this weekend was supposed to be normal…chores, meal planning, grocery shopping, staying in and cuddling the cat, maybe some light hiking but instead the last 24 hours have been full of heartbreak and my partner and I had to make the worst decision we never wanted to make and let go of our little furball

i know it was the right decision like this little guys body just shut down and it’s no one’s fault but it was so sudden. he was fine on wednesday, normal, and by friday he couldn’t breathe and was only comfortable inside of an oxygen chamber. so here’s to milo, he completed our little family and gave us so much joy and we will never ever forget him
