Amity Candy Store
It turns out that having a portal to the Infinite Realms gives you resources to materials you've never seen before. Due to the recent peace treaty between Amity Parkers and ghosts they had begun to exchange products.
Some ghosts felt very nostalgic and wanted to try the food of the living again, or have access to objects not available on the dimension. Others simply wanted to show their shiny items to the liminals, after all there were so many portals on the dimension and they had a lot to trade!
One of those items was Kryptonite, ghosts were sure it was candy of some kind and told the liminals that and since ghosts and liminals could eat it without any consequences (Frostbite approved) the liminals assumed it was some kind of special candy. Like shiny rock candy.
So it is not surprising that when they opened a candy store they began to sell Kryptonite there. When the Justice League began to investigate the town's sudden silence from the outside world Clark didn't expect to feel extremely weak walking past the local candy store. Or that being around the local children would make him sick.

History of the Motorsport Champaign Spray
The most important part of a Motorsport podium is a Champagne Spray. But you have to admit that spraying Champagne on teammates and rivals is kinda weird. So why the fuck do people spray champagne on each other on the podium.
Before we answer why drivers do the Champagne spray, first we must ask why Champagne is on the podium in the first place.
The first time Champagne was rewarded during Formula 1's first season. After the 1950 French Grand Prix, Juan Manuel Fangio was awarded a bottle of champagne from Moët & Chandon. Moët & Chandon would be the official champagne provider to F1 from 1966-1999 and from 2016-2017.
The first time Champagne was ever sprayed on the Podium did not happen during an F1 event. In fact, it wasn't even on purpose. After the 1966 24 Hours of Le Mans (Yes, the one in Ford vs Ferrari), the class winner of Prototype 2000 Jo Siffert accidentally sprayed the crowd with Champagne when opening the bottle as it had built pressure from being in the sun for too long.
The next year's class and overall winner Dan Gurney (Also apart of the only pure American team to win Le Mans) decided to do a little trolling and shacked the bottle until it popped, spraying his teammate, photographers, Carroll Shelby, and Henry Ford II. Thus the tradition was born.
“What I did with the champagne was totally spontaneous. I had no idea it would start a tradition. I was beyond caring and just got caught up in the moment. It was one of those once-in-a-lifetime occasions where things turned out perfectly...I thought this hard-fought victory needed something special.” - Dan Gurney
In ye olden days most drivers competed in multiple series a year, so my theory is that Dan Gurney friend and the people he competed with in that race thought it would be fun to spray the Champagne.
Because I mainly blog about F1, the first time Champagne Spray was not done by Dan Hurney(He was also an F1 driver, in fact he is the first of three people to win an F1, Indy, and Nascar race in the world) recorded was in 1969 French GP, where Jackie Stewart accidentally popped the cork of a warm bottle of Champagne, he tried to preserve the drink by covering it with his thumb, but it made it worse.
Fun fact: It cannot be called Champagne if it was not made in the French region of Champagne. So the current F1 officel victory drink Ferrari Trento(No relation to Scuderia Ferrari) is not Champagne, its sparkling wine.

Hi! I got two questions for you:
I remember seeing something you replied to that suggests you hate Jon Kent. Can you explain why (assuming your opinion hasn't change)?
What are your thoughts on comics in general?
I also find your opinions & thoughts unique and different from the norm and I don't mind learning more about them.
God yeah I hate the kid. He's just so bland to me + is the living breathing embodiment of the "blood ties are the most important thing" that DC has been pushing + so many good characters have been assassinated to make him look interesting (he isn't) and just in proximity to him. I do honestly think he could have just not existed and we'd be all the better for it
I love comics as a medium & method of storytelling. There's just so much that can be done with them and I love so many of the characters & storylines. They can be very frustrating definitely, I hate them sometimes and writers/editorial can be eugh, but I do love them :)

bcs this is rpf, i personally don't think i have the leeway to say 'he would not fucking say that' bcs these ARE real people, just put into a (hopefully) harmless fictional sense where it's written with the purpose of the people NOT having to see it. It's a (n admittedly odd) little hobby that has lanes, thusly, lines to respect -- in my viewing and partaking of it, at least. It has more range than being in some fandoms, but it also has fewer ones due to its niche nature. I don't know what this man whose story i have gravitated toward would or would not say, really, because i'm Not a part of his Real life AND i D O N ' T W A N T to be. My ire is not because i am policing a perceived possession of mine ( a 'favorite 'character', persay), it's really because i'm sensing an off-putting pattern of perception showcasing real people that reflect real issues.. in a hobby. it's just unsettling, i guess, to see
