I made these three Pokémon based on a flower called the bee orchid: it’s this really cool flower that attracts male bees to it by imitating a female bee, causing the drone to try and mate with it, covering it in pollen during the process. It just screamed pokemon to me, so here they are! The one on the left is a grass and poison type, and it’s two possible evolutions on the right are grass/flying for the top right and poison/dragon for the bottom right. Those typings might change, and the designs as well. Honestly I’m not sure if I’ll include these in my new region or not, but they’re still cool. The idea is that they imitate bug types. Tada!

The Three of Antennae (wands) card unfurls before us a message of expansion, exploration, and looking ahead. It is the embodiment of that moment when one stands on the precipice of possibility, gazing into the distance, and daring to dream of what lies beyond. It is a harbinger of opportunities on the horizon, where the seeker gazes out to a world ripe with promise. This card embodies the act of setting forth into the unknown, a voyage into uncharted waters guided by foresight and courage.
Much like this card, the enchanting orchid bees, epitomize the essence of exploration and the quest for the unknown. These remarkable insects navigate their lush realms weaving a tale of botanical interdependence. They are the primary pollinators of numerous orchid species, engaged in an intricate dance of mutualism. In this partnership, the bees seek the aromatic treasures concealed within orchid blossoms while inadvertently ensuring the orchids' reproductive success. The males store these fragrant compounds in specialized leg pouches, which he will use as offerings to entice a potential partner.
The orchid bee teaches us the value of collecting fragments of beauty and knowledge along our path, to offer them as gifts to those who share our voyage. It underscores the idea that the journey itself, marked by diligence and purpose, is as valuable as the destination. In the embrace of the Three of Antennae and the world of these resplendent creatures, we find inspiration to journey boldly, to seek the rarest nectars of life's experiences, and to offer the essence of our discoveries as tokens of connection and allure on the path of exploration. It is a testament to the enduring spirit of those who dare to venture forth, driven by the call of the unknown.
