Lunes 20: M desperté bastante feliz a decir verdad. Lo vi en el colectivo, cruzamos miradas y m puse bastante contenta. En teoría m fue bien, y t vi. T extrañé, pero no tanto como para amargarme, sino q fue una añoranza con un tipo de aceptación y nostalgia. Me fascinó planf. d obra. Saliendo del colegio -muy contenta- sentía una nostalgia bastante fuerte. En la parada vi a una pareja q m recordó a nosotros. Adelanté algunos y m quedé viendo a la calle pensando en situaciones lindas q vivimos, mientras q en mi mente sonaba esa parte de Había Una Vez ... q dice “Y el mundo sigue girando aún sin tu amor” esto m chocó un toque e hizo q sienta una añoranza muy fuerte, pero no m amargó. Llegué a mi casa y le conté a mi mamá como m fue. Se alegró. Le dije q estaba muy contenta, a lo q m dijo “Me pone feliz que estés feliz”. ¡Cuánto la amo! No voy a mentir, m gustaría q él esté conmigo para poder compartir mi felicidad, pero él no m causa eso, en cambio, m hace bastante mal.

🦗Pest Control 2 🦗

Welcome to the long awaited part 2. I’ve been a bit MIA lately when it comes to the personal garden posts and there’s a reason for that. This past week I’ve been in Germany to see the boyfriend you can read about in my bio.

Anywho that’s not what y’all are here for. You’re here to read about pesky little insects and the epic battles between me and them.

In the last post on this topic I told you guys that my grandma had been over and showed me a method to get rid of my aphid problem and I tried it. Here’s how it went.

She told me to go out and gather fresh nettle in the park by my house which I did. I brought home almost and entire bag full. She then told me to throw it in a bucket and brew tea from it.

I left the tea overnight to get it really strong and to make sure it was completely cool before I transferred it into a spray bottle.

I sprayed it on all of my plants and it did work but after about two to three days the nettle tea started smelling absolutely disgusting so I threw it out. If you decide to try this out yourself I’d suggest storing your bottle in the fridge to keep it from going bad.

If you’re wondering why spraying nettle tea on your plants works I’ll explain that to you now. My grandmother told me it works because the acid in the plant (the stuff that makes stinging nettle sting) will kill the aphids. It’s pretty simple.

So yeah I’ll have to make a new batch soon cause the plague continues to spread and I really don’t want my children to die. I hope you guys enjoyed this post.
