I no longer feel comfortable being referred to as a human

Every day I am pushed away from humanity

I can’t see/navigate well in unfamiliar environments and SO many places lack public transport

I can’t speak without being told to “shh, it’s your [labelled mental health problem]”

Healthcare is dehumanizing

Elementary school was dehumanizing

Different types of abuses were dehumanizing

Ugh I prefer to be treated like an animal now, please, I don’t even want your couch or floors I’ll sleep outside. If this is what being a human is I do not want it ever again

Shane never felt human never ever Shane's always knew they were different and when they learned about otherkin and therian and stuff

althuman and alterhuman human and just nonhuman identities in general Shane felt seen.

i felt like i wasn't the only one out there that I dealt with this like when I was the smallest I often felt like a husky mainly, but I grew up I had different forms to diffeent animals because i'm a angel shapeshifter i shift unconsciously does it without meaning to it just does it just shifts to any animal it (brain) wants can't control shifting but trying to still cope with being nonhuman. feel like an animal angel constantly. just shifts to different creatures. - Shane/Theo/Bug/Angel/Locket

it's always "i don't judge !!" until a person is a therian or just nonhuman in general, their religion is something they don't agree with or don't see as a "real or valid" religion [like satanism or autotheism], they identify with xenogenders and use "weird" pronouns, they have a "cringy" style like emo, scene, goth, or harajuku fashion, they're disabled, they act childish and age regresses, they have extreme intrusive thoughts, they have "odd" interests, they don't have proper hygiene because of poor mental health, their identity "doesn't make any sense", they're "too fat" or "too skinny", or they're just "not attractive". stop cherry picking, you can't claim "you don't judge" when you can't accept these people. be better.

Therian: Someone that identifies as an animal on a non-physical level.

Theriotype: The animal that a therian identifies as.

Otherkin: Someone that identifies as a non-earthen being. (non-physical)

Species dysphoria: Feeling dis-comfort with being human.

Alterhuman: Feeling non-human.

Poly therian: Having multiple theriotypes.

Mental shifts: Having the mindset of your theriotype.

Phantom shifts: Feeling an animal limb that isn't there.

Con therian: A therian that doesn't experience shifts.

Sun theiran: A therian that is constantly shifting.

Cladotherian: Not having a specific theriotype.

(ex: Canine instead of wolf)

I hate theriantok

No, not bc of the gear, the """"fakers""", kids, or anything of the sorts.

But because of the fucking amount of humans who can't mind their business. Like, I can't go to one comment section without being BOMBARDED with therian hate. I simply cannot find our community in these comments.

I can't go through like, 3 videos, without seeing either outsiders straight up hating on us, or a video being like "look at these weirddd humans who think they're animals oooo so weird!! Point and laugh guys" treating us like zoo animals. And that's so upsetting to me. We're just living our lives.

Leave us alone!! Go away!! These are our safe spaces.
