Is there a pro-hero (maybe even in the top ten) that Lemillion could reasonably defeat at least 6/10?

Considering that this encompassing so many characters, I'm going to be sticking to the ones I am certain Mirio could beat and the match ups I consider the most interesting. If there is any one specific fight you want me to talk about, let me know.

Present Mic: Ironically, Mirio's biggest weakest may be his greatest strength. Since Mirio can't hear anything, Present Mic can't really harm him. And since Mic is such a stationary fighter, Mirio could just swim up to him and punch him in the stomach.

Rock Lock: Anything he puts up is going to be bypassed without an issue. Sure, he could try to lock Mirio down via his costume, but he needs to turn his hand to apply the affect. And in that moment, Mirio is going to become intangible and attack from a different angle.

Pixie Bob: While drastically changing the environment would be a major problem for most, that doesn't matter to Mirio. No matter where or how she moves the terrain, Mirio has a way to move through it and keep gunning for Pixie Bob. It may prolong the fight by redirecting and confusing Mirio, but I still think he'd sink a win.

Fat Gum: While it would normally be a bad idea to launch yourself into Fat Gum's stomach, Mirio can phase right out after he's made an attack. Since Fat Gum can't really counter that, Mirio could widdle away at any reserves he has. Fat Gum does have his kinetic return, but he needs to charge that up and land the hit, which is easier said then done.

Reasoning: I wanted a cat with spots. There's already the Dalmatian. And sure, I gueeeeess I could just hex them onto preexisting catz. But there's no fun in that!

Variations: Five! (black, brown, tan, red, and white)

Pixies have features similar to the Desert Lynx, but possess spots and ear tips of a certain colour.

When breeding two Pixies together, the markings on the ears can be different from the markings on the body.

The spots can get passed down to cats of any other breed!

I may or may not update the breed to have a gray variation and a blue variation as well, simply because I forgot those existed and they're the only other "basic" colours that would be nice for spots.

New Quirk Name: Bedrock or Cornerstone

This Emitter type Quirk activates whenever the user touches any kind of earthen material with their hands. The user may control this material, causing it to move and fly around over medium ranges. The user has an extreme amount of control over this material, capable of refining and transmuting it into new forms. For example, they could touch the earth around them and cause it to fly into the air, only to suddenly turn into mud on top of someone and then into sand to form a sandstorm before condensing it back into rocks. They can cause the materials to shape and bind together, such as by combining a series of random rocks into an exact statue of themselves. The user can even control this effect for materials with earth inside them, such as certain metals, though this is far slower and cruder as a result. This gives the user an extremely powerful Quirk, taking an ever present resource and putting it under their total control. They can completely alter the landscape around them, shape defenses and traps out of the area, bombard foes with flying rocks, bury opponents under heaps of earth, form makeshift tools and shelter, burrow through the ground, or just become a world class landscaper. Though the user needs to make contact with the material first and the Quirk relies on the user's hands to establish contact with and control the earth. The material the user controls can still be broken down and blasted away, potentially interrupting their control, and the user's control over the earth will slowly fade, requiring them to make contact again.
