It’s weird phantom limbs and sensations- spikes and wings when I’m on the defensive, fangs and claws on the offensive, tail and ears when I’m happy… and sometimes (some, or all at once) randomly

Overwhelming, sudden urges to do or for things I don’t understand- head pats and ear scritches, burrowing, biting/gnawing/clawing, curling up in a ball on a blanket instead of being under it

man, so many thoughts in my head, I am questioning a lot of bits about my identity, like for example, not sure i'm demi, I'm not even sure i'm non-binary and others, like am I even a therian? do i even act like who i fictionally kin? gods.

god help me figure out my emotions, because i've probably buried them a bit too hard, i also hate that my brain just refuses to give me thoughts or any feelings at times and i don't know what's mentally wrong with me, like, I can never confirm if i have depression, anixety, autism, adhd, anything until I go to someone who can help, and i don't think i can confirm anything because i'm afraid to ask about it.
