Good morning! Happy Thanksgiving! Regardless of its origins, to me this is just a day to spend time with family and be grateful for all that we have. Gratitude is the right attitude! I know, so cheesy! For real though, spend more time focusing on what you have rather than what you don't have. It can really shift your mindset to one of more positivity and happiness. 😊 I've struggled with mental health all my life but I've found that recently I've been doing really well and part of that is that I've been trying to focus on the good things. Today I'm grateful for my family, my health, my dog, my home, having a job, almost being done getting my degree, having lots of food to put on the table today. I recognize that I am incredibly privileged and many people don't have the same opportunities as me. I am grateful that I am in a stable and healthy position and I wish that on everyone who is struggling. Have a great day! Well I'm following you other fishes and sharing some of my best posts of 2020! 🐟 It's been a year, to say the least. But I put out so much content and really focused on growing my Instagram mermaid page. This year has shown exponential growth of my mermaid journey. 🧜🏻‍♀️ I had a gig, started making youtube and tiktok videos, gained over 1000 followers, gained a patron, created a website and started blogging, quit a job that didnt suit me, also got an internship with @aquamermaid.
