Sabito & Makomo Yandere Headcanons
A/N: I can't be the only one who feels they're too underrated. They deserve more love!
Warnings: Yandere themes, Makomo is platonic, Reader is training under Urokodaki
Sabito:
➼ Sabito is shy. Scratch that, he's EXTREMELY shy.
➼ Now, he probably comes off as someone who's tough and bold. However, when it comes to love, he doesn't know how to react. Just a touch could send him flying to outer space. He does get sudden moments of courage though, so when you thought he was being a bit too touchy during training, you weren't imagining it.
➼ He knows you're not scared to be independent and he loves that about you. He once saw you cooking food alone and tried to help you. End result? A horrible burn mark on the floor that just wouldn't go away and burnt scrambled eggs that were supposed to be tamagoyaki. Yeah, he's not house-husband material, but he's pretty sweet.
➼ He wants you to become stronger, he wouldn't mind if you became stronger than him, but he was very paranoid about you not coming back from the Final Selection. Is becoming a demon slayer really that necessary? Why can't you just stay with him, Tanjiro, and Makomo? You guys are like a family, aren't you?
➼ He's definitely a tsundere yet clingy type of yandere. God, blushing because of a simple touch isn't manly at all. It's not like he likes you. He just isn't used to physical contact, that's all. Right? RIGHT?
Red flag? Is there any? He's even up to sharing you if needed! The only red flag I can think of is that he likes to watch you (not in a creepy way). A lot. You might think at night while getting to bed that nobody is watching you but think twice.
➼ If you think he's vanished after you officially became a demon slayer, he's really not. You're too naive to think that.
Makomo:
➼ She's the opposite of Sabito. She may come off as shy and introverted, but she's way bolder.
➼ She's one of the best matchmakers to have ever walked on this planet. She sees both Tanjiro and Sabito as her older brothers and she already sees you like an older sister. Makomo simply wants to be a sister-in-law, so she has a few tricks up her sleeve. She's already pulled a few, little do you know.
➼ She loves spending time with you talking about anything and everything after your training sessions. It can range from crushes, friends, clothes, to even the kind of food you like. She's a devil in disguise and uses this information for her match-making escapades. One day, you told Makomo that you liked (f/f), and the very next day, Sabito bought you sweets of the exact same flavor, how odd is that? You got excited and hugged him.
➼ Ghosts have the ability to turn invisible, you know. If you think she's left you alone after the Final Selection, she really hasn't. She likes to watch over you and is proud to see how much you've progressed. She can't even fathom being away from you.
➼ She's an impulsive yandere. She'll do anything that comes to her mind and she's quick to adapt to situations if anything goes wrong. She's a huge tease and most situations don't turn out right because of this trait of hers. Red flag? She may or may not be a bit manipulative to get her way. It's not like it's harming anyone, though. She's hellbent to get the happy ending she desires.
➼ Makomo and Nezuko would be BEST FRIENDS if they met. Their personalities match a lot. Three of you having a sleepover- how cute does that sound?

Wake Up, Sleepyhead! (Demon Slayer)
Hi hello I don't really have anything to say alongside this so here's some Sabito and Giyu in their training years for your reading pleasure kajrkjeakjrjke
Summary: Sabito is too tired to get up on his own, so Giyu decides to help him out.
Cloud 9 (Taglist Peeps):
@myreygn @thatbigbisexual29 @duckymcdoorknob @wolfyeatstacos @gladdygirl18 @baby-tickles2022 @cupcake-spice13 @backy-san @t-wordiiish @sarahmaystock5578 @rachi-roo @mystwrites @chibisstuff @imjusthere07 @giggly-toybox
“Sabito, please wake up.” Giyu whispered to his friend, gently nudging the scarred boy. It was nearly mid morning- Master Urokodaki had told the boys to meet him at the training field by early afternoon.
“Mmmm...five more minutes…” Sabito groaned, rolling on his back, yawning dramatically. Normally getting out of bed in time for training was easy. However, some days were harder than others; where the sheets smelled clean and the futon was just too warm to crawl out of.
Today was one of those days.
“Sabito...Master Urokodaki is gonna be mad if we miss it.” Giyu shook him gently once more, his voice growing more urgent. “You remember what happened last time we skipped!”
Of course he remembered. How could he forget? Last time they were late to training, Master Urokodaki chased them down and tickled them to tears, promising an even more “deadly” threat if they missed again. Sabito could almost feel those fingers drilling into his ribs and sides, leaving him breathless and giggly.
Still, it was really cute watching Giyu get destroyed alongside him.
“Mmm...I’ll take my chances…” Sabito snoozed, flopping onto his side and burying his face into his pillow, letting himself start to fade off into dreamland once more.
“Sabito!” He could hear the pout in the other’s voice. Giyu always had the cutest expressions. When silence followed the other’s cry, Sabito assumed he had given up and went off to training. He let his eyes fall shut in silent victory-
Only to feel a new weight climb upon him, Giyu’s voice suddenly right beside his ear. “Last chance. Get. Up.”
Sabito blinked, grey eyes opening and locking onto blue ones. “You wouldn’t.”
Giyu raised a brow, face unmoving. “Oh I dare.”
They were in a standoff, Sabito weighing his options as Giyu watched him. A familiar stubborn light danced in those blue eyes, his unspoken threat clear: Get up or I’ll make you get up.
There was a standoff. Eventually, the other rolled onto his back, raising his hands threateningly. “Giyu...I know what you're thinking, and if you decide to go through with it, I’ll have no choice but to return the fahahahahhahahvor!” Sabito burst into giggles, arms immediately coming down to his sides as Giyu’s nimble fingers dug into his waist, kneading and squeezing along the skin there.
“Come on, Sabito! Get your lazy butt out of bed!!” Giyu giggled, delighted at how fast he could get his friend laughing. Sabito, for all his bravo, was just as ticklish as him. Their matches always ended in a stalemate of some kind. But not today! Today he was going to get Sabito up!
“Whohohohohoohooohoho yohoohoohohohohohu cahahahhahhaallihihihihiihhing lahhahhahhahazy? Yohohohohoohohu dihihihihihiihihidn’t geheheehhet uuhuhuhuhuhp ehihihiihhiihhiihihther!” His giggles turned to shrieks of laughter when Giyu shot his hands up his sleepshirt, digging into his ribs and belly like there was no tomorrow. “Yhohohoohohoohohou’re hahahahhahahahhahands ahhhahahahahhrahahre cohohohoohohohohld!”
“They are, aren’t they?” Giyu’s tone held a teasy note as he tickled the other. “Warm them up for me? Here’s a good spot!” He shot his hands higher, burrowing into the other’s armpits. Sabito shot his arms down with a squeal, his laughter reaching a new octave as the other went for his worst spots. “GIHIIHIHIHIIIHIHIHIYUUHUHUHUUHUUHU!”
“Are you gonna get up?” The other asked, watching Sabito’s cheeks grow red with mirth, eyes teary with laughter as he flailed and squealed. “Are you gonna go to training?”
“YEHEHEHEHHEHEHHES NOOHOOHOHOHOHOW STAHHAHAHAHHAP!”
The other boy laughed as he did, pulling his hands back and watching as Sabito collapsed with a huff, residue giggles and laughs escaping his lips and filling the air around them. “Ahehahahha….hehehaha...yohoohhure mehehean!” He wheezed, earning a poke to the belly. “Ah! Ohohokay! Nohohot mehehean!”
Giyu smiled softly before climbing out of the futon, looking out their shared window. “Oh! It’s almost noon!” He turned to Sabito, the other already scrambling for his Haori and sword. “Come on! We’re gonna be late!”
“I’m hurrying, I’m hurrying!” Sabito grabbed his mask and tugged on his shoes, racing out the door. As he did, he grabbed Giyu’s hand within his own, pulling him along. “Run! Run run run!”
Giyu did as such, running as fast as he could with Sabito. By the time they made it, it was exactly noon, Master Urokordaki’s red mask gleaming in the sun as he watched the boys fly down the hill. Beside him, Makomo waved happily. “Good Morning, you two!” “Just in time. Though I’d wish you’d come earlier-” His lecture was cut off when Sabito tripped, his feet catching themselves as he rushed down the hill. Still holding Giyu’s hand, the pair shrieked as they went tumbling down the hill, a ball of limbs and fabric rolling along until they reached the bottom.
There were a few groans, Sabito rubbing his head as he tried to untangle himself. “Sabito, Giyu! Are you two okay?” Makomo ran over, their master right on her heels. “Ugh..my head. Oh, Giyu! Are you okay?” His attention immediately went to the shaking boy, his face hidden behind his hair. For a moment, Sabito worried his friend was crying in pain. But then-
“Pffft! Bwahahahhahahahahaha! Sahhhahahabito you’re fahahhahhace!” He giggled, falling over in a fit of laughter. The peach haired boy blinked before he was laughing just as hard, falling to his side as he was lost in mirth.
Above them, they could hear their master struggling not to laugh, which made the boys only cackle more. Makomo tried to hide her giggles, giving up almost immediately. “Ahhahahalright! Ahahalright! Come on, time to train.” Urokordaki gently helped them up, laughing when the Sabito snorted and Giyu wheezed.
The rest of the afternoon was filled with practice and giggles, the boys more than ready to take on the day. Hopefully Sabito won’t sleep in too much from now on.
Thanks for reading!
