Rosemary && Bacon Fat (Jowl) marinated steak accompanied with an emulsion of white wine/oil splashed broccoli and a delicious, creamy scalloped potato. Bon Appetite!
Steak and broccoli were seared and steamed, respectfully. Recipe for the scalloped potatoes is as follows:
Hands on time: 30 mins
Bake: 1hr 25 mins at 350
1 chopped onion
2 cloves garlic, minced
1/4 cup butter
1/4 cup all purpose flour
1/2 tsp salt
1/4 tsp blk pepper
2 1/2 cups milk
8 cups thinly sliced red, white, or yellow potatoes (about 2 1/2lbs)
Preheat oven to 350
Cook garlic and onion until tender. Stir in flour, salt, and pepper. Add milk. Cook until thickened and bubbly.
Place half of potatoes in greased baking dish. Top with sauce. Repeat layers. Cover with foil.
Bake for 45 minutes. Uncover and bake for another 45 minutes or until potatoes are tender. Let stand ten minutes before serving!

Take two cups of water
1/4 tablespoon of salt
Bring to boil
Add in one cup of oats
Bring down to simmer
Add in a sweetener of your choice (I used honey)
Stir occasionally until oatmeal reaches desired consistency
Add blueberries in oatmeal!! Blueberry oatmeal!!

Anything better than a delicious chkn parm!?
Fried thinly sliced chicken breasts in parm && Italian bread crumbs.
Sauce was made from boiling down a can of diced tomatoes, salt, sugar, black pepper, and oregano 🌿 for ten minutes
Topped with parm. Mozzarella is optional as well! Served with garlic oil pasta 🍝
