to say charles was freaking out was an understatement, he was terrified. he didn’t understand what happen with you, you were doing so much better than last year. you weren’t partying as much and he knew you stopped drinking but he didn’t know you were still doing some type of drug.
pulling up to the hospital, charles didn’t care if his parking job was decent, the only thing on his mind was you.
“how’s y/n?” charles breaths out as he makes his way to the waiting room to meet your brother. pierre had tears in his eyes and his cheeks were puffy.
“..they..t-they said it’s not looking good” pierre breaks down, charles moves forward and pulls his best friend into a hug, trying hard to keep his own tears from flowing.

Lunch thief
It should come as no surprise to anyone that at least once a week when Steve isn’t away on a mission he has a standing lunch date with Charlotte. If it were up to her they’d have lunch together every day but she’s a smart girl and knows her Steebie is busy. Without fail though they always meet at the compound’s cafeteria and get lunch. Did they start making Dino nuggies once Lottie started having lunch there? Maybe. But it seems like everyone loves them, even her Steebie so he always has some on his plate.
After getting their food they find a table. Lottie waves and high fives any agent they walk by. She even stops to talk to some of them. Until Steve has to pull her away. When they finally find a table, near the large windows, because Lottie loves to see what’s happening outside, she opts to sit on Steve’s lap instead of her own chair. Before they even dig in you, Henry, Bucky and Nat join the pair.
What most people don’t realize about Charlotte is that although she’s small she can eat like a grown up. It’s mostly the serum but when you put her favorite food in front of her, she really goes to town. It’s no surprise that as everyone is talking that she finishes her Dino nuggies and French fries rather quickly. But she still wants more and she eyes the food on Steve’s plate. With a little giggle she slowly moves her hand toward his plate to snag a nugget, she dips it in bbq sauce and takes a bite. It happens a few times before Steve looks down at his plate.
“Hey, what happened to my Dino nuggets?” Steve asks before looking down at Lottie suspiciously. “Did you take them?”
With wide eyes and trying to repress a giggle Lottie looks up at Steve and shakes her head. Steve narrows his eyes at her but turns away to continue his conversation with Nat. Lottie smiles, thinking she got away with it. Her hand creeps up again and she takes one more and then another. It’s starting to look obvious that the pile on Steve’s plate has gone down significantly so he turns his head again just as Lottie finishes her chewing.
“Are you sure you didn’t take my nuggets?”
She gives him her best for eyes and a little pout. “No Steebie. I no take anything.”
“Hhm, ok.”
When Steve turns his head again Lottie pulls her hand up and grabs one last nugget. As she’s popping it in her mouth Steve turns to look at her.
“I gotcha.” He says and Lottie screams, causing the nugget to fall on the table.
She’s laughing hysterically in his arms.
“Tell me the truth.” Steve says while tickling her sides. She only laughs more.
“Kay, kay.” She says after a breath but starts laughing again. “I eated them. Is so yummy Steebie.” She says between giggles at Steve’s faux shocked face.
“How could you?”
“Is so yummy.” She shrugs.
“Fine, no dessert for you.”
Charlotte gasps and looks over at everyone at the table, who had also been laughing, with full concern.
“But I wike dessuht.” She takes Steve’s face in both her small hands and pouts. “Can habe some? Just Steebie and Wottie?”
“You want to share your dessert?”
“Mm-hm.” She nods.
“Ok, I guess we can share.”
Lottie smiles and hugs him. “Lobe you Steebie.”
“Love you too you little thief.”
Lottie giggles as Steve gets up to get something sweet he knows she’ll love. There’s nothing better than sharing his lunch with his best girl.

Hello I am once again asking for money if anyone can spare like $10 or $15 bucks so I can get my cat a bag of food and make sure I also don’t starve til my next pay. 😂 You know the gist, if you’d like some fan fiction written in return (or a gif set made, I haven’t done that in a while but I still know how!), let me know.
I am just a o tired of living pay cheque to pay cheque and being poor. :) Like don’t get me wrong I make decent money, but the cost of everything in life makes that “decent” amount feel like nothing. Maybe if I lived somewhere else it would feel decent.
ONE single bag of groceries with a case of pop and an already 50% off bag of toilet paper? $75. Gas is up at 1.72 a litre which is ridiculous. $20 in gas gets me a quarter tank and lasts for a few days, and I hardly ever even go anywhere. Can’t imagine if I lived further from my job and had to drive to work and back every day. Thankfully I work from home and even if I didn’t, the office is a block away.
Like I just got paid LAST NIGHT and do you know how much money I have left after paying SOME bills and taking out what I need for rent? $204, and my car insurance is $193, so. I haven’t even paid the pet insurance or school loan yet but the car insurance is the most important one so I have to make sure I have money for that and the other two will just bounce for now I guess. 🤷♀️ I’ll see how long my cat’s food lasts, hopefully she can make it til my next pay.
I’m hoping I’ll still be able to get my tattoo with just money from my next pay but we’ll have to see. I don’t want to cancel because I’ll lose a $100 deposit but if I don’t have the money I don’t have the money.
Gonna try to sell some manga (like anyone wants those), a GameCube I’ve literally never played since I bought it years ago, and some other games I don’t play. But that just depends on if anyone actually buys them. 😒

...Alright I've been trying to edit this post down for a couple days because I don't want this to come off like an advertisement but I gotta be a heartfelt sap for a moment. It's my nature, can't help it. 🤷♂️🤷♀️ Skirt review & personal ramblings under the cut:
Shoutout to @shopwitchvamp seriously. This skirt immediately replaced the cargo pants I've been living in the last few years. The fabric is so lovely & comfortable, the deep pockets are amazing, AND I can temperature-regulate in this crazy unpredictable weather!!! Hell yeah!
My partner got this skirt for me as a birthday gift because it reminds me of the digital sakuras in Night City that I keep using for virtual photoshoots but also in this Hot Topic Hello Kitty kinda way that just speaks to my millenial soul (🖤🎀🖤) I mean, obviously I'm in love with the design but the weight & texture & movement really made it an insta-fave in a very meaningful way for me.
And then I realized this is the first new piece of clothing I've owned since pre-pandemic. My body's changed so much that basically nothing fits. I had one pair of pants left that was at its limit and for years I've wore it like a uniform everytime I went outside with a baggy shirt to cover up. I got this skirt and suddenly I was styling outfits again, like wtf?!
So my partner & I realized how desperately our depressed neurodivergent asses needed:
new clothes that actually fit
with comfortable textures & fun patterns
that are actually functional & made to last
preferably from small businesses we respect
...And now we text each other about WV restocks lmao
The only problem is that because we couldn't afford anything from the Feb preorders, we figured we'd save up & see what came back in stock next month. Except it came in a month early. So LUCKILY we've already been saving up for this because now I'm waiting for my second skirt & partner's first joggers to be delivered today! And then they restocked more yesterday! And then they announced more restocks next week! Oof ouch our wallets but at least today's payday and now we actually have fun comfy clothes that fit to celebrate our 10 year anniversary together in a few months! 💕

I stayed off Paramore for years because back in high school everyone only ever played ‘the only exception’ song and I got so sick of hearing it every day they used it for everyone’s prom song I could literally get nauseous hearing the intro (cz the students would practice to it every fcking day every fcking recess)
I love Paramore though nothing against the band I just got psychologically wired to being NOPE’D to their music for a solid couple of years but will totally get back into them soon thanks for your post

Spiderverse x One Piece AU!
A little something that started as an exercise in character design and then I got a little bit into it lmao
I did design the rest of the East Blue Crew but uh... they were kinda ugly/boring, I put more effort into these two because they're the 💕favs💕
Info, kinda. Honestly I don't have a lot thought out its mostly random ideas that mushed together sort of resemble a well put together au, just like everything I do <3
Nami:
- Spider-Woman of her universe, while her design isn't exactly original I really liked using her orange and blue colors. She has the spider logo on her back because she hates spiders and hates looking at them lmao
- In her universe, her best friend Usopp died when she failed to save him (kinda her "Gwen Stacy" but he was just a friend)
- Has electricity powers, her spidey senses are also really in tune with the climate for some reason
- She has a staff (not pictured) she fights with, and also uses the environment to her favor, not the biggest fan of fighting hand to hand because (compared to other Spider-people) shes not as physically strong
- Has a few enemies and nemesis that she fights, Arlong being the most important/strong one
- She's actually quite happy to know other Spider-people, tho she was kinda shocked when she saw Usopp... It was awkard for both of them...
Usopp:
- The first Spider-man in his world, there are some things of his design I would change (mainly the sweatband, I would change the colors), but I'm actually quite happy with his design. Where does his nose go with the mask on? The same place Hobbie's hair goes, idk..
- In his universe, his best friend Nami died, Usopp failing to protect her
- Uncanny precision with his webfluids, also figths using the environment
- Unfortunately isn't a well received Spider-man 😔, gets complaints about destruction of property or how he's "pretty coward for a superhero"
- Really would rather focus on saving civilians from natural disasters, as he's also not as physically strong (compared to other Spider-people), but it seems every weirdo on the block decided they really need to beat this teenager up, so he also has some enemies...
- Super excited about meeting other Spider-people and finally being able to share life experiences with them, and then met Nami, or Spider-Woman Nami and it was awkard and uncomfortable (but they became besties, bittersweet moment)
Extra stuff from the rest of the East Blue Crew:
- Luffy's spiderman name is Spider-King and the rest of the Spidermans where like "I can't decide if that's the best or the worst name I've ever heard...". Well Usopp thinks it's kinda cool, and wishes he had chosen a cooler name for himself, might be too late for a new signature 🤔, Nami and Sanji think it's stupid, Zoro is undecided
- Sanji does not have a spider logo, even tho his name is Spider-man because he hates spiders
- Zoro is the second Spider-man from his universe, the first one being Kuina, she died and he took her place
- Sanji has fire inmunity
- Zoro carries like 5 extra pockets of web fluids cause he takes "longer routes" (he gets lost a lot)

therapy was “helpful” and I “liked it” and sigh I’ll “keep going”
#I like my therapist a lot#the one point where we disagreed today is she feels it’s probably not ideal to read every single book available on a topic#so as to be able to make informed decisions#I was like ok MAYBE it’s a way of exerting control but ALSO I can just have a scholarly interest in mapping the critical landscape ok#it’s fine no one agrees with me on this point lol liz is always like not another rabbithole#but idk I am always trying to explain that like#having more information actually makes me feel more free to do whatever#because instead of having one fixed idea about the ‘right’ way to do something#I can explore/evaluate a ton of different ways of doing something#and see that they all basically lead to the same decent outcomes even if by different routes#and so then I can be like well I’ll just do what feels best/works best for me and not worry so much about if it’s the ‘right’ way#I feel like maybe it’s an anxiety behavior but the outcome is significantly less anxiety over day to day decisions#🤷♀️#however maybe this is one of my ‘cognitive distortions’ lol#I did start getting really panicked at the thought of being told I couldn’t research stuff lol

#the london weekend has me pulling my hair out a little tbh#so revpro announced the meet and greets like two days ago. and the times horribly overlap with the all in fan event#which means i gotta miss one of them. and it sucks cause i need to know asap if im ditching half of the fan event to go meet ppl#an hour away from wembley and who knows how long tickets will be available for that with whos annouced to be there#but also idk whos at doing meet and greets at the fan event. cause im obviously prioritizing kip and penny if they show up so like#but we dont know until maybe next week. who knows cause aew is so bad at announcing these things ahead of time#i just have to make decisions and its infuriating#i might be able to do both if aew meet and greets are early enough and its not that many people#but again copper box is an hour away. and the meet and greets end at 2.30 so :)#its fucked up. i hate it#anyways. we'll see i guess. sorry just had to get this out its so frustrating#the worst aew could do is not put kip and penny on this event either tho so like 🤷♀️#but again i wont know until much later. and then its ticket roulette with revpro potentially. who knows#its just irritating how these things are organized ugh#at least im still seeing both shows on good seats but. yeah#ANNOYING#night is an absolute mess on main
