoys interacting on social media, texting, and spamming with horrid jokes or memes. They share similar family issues as well.

3. Vil Schoenheit. She disagrees with him regarding a large majority of his principles he stands so firmly by, but she also relates to him greatly. She looks up to him and wants to rival him simultaneously. Whether she is successful in that regard enters spoiler territory.

4. Bugs, spiders, and snakes. Shit gets wild with Jamil.

5. Music is her best class :D She used to attend a performing art school, so she is very familiar with all the assignments and is usually called on as an example.

6. Art. She can't draw for shit. The long process of improving at it also makes her want to crawl into a hole. Not good at something immediately? Abandon it! Thats her unhealthy motto.

7. Pop Music Club. I feel this is rather self explanatory(#5). Plus she really needed an electric guitar to borrow since she lost her own. Music in general helps keep her sane at NRC.

8. Leona Kingscholar. She wants to kick his ass so bad. She DESPISES him. Mostly out of fear, but she would never admit it. The first interaction with him in the botanical gardens really scares her.

9. Of the canon staff members it would be Mozus Trein actually. She finds history to be a rather easy subject, and she really likes his cat. There's really not any other reasons. She isn't a big fan of authority figures (if she isn't one of them).

10. Octavinelle! Pomefiore is a close second, with beauty being of high importance to her, but she doesn't go to the same lengths to maintain it.

11. Hooo she would never admit it, but most likely Riddle. She just wants him to break out of whatever chains his mother shackled him in. Maybe it is because she is projecting, or maybe it is because she actually has a soft spot. Maybe both.

12. Bean day >:) No magic? Sign her the fuck up. Any more details and I'd go into spoiler territory.

13. Again, Leona Kingscholar. She would get her shit wrecked in a fair fight.

14. She places pretty high in her class once she gets the hang of how the world functions. She has similar grades to Azul or Jade.

15. She holds a lot of secrets away from the other characters. The most obvious one is her real name.

17. She finds them bothersome. She dislikes how jumpy they make her feel, and even when they are kind she is apprehensive around them. Yuu prefers to avoid them.

18. The magic, for sure. Not only just the magic itself, but how it affects the environment around her. It was a serious culture shock at first.

His sister had contacted him about this opening - it was nearby her home, and there was the promise of more visits between them, something he wanted. Their relationship had only just started improving. The apartment had come surprisingly cheap. History stained, skeletons in the closet, his first night in, and they were digging through relics he discovered in the attic.

“Holy shit,” it was ancient, Tommy was unsure if it would even work. He held the projector up while Kailee continued looking through the box, and he flipped on the switch, and the image cast across the ceiling, instant - as though stilled in time.

Dark hues flickered from where they were fixated on the projection towards the eerie transcription in Kailee’s palms. There were drawings scattered beneath her hands. He set the projector down as it continued to play out, chatter softly humming from the device. He leaned over the table, gazing at the depictions of gore, childlike drawings, vicious, and haunted. He lifted another page, “He is coming,” another, “he is coming,” another, and another, “they’re all like this,” there was screaming coming from the imagery splayed behind them, “who the hell is he?”

12. What have you found to be most difficult about creating art for your OC (any form of art: writing, drawing, edits, etc.)? 

When drawing: her hair—getting the bangs just right or the length in the right place is tricky.

For edits: there’s only so many photos of Kailee (her faceclaim) with her green hair & her fashion sense doesn’t always coincide with Win’s.

Writing: In the past I think I’ve written her personality a little too soft, especially at the beginning of the story.

A lot of their relationship is just the both of them musing in exasperated solidarity about the people around them. It's never a bad time they spend together... but they're the only company the other can tolerate during certain occasions. And yet again, due to the way fate has turned their lives, they rarely meet outside of stuck occasions.

They were letting her know, of course, to greet him and bring him in. Pity he arrived so late but he was here. As she skirted the edges of the room to slip into the halls, she at least felt enough relief from tension to smile a bit. “Pierce! I thought you said you wouldn’t be able to come by.”

Pierce smiled and gave her a hug. “I said I’d try. How much have I missed?”

Pruina hugged him back and started to lead him towards the party. “Nothing truly. It is…about what you would expect.”

That seemed to be all the convincing she really needed, and she all too happily set aside the fan to allow him to help her up and pull her into a dance. He did his best not to lead her back into the sun, at first keeping to the shadowed edges of the venue, but as luck would have it the glare of the sun soon was softened by a lazy roll of cloud covering, allowing them a wider range of the dance floor.

For all her hesitation and likely heat exhaustion, Pruina had a knack for dancing. Pierce had remembered her excitedly going on about such during an ice skating excursion, speaking on lessons she’d been spoiled with as they were in the same building as her sibling’s tutors. Labrysian dancing wasn’t entirely unfamiliar to Pierce, but as there were few to no Labrysian guests they were actually drawing a few stares.

He pulls back and Lady Lee turns to face the group, and a twitch of unease passes through each of them in turn, a little caught off guard.

closed summer inspired starter for @putaaas !

so far, dakota's family hadn't picked up on any weirdness between himself and seree since she tagged along on their annual family vacation. for the past two days, he managed to keep his hands to himself and stay away from her in order to not draw any attention or raise any suspicions. and he avoided being in the same room, alone. truthfully, he was glad that seree was able to have some sense of normalcy and he didn't want to get in the way of that. plus, it was a joy to see kailee's face light up as she obsessed and gushed over her long term best friend. dakota almost felt guilty for muddying the waters by fucking her while under the influence. the last thing he wanted to do was cause a rift. but that didn't mean he couldn't ogle her from a safe distance - right?

as per usual , kailee found it upon herself to throw a social event. somehow, she had befriend the locals, met other vacation goers and managed to plan a massive bonfire. one with nearly a hundred people in attendance. her charisma and ability to get things done always fascinated him. and it didn't take long for the party goers to get frisky and erotic. not one to sit back and wait for things to happen for him, dakota immediately went up to the bar and ordered himself a shot of something so strong that he knew he'd end up drunk by the end of the night. and yes, he was aware that the last time he made that decision, he found himself inside someone that he shouldn't have touched to begin with. he tipped the bartender and attempted to make his way to the center of the party. but he suddenly bumped into seree of all people. his drink spilled all over her tits and his bare chest. impulsively, he laughed. "christ, i'm sorry. second time i got you wet. maybe this is a sign that i should stop avoiding you. call it divine intervention."

Scream VI (2023) Directed by Matt Bettinelli-Olpin and Tyler Gillett I've been a fan of the "Scream" movies from the late 1990s and was so happy that the directors who picked up the franchise for the fifth entry last year (after more than a decade's gap post "Scream 4") delivered a fantastic "Scream" movie that hit all the right notes. So, I was excited to see this sequel that was greenlit very close to the release of the previous entry! It's the first "Scream" movie I'm seeing theatrically (I don't think any of the other ones were released in theatres here in Hyderabad, I watched them all on videotape / streaming). I watched it on opening night and loved it! It is set a year after the events of "Scream 5", and follows the lead characters Sam and Tara Carpenter (Melissa Barrera and Jenna Ortega, who are excellent) and their friends in New York, and there is a new Ghostface killer who is after them. I loved the movie, it was very inventive with its story, had likeable characters and intense setups. The kills are delightfully brutal and creative (unfortunately our censors I think have made cuts in a couple of places, though the movie has an adults only certificate), so should see the uncut version once its on streaming. Also, the theatre where I watched it didn't play the entire end credits, so I will check that out as well. Enjoyed alll the "meta" and movie references, though I think this movie didn't have as many of those as the previous entries. There are a couple of new songs that were released along with the movie, one by Demi Lovato and the other by Mike Shinoda and Kailee Morgue, enjoyed them too. I drew Ghostface and Jenna Ortega as Tara from the movie, the drawing was done with Bic ballpoint pen on A5 Brustro sketchbook.
