I always see people talking about how Bronwyn is the worst character, when really she was the backbone of the Bayview four. Here’s why:
Without her, they would’ve never found out who actually killed Simon. I know Kris made the connection in the end, but he wouldn’t have been able to figure that out without all of the information that she gathered. This annoys me to no end because nobody actually recognises the amount of work Bronwyn put into this, they just make it seem as though Kris was the mastermind behind it all.
Nate would probably still be in prison without her. Most people just sat around and acted upset about Nate being arrested, but Bronwyn actually went and did something about it. Maybe that meant her ‘stalking’ or ‘harassing’ Eli, but if someone you loved was wrongfully imprisoned, wouldn’t you do everything in your power to prove their innocence?
She brought the Bayview four together. Without Bronwyn they probably wouldn’t even be friends.
She supported and encouraged Nate in everything he did. His relationship with his mum wouldn’t have been rebuilt without bronwyn’s help.
She loves and cares for everyone around her. Even Stan, who is a lizard.

any nate and maeve headcanons? or nate and addy? or just nate in general i just really love nate if you couldn't tell lol
I have a few so here they are!
His favourite food is pizza AND ramen. He once tried putting ramen on leftover pizza and he actually liked it, however he was drunk and when he vomited he decided not to do it again.
Him and Maeve are like, besties. He says that Maeve is one of those kids that you look after at the Little Sister/Big Brother things that the community centre does. In fact, that would be a really cute story….huh.
He hates loving Addy. But at the same time he loves hating her. Him and Addy have a twin siblings relationship. They can communicate telepathically and do get along, but at the same time they never get along.
He has a photobook of memories from when he was a child. His mother started it and took it with her when she left him the second time. When she comes back she gives it to him. He sees photos of him as a kid, recognises one that was taken when him and Bronwyn did their Nativity play. Nate decides to keep it and over the years he collects photos of him and his friends, and especially Bronwyn.
He gives the photo book to Bronwyn on their wedding night, and tells her that throughout his life, there has always been that one person, her. He pulls out a polaroid and takes a picture of him and her together, and it fills the last page of the book. “A new chapter is about to begin.” comments Bronwyn.
He gets to choose Addy’s hair colour. Sometimes he goes for crazy colours like neon green, but other times he sticks with a deep red or blue.
He definitely hates Luis. Well, not exactly hate but more like….judges him in every aspect of his life. Nate wants to protect his little sister at all costs. At one point it gets so bad that Maeve comments how Nate is worse than her dad, and Nate just goes silent. He never criticises Luis again.
His birthday is April 12th, making him an Aries. I know in the show he is a sagittarius, however even Karen said that he was an Aries. (although I said it first.)
He didn’t do the best in school. By graduation he managed to get his average grade up to a B-, which Bronwyn was really proud of!
He goes to community college and whilst his course is in construction, he really wants to do a degree in architecture. Nate never had a home, but he wants to make sure that others do.
So he does! Nate gets accepted at Washington State University to do his degree. He was excited to tell Bronwyn. Him going to Washington meant that he was closer to her!
What he didn’t anticipate was that Bronwyn had gotten a job offer at a law firm in Washington. She would have the chance to help people who really needed it!
Anyways, back to Nate. Let’s do some simple ones.
His favourite colour is green.
He prefers Pepsi over Cola but prefers Fanta over all.
He doesn’t drink a lot of beer after he and Bronwyn get together. Not because she was against it (she was though) but because when he was around her he liked who he was. He didn’t have to hide under the mask of alcohol.
The gang chip in to get him a new leather jacket after his old one got destroyed by the bomb.
Speaking of bomb, he hates his arm being in a supported with the sling.
He hates people fussing over him.
He hates it when he struggles to put on a t-shirt so someone has to help him.
And most importantly, he hates the fact that he can’t hug Bronwyn with both of his arms.
