This is none other than Goddess Artemis. 🌕🦌

For Garden of the Never-Known Goddess, I want to take a twist on the appearances of the other deities as well, based on their attributes.

I have had my rouble with this one quite a bit. Not the design (well, that too, but like 2 months ago, and that is for a different time), but the lineart. She was suppoused to have a much more delicate face, but it didn't work out well.

I still like her a lot, though.

I want an "official" post for introducing her, but a quick rundown: She's Bronthea's half sister and one of the only ones she gets along with.

Artemis and all the other deities appearing in the story are antagonists to the main cast.

This is far not final. I will reach out to pagans worshiping her to see how much they like it, and as a pagan myself, I'll make sure to personally give her some offerings and check if she herself approves.

It was time you guys finally got a picture of Jo, my Encanto OC and love interest of Isabela.

Jo uses both he/him and she/her pronounces, since he's neither and both a girl and a boy. I found it unrealistic to use they/them for a character in the early 60's.

But, like, why did this turn out so cute? 😭❤️

They're supposed to be this lovy-dovy couple, always hugging and just in need of constantly touching each other.

(This picture in particular would happen after the fic Over the Mountains [currently on hiatus].)

The first day of Inktober 2023, let's GOOOOOOO ✨😁✨

I'm so excited😁... and tired.😅 When I'm timing this, I just got home from a class trip to Budapest.

My mood is up, though. 🤩(Both after the trip and for this challenge.)

I made sure to have a headstart, so I have a few posts prepared already.

For the first day, I drew dear Tiffany, who, for those who don't know, is a "witch". (Using " because she personally doesn't use this term but falls in the category)

She's brouving something in her little culdron.

What could it be? Poison? Medicine? A curse, perhaps?

Based on how much she loves most of her coworkers, it's most likely either the first or the last one. 😅

This is also a character who you guys haven't met yet (except maybe in some sketchbook reels; I'll definitely send some rose emojis to the one who knows which one she is she 🌹).

She also has no name yet, but unlike my nymph OC, she is a (mostly) fleshed-out character. I do want to take my sweet time because I have big plans for her.

She's a psychic. She has strong intuition, can see ghosts, and, which will be really, and I mean REALLY important, she can see auras.

I mean, the auras of humans and mythical creatures are different.

And no, I am not referring to the nymph.

There is in fact an impostor among the archeologists, but it is not the nymph.

This lady right here knows exactly who it is, and it is only a question of time when she will be brave enough or just have enough to say it.

It was time for Vee to shine as well. By plan, this is not the last time you see her, though. 😉

I had so much trouble finding context for this one, as if this was the hardest word to use from this list.

The idea came from some semi-recent events from the webcomic Nevermore. The MC, Lenore, used a pendulum, and it inspired me to do something similar in GOTNKG.

BTW, on day 10, we're getting somewhere. 😁

I dunno, I just really wanted to draw Tiffany as a knight.

I actually like to use knight imagery for her, and this will be a returning idea in the future (especially when I've reached the point of selling my art).

(Yes, Vee is her princess 👸💕)

I really like how she turned out in the end.

I had so much trouble with her glasses, I can't explain. Luckily, in full black and white, my struggles with fixing the problem with Poska markers is not visible.

I mean, Sekhmet is a lioness, which is technically a big cat.

I wanted to draw her because I want to build Garden of the Never-Known Goddess in an omnistic world, so basically every god, goddess, and deity exists in some form.

At first glance, I thought Sekhmet would get along with Bronthea, making her an ally of hers and an antagonist against our main cast.

I haven't done the proper research yet, so I'm not saying she is part of the story, but she may or may not end up in it.
