Theme Ideas For Days Stuck At Home
(Feel free to add your own ideas. I may come up with more later.)
Summer/Beach - Sunbathe. Make a summer themed playlist. Draw something beach. Watch movies/shows set by the water. Play with water balloons or a hose/sprinkler in your yard. Wear a swimsuit in the bath if you don’t have a pool. Play with a beach ball. Play balloon volleyball inside. Eat summery fruits and popsicles.
Nature - Spend time outside relaxing. Have a picnic. Open windows to let some fresh air in. Watch nature documentaries. Draw flowers, animals, landscapes, etc. Do leaf rubbings. Make paper flowers. Eat plant based for a day. Set up a tent inside or in your yard and “go camping”.
Slumber Party - Wear pajamas all day. Paint your nails. Build a fort. Watch some chick flicks or horror films. Eat some junk food. Do something fun with your hair. Look up karaoke videos to sing along with. Use a steaming service to watch movies with your friends long distance. Spend time on Skype/Face Time with your friends and have a sleepover doing the same things in your separate houses. Play long distance games with your friends.
Creative Arts - Mix and match your clothes and wear an outfit you’ve never worn before. Try some bold make up. Choreograph a dance. Write a poem, song, and/or story. Have a selfie photoshoot or photograph pets and things around your house. Draw. Paint. Craft. Color. Cook a new recipe or make your own. Follow an art tutorial video. Drink while you do it to make it like Painting With A Twist.
Around The World - Choose a country. Research it. Watch films made there or documentaries about it. If they speak another language, learn some phrases. Try a recipe from that region. Find some of the most random facts about the place. Imagine you were going there and plan your itinerary for your trip.
Fantasy - Read fantasy books. Watch fantasy/sci-fi movies. Do makeup inspired by a mystical creature. Draw your favorite creature. Write a fantasy story.
Medieval - Dress like you’re going to a renaissance fair or like royalty. Declare yourself royal for the day. Design your kingdom. Give it a name, laws, and draw/imagine the castle you’d live in it, what the land would look like, and what flag you’d have. What would your family crest be? Speak like they did back then. Watch period pieces. Drink mead or wine. Have a fancy feast. (As in tablecloths, candles, etc. Please don’t eat cat food.) Play medieval video games.
Superheroes - Come up with your superhero name, powers, and disguise. Draw it. Read comics. Make a comic strip/book. Watch superhero movies. Workout and train like a hero would. Make an obstacle course for yourself or your trusty pet sidekick. Play superhero video games. Wear a cape.
Color - Everything you do has to be in the color you choose for the day. Wear it. Paint your nails and/or do your makeup that color. Eat foods of that color. Color/draw pictures in using only different shades of that color. Watch movies or listen to songs that have that color in the title.
Friends - Write and send letters to your friends. Video chat with them. Make them personalized playlists. Only watch shows or movies with the word “friend” in the title. Play games with them. Send them sweet Tumblr messages.
Spa - Put on relaxing spa music. Light candles and/or incense. Wear a robe. Give yourself a manicure and/or pedicure. Soak in the tub. Make your shower into a steamy sauna. Hair treatments. Body scrubs. Face masks. Put cucumbers and/or tea bags on your eyes. Self massage or trade with your partner(s). Follow a makeup tutorial. Meditate. Do some yoga. Make cucumber and lemon (whatever else you prefer) infused water.

When I get up early in the morning to get ready for work, I rarely leave myself a lot of time to do things like hair and makeup. I end up just doing a quick five minutes hair and makeup, while I’m waiting for Pixie to finish eating breakfast. Sometimes I get some more time so I add in more elements or refine my makeup some more. But when I’m in a rush, there’s no time for that. It has to be quick and not look like you applied makeup in the dark. So here is the routine I typically follow every morning before work.
Products Used for this Look
Also known as the products I’ve lived in for the last week:
Urban Decay Naked Skin Weightless Complete Concealer in Fair Neutral
E.l.f. Brow Kit in Dark
Essence Volume Stylist Curl & Hold Mascara
ColourPop Jelly Much Shadows in Half Moon and Foxes
Anastasia Beverly Hills Modern Renaissance
NYX Epic Ink Liner
Jeffree Star Cosmetics Velour Liquid Lipstick in Family Jewels
What do you reach for on the days you’re quickly applying makeup on the go?
Love ya,
Mae Polzine

Witch OC Progress Entry #2
I’ve been neglecting to do this for so long omg it’s flippin August xD
So I was wrong in the last post.  There were fewer things absolutely certain than originally thought.  Like the color combo.  First it was purple and black and silver.  Then it was blue and black and silver.  Finally I decided to have red and black and silver.
The Corset
Almost immediately we started casually looking through Amazon for corsets.  They are not that cheap.  I need one with straps in order to set my cat puppet, Grendel, on my shoulder.
Tumblr media
We had even worse luck finding purple corsets once we factored in the need for straps.  So I changed my mind to blue.  We had an easier time finding blue corsets with straps, but none that I particularly liked.
Finally, after watching a Just Dance video on YouTube (I kid you not), I decided to go with red.  The only colors that have stayed in the palette this whole time have been the black and the silver.  Luckily for me, we hadn’t bought any fabric for the skirt or any makeup products yet.
Then we made the brilliant decision of making the corset ourselves.  I know, great idea.  Spend a bunch of money on a specific fabric (assuming we can find one that I like) for a specific style that I want.  Then get a sewing machine with none of us having any background in using one.  The only sewing I’ve ever done myself has been fixing holes in dog toys.  I know, lowkey sad.
But we did it.  We bought a sewing machine (and THOSE THINGS ARE NOT CHEAP LET ME TELL YOU), got some practice fabric from the clearance rack, and my dad started practicing using the machine.  It came out pretty nice with the practice fabric.  My mom half joked that we could put some stuffing in it and make a small pillow.
Then came the task of finding fabric for the corset.  According to the Internet, you need brocade fabric or some kind of curtain type fabric to make this stupid corset.  As if this wasn’t stressful enough, now we gotta hunt for this special fabric and hope and pray we find some in a nice black and red pattern I like.
We go to Joann’s.  Hope is high, chances are alright.  Before buying anything, we decide to check and see what Hobby Lobby has.  So we go there.  Hope is lowered, chances are even lower.  We pop by Michael’s.  Hope is low, chances are slim to none.  We go back to Joann’s.
We look at the pattern we bought a while back to see if it says what fabrics we can use.  Lo and behold, cotton is an option!
We book it to the cotton section of the ginormous fabric section.  They have some nice red and black fabrics, but I want some more black on it.  I turn my head and I see a glorious sight before me.  I felt like a spotlight shone from the Heavens and I heard angels sing.
The Halloween fabrics.
Tumblr media
This gorgeous fabric was the first to catch my eye.  It is wonderful: red roses, black coffins and bats on a gray-black setting.  I was almost deadset on this one until I saw another.
Tumblr media
HOW COULD I NOT GET THIS MASTERPIECE?!  Red roses, cobwebs, black bats, SKULLS WITH MELTING CANDLES ON TOP OF THEM!  IT SCREAMS GOTHIC MENACE, EXACTLY WHAT I WANT.  EVIL BUT NOT TOO EVIL.  DARK AND GORGEOUS (not unlike Elijah from The Originals).
I chose this fabric.  This is what my corset will have.  We also got the interlining or intertubing or whatever the lining/boning stuff is called.  It’s not whalebone, mind you, but good sturdy plastic.  We also got some plain black cotton for the inside.
Half of the outside layer is done.  I’m not sure how much there is total since my dad is the one sewing it BUT I’M EXCITED.
We’ve also decided to hang little bottles on it as well.  This corked bottles are the size of bracelet/necklace charms because that’s what they are.  We got them at Hobby Lobby because Hobby Lobby has A LOT of jewelry charms.  Inside the bottles will be dust glitter.  Think pixie dust.  To make the glitter glow, there will be tiny LED lights inside.  The bottles will be sewn to the corset with conductive thread.  I’m gonna try to explain conductive thread as best as I can, but if that doesn’t work then I suggest trying Google.
Conductive thread is actual thread.  You sew it into the fabric and connect it to a battery.  When turned on, whatever you want to light up or move will do so, assuming you’ve attached all the right parts and haven’t broken the thread or whatever.  It’s like wiring, but it’s thread.
The Skirt
We got this poofy black tutu type thing to add poof to the top since we weren’t sure if using just the fabric we bought at Joann’s would be enough.
Speaking of the skirt fabric...
So when we first decided to make a poofy tulle skirt, we popped by Joann’s and looked through the tulle/netting section of fabric.  Reds, blues, blacks, whites.  Elsa blue, Belle yellow, I’m noticing all sorts of things that would be useful for other projects.  Then we stumble upon a silver tulle.  With black crescent moons and stars.
Sadly, I don’t have a picture of it.  Even more sad, we can’t find it anymore.
See, we didn’t buy it right then and there like we should’ve because we had no idea how much we’d need.  We hadn’t taken my measurements yet.  Hell at this point we hadn’t even decided to make the corset yet.  So we decided to wait.  We went back the next week, and it was gone.  It hasn’t returned.
Now we jump forward to picking out fabric for the skirt.  This is about a week or two after buying the corset fabric.  Black and silver tulle will be easy to find.  Red is pretty abundant as well, but I want a specific shade of red.  A dark red, but not too dark, but also not too light.
We’re flipping through the bolts of fabric, when this piece jumps out at me.
Tumblr media
The red is a bit bright, but other than that it’s the near perfect fabric.  Deciding to look for other options in case there’s something else, we keep flipping.  We’re almost at the end now.  I flip the second-to-last bolt, and this one pops out.
Tumblr media
Quite literally.  It actually fell and whacked my forehead.
BUT LOOK AT IT.  THIS IS IT.  THIS IS THE FABRIC I WILL USE.  The red is a bit bright, but not as bright as the bats on the other one.  This is the perfect shade I was looking for.  We didn’t end up buying it for another week or two because it’s about $40 a yard and there were no sales or coupons at the time.
First we bought 2 yards.  A couple weeks ago we went back to look for a bright silver tulle (which was easy to find and pretty cheap too) and, after much stress, decided to get another 1-2 yards.  We had a coupon, but ended up using it something else because the fabric was already on sale and was excluded from the coupon.  Of course.
Last week we went and bought some black elastic to make the skirt.  So it goes like this:
The poofy black tutu-skirt goes on first.  Then the actual skirt goes on over it.  If I swish there are some gaps, but I don’t really swish.  There was no sewing.  Just tying the fabric around the elastic.  I comes about halfway between my ankles and my knees, which is the perfect length because we also got these cute red-and-black striped tights to wear underneath and, combined with the ankle boots I’m wearing, you can still see them.
Makeup
In between the time we spent looking for fabrics for both the corset and skirt and making them, I’ve been practicing makeup looks.  First I was deadset on recreating this look with black, red and silver.  I went out and got this palette for it.  I also got some silver glitter eyeliner too because I WANT GLITTER.
Tumblr media
I love this.  But after getting the corset, there is so much black in the outfit that I wanted something with more red.  So I went looking for red eye makeup looks on YouTube but could not for the life of me find something I wanted.
Then, while I was sick, I stumbled upon this tutorial.  I wanted to do this but replace the coppers with red.  So I did.  It took a couple days of trying, but I finally settled on a combo I like.
Tumblr media
And you can’t really tell, but the silver glitter goes into a wing.  I love outlining my glitter liner, so I’m thinking about getting red eyeliner and trying something new with that and black liner.  I don’t know if it’ll work, but I hope it does.  I really want the silver to be obvious, so I guess if it doesn’t work I could try building it up a little higher than it is here.  But then I don’t want the silver to hide all the glorious red, so there’s that too.
Do you see my problem lol
Also I’m planning on getting a silver crayon to use instead of the white on the inner corner.  If that doesn’t work then I’ll just still to the white.
And LET ME TELL YOU BLACK EYESHADOW IS A PAIN IN THE ASS TO GET OFF OF YOUR LASHLINE LIKE HOLY CRAP
Accessories
When it comes to jewelry, I’ve come a long way.  I wanted something gothic and cool but also, obviously, in black and red.  TO AMAZON.
And I found this necklace, this bracelet, and this finger claw awesomeness.
I also have this dragon earring/cuff that I got from the renaissance fair back in April.  Pain in the ass to get on but still gorgeous.
Tumblr media
I should also mention that I’ve given the character an name.
Morgana Alexa Carter.
Go follow my main blog to discover more about her personality.  Why?  Because that’s where I’m developing her as a person.  Here is where I create the costumes.  For her this costume is basically what she would use if she would dress up as a witch for Halloween, especially since she is a witch.
So the week of the con I’m headed to the salon to get my hair dyed red.  It’s gonna be a nice bright red and I’m SO excited for it.  I’ve only had red in my hair one time and that was back in December 2014 when I’d had ONE streak on both sides of my head for Christmas (one green & one red).
On the other hand I’m also kinda nervous because red fades fast and even though I won’t be washing it until the con I’m afraid of it fading too much.  Because I’m paranoid like that.
Props
I want a prop for this costume (besides Grendel).  Michael’s already has some of their Halloween stuff out.  MY PEOPLE ARE RISING.
So we’re looking through the Halloween stuff.  I’m seeing fake crows, skulls, cobwebs, etc.  Then my eyes land on a stack of fake spellbooks.  I want a spellbook.
My dad turns to Pinterest.  There he finds a way to make an old leather-bound book, like the one from Hocus Pocus.  We got a small and a big wooden book from Michael’s, the kind that looks like a book but is actually a box.  The small one will be a practice one.  The big one will be untouched until further notice.  We also got some big books that no one cares about from Half Price Books to use.  We’ll see which one looks better.
Basically it requires mod podge and paper towels.  I’m not sure how that’s gonna work, but I trust my dad.  That’s also why we bought practice books.  We also got some charms from Hobby Lobby to try and put on the book so it looks like they’re inside the cover.  We’re also planning on (hopefully) getting an eye like the ones we got for Foxy, as well as a small skeleton hand to act as the clasp of the book.
That’s about it though.  I’ll put up pictures of everything I haven’t ASAP.  Until then I’ll catch you in the next update.  No matter when that is...

How to Make Tempera Paint with Egg Yolk
Artist Tinúviel Sampson gladly shares her secrets behind how to make tempera paint using backyard chicken and duck eggs. But first, she says, prepare the right ground.
By “ground,” she refers to the material on which the paint will lie. By tempera’s definition, it’s a hard paint with no flexibility. This necessitates a hard surface. Medieval and Renaissance artists used oak and poplar panels; Tinúviel purchases MDF fiberboard.
Our best chicken secrets revealed with this FREE guide!
Even old pros say they got dozens of tips for their flocks by reading this guide. YES! I want this Free Guide »
It’s easy to coat panels with modern acrylic gesso, which glides on smooth and dries quickly, providing a suitable surface for almost all painting techniques. But if you’re using a traditional paint, as Tinúviel does, why not prepare a traditional gesso?
“This gesso,” she says, “a true gesso, is an absorbent surface for the paint to adhere. It adds luminosity to the paint above it.”
She simmers rabbit hide glue in a double boiler until it makes a gelatin. Without actually boiling, because boiling breaks up proteins, she warms it just until it melts. Then she adds marble dust and titanium oxide. “That’s what a traditional gesso is,” she explains, “before modern acrylic gessos.” After adding enough water to create a paintable consistency, she applies it warm because it’s solid once it dries. She arranges four-inch, six-inch, and eight-inch squares, often 20 at a time, and applies up to a dozen coats. The first couple coats dry quickly but the upper coats take longer. The entire process takes three to four days.
Stories and articles about egg facts usually talk about nutrition, digestion, or a hen’s laying ability. They don’t mention the chemical makeup of egg yolk and how the fat content provides the perfect binding, allowing color to stick to a surface for a long time. But tutorials, teaching how to make tempera paint, mention that fresh eggs hold together better so artists can completely separate the white and remove liquid yolk from the yolk sac. Having a fresh egg supply, from backyard chickens, provides the best yolks for tempera paint.
How to Make Tempera Paint with Eggs
Use pure artist’s pigment, in powdered form and without fillers. These can be expensive, depending on where you buy them. Tinúviel orders from Kremer Pigments and found they have good quality and fair pricing.
“Expense ranges based on the source of the pigment, whether colored earths or rare pigments. The most expensive colors tend to be the reds, blues, and yellows. They don’t have to be expensive but if you want some really nice, bright colors, the costs do rise a bit. If you look at old paintings, you can understand why blue was reserved for only Virgin Mary or very specific highlighted features in a painting. The cost of materials. Fortunately, a little goes a long way.”
Mix pigments with egg yolk in fairly equal amounts. Do this a little at a time; if the paint dries, you can’t reconstitute it. Only mix up as much paint as you will use before taking a break. Then add enough water to reach the right consistency.
But won’t the egg yolk turn the colors yellow? Online tutorials about how to make tempera paint say no. Tinúviel also assures that the yellow color fades as paint dries. White paint remains white. The water, also, doesn’t diminish the amount of color deposited. It just makes paint glide on easier, to allow different textures and effects.
Build up layers as you paint, because each layer affects the transparency and opaque nature of the paint above it. Be sure each layer fully dries before you apply another, to avoid paint that later comes off the panel.
After each painting session, wash brushes fully. Egg yolk dries hard and is difficult to remove; egg tempera can ruin the most expensive brushes.
Completed paintings may be perfect with a matte finish, or you may want a bit more luster. With a soft brush, apply a final coat of Damar varnish, or shellac, over your artwork to give it a bit more shine. Tinúviel prefers hers matte.
The finished painting isn’t Tinúviel ’s final step. Thanks to a growing fanbase and a contract with a local gallery, she scans her paintings into computer images then creates high-quality prints and posters. She even reduces images to two-inch by two-inch squares, and adheres to tiles and covers with epoxy, to create magnets for people who like to put chickens in their kitchens. Products can be found at a few local shops in Berwick, Maine, a local farmer’s market, and a big craft fair in July. For those who aren’t so local, Tinúviel has a website, an Etsy shop called “ii neko Cat and Rooster,” a Facebook page, and offers her art with Just Us Chickens Gallery.
Knowing how to make tempera paint bridges Tinúviel ’s love of art with her love of chickens, and it can do the same for other artists (and chicken owners.)
Have you learned how to make tempera paint with chicken or duck eggs? We would love to see pictures of your work.

What up guys! Tonight I have a post all about my favorite pale girl friendly makeup products and looks for Spring 2017.
I’ve gathered up all the products I have been reaching for this spring and loving. Grab a snack, cause this is going to be a long one.
The Primers
I have been using the Too Faced Hangover Rx Replenishing Primer under my eyes lately, with allergy season in full effect and my skin not being able to make up its mind on if it wants to be oily or super dry, this little guy has been a life saver.
With the weather warming up, the creasing is real, so Too Faced Shadow Insurance has been keeping my shadow locked in place all day. A little bit goes a long was too. I usually apply a light layer on my lid up to the brow and dust over the crease of my eye with translucent powder so my eyeshadow won’t end up looking gunked up in my crease. The struggle is real for hooded lids.
  The Illuminators
I have really been into liquid illuminators this year. While the Laura Mercier Radiance Primer is technically a primer, it adds a beautiful glow to the skin.
The Marc Jacobs Coconut Glow Gel Highlighter is super glowing, I love it on the high points of the face just over my foundation or even mixed into the foundation. Despite being a golden undertone I think it looks lovely on pale skin but can look very golden. I would love this in a cool toned shade cause the product is great.
Nyx Born to Glow has been my go to on days I want a cooler toned highlight.
For days I am wanting a rose gold glow, I love love love this little guy from e.l.f. However. I think it’s been discontinued.  They do have a baked duo in Rose Gold I think I need.
The Blushes
I really cannot get enough of that Tarte Amazonian Clay Blush in Paarty. I had to make myself not reach for it every single day. It’s peachy, yet rosy and all around perfect for pale skin.
An oldie but a goodie is the Milani Baked blush in Berry Amore. It’s similar in color to the Tarte one but with a glowy sheen. This blush has hit the ride or die status.
When I really want a warmer blush, the two blushed from the e.l.f. Beautifully Bare Face Palette are so lovely. They area delicately pigmented and a natural looking. That whole palette is amazing, especially for porcelain skin.
The Bronze
I used to never use bronzer, but I am really digging it this year to warm up my complexion, especially since I lightened my hair. I use a very light hand and do the “3” method around the perimeter of my face. The two I have been reaching for the most is the BB Bronze Booster from Physicians Formula in light and the one in the e.l.f. Beautifully Bare Palette.
The Highlight
I am always all about the highlight and I am on a kick with these duo chrome ones and ultra shiny blind the gods kind of highlight.
The Anastasia Beverly Hills Moonchild Glow Kit is just freaking cool as well as the Nyx Duo Chromatic Illuminating Powders. I can’t get enough.
Then I have the days of loving a golden glow, yes, even on my pale ass skin I go for the gold (pun totally intended) I think it can be stunning on pale skin. The Tarteist Pro Glow Palette has for of the most beautiful and underrated highlighters plus it’s got the best contour shades for fair/light skin tones.  There are also gorgeous champagne options in this palette too. You can find my reviews of all these highlighters here:

The Eyes
These four have been in constant rotation.
The Tarte Pro Eyeshadow Palette is amazing quality and incredibly versatile, and Too Faced Peanut Butter and Honey is one that is really cool. I love the warm grungy shade.

And of course the Naked 3 from Urban Decay has been a Spring staple for me since it’s launch and ABH Modern Renaissance, Well, we have a love affair that is nowhere near ending.

The Liners
I hardly ever talk about lip liners, mostly because up until recently I had a whole 2 that I liked but these 3 have been giving my lips life lately.
The NYX Liquid Suede Liner in Soft Spoken is that perfect natural lip shade and the product itself is smooth and long wearing. I use this one almost daily with a variety of lipsticks. The Essence one in the shade In the Nude is awesome, all the Essence liners are but the shade was my go-to for warmer liner until Makeup Revolution sneaked in there with a liner from the Retro Matte Lip Kit in Echelon. The liner in those kits are so good but that liquid lipstick was literally the worst thing I ever put on my mouth. It was bad it made me angry, but that liner tho.
As for the eyeliners, I was going to talk about the Covergirl Eyeshadow Pencil but it is also discontinued. So onward we go… The Nyx Faux Black and White collection are bad ass. I am having a moment with BlackBerry from the Faux Black line in place of black liner and Seashell for the waterline. The longevity of these is amazing and unique shades they come in make them fantastic.
The Lips
This section could have been a post all it’s own.
Starting in the nude/natural/your lips but better shades. First up is my current lip obsession. I never thought I would be so into a soft pink lipstick so much but it is just everything, color, quality, comfort. It’s the Marc Jacobs Le Marc Lip Creme in Slow Burn.
Then there is Honeycomb from Bite Beauty, from the Amuse Bouche range. Aptly named and perfect for spring.
These two beauties from Glips have been in favorites before. Kind of hard to get your hands on outside of Columbia but if you can get a lippy from Glips DO IT! They are sooo good. I’m loving Cupcake and Boho Chic still.
Next is two Wet N Wild lippies. I believe the Velvet Lip Pencil in Hickory Smoked was also in my Fall Lip Favorites, its just such a great finish, color, and quality. Not to mention the price point on these guys. The WetnWild Megalast is a new addition to the collection and I haven’t gotten a whole lot of wear from him yet, I thought the shade Rose Bud was the perfect spring lipstick. These Megalast lipsticks are insanely good For $1.99
For some more bold and vampy options cause I’m gonna wear a vampy lip no matter the time of year. Just like I will ALWAYS wear black. It’s ingrained in me. Anyway, I’ve been loving deep brick reds and browns right now. One would think Fall for these shades but I pair with a glowy look like I did in my Ostara tutorial and it just works.
And a couple liquid lippies. That little guy from Tarte… Tarte Tarteist Lip Paint in Birthday suit. Perfect everyday shade, and Nyx Liquid Suede in Soft Spoken. These are shades I have been picking when I can’t decide on a lippy.
Lastly for the lips. I typically am not a gloss fan at all but I got these two recently as samples and have actually been digging them. The Buxom Full On Lip Cream in White Russian has a nice, not too sticky formula. Great no brainer lip. The Lancome Metallic Gloss is super sticky but damn it looks good. I mean, have my lips looked better? LOL.
The Nails
It’s funny cause I am listening to Nine Inch Nails right now. LOL Anyway,  This past year I have been on point with keeping my nails … on point. Thanks, Chandra! My roomie does nail art.
This Spring I have been reaching for a lot of nudes, dusty rose shades and mauves… and olive green. One of my go-to for a couple years now has been the WetnWild Megalast in Private Viewing, it’s a classic nude creme. Pure Ice in Mauvelous is also a creme, a pure purple mauve shade for when I am feeling something a tad darker. The Revlon shade in Gray Mauve is an interesting shade, it’s a pale pink nude with slight blue micro shimmer giving it a pearlescent quality. Looks fab with a blue shifting duo chrome taco ahem, I mean top coat.
These next few here are from my favorite polish brand, Sinful Colors. The shade You Just Wait is a sheer pink with a green shift, Awesome topper over a pink or nude creme. Supernova is a super metallic almost metal looking cool toned rose shade. I love it for the accent nail. Then these 2 from KylieXSinful, I don’t care if Mama June made these polishes, they are gorgeous. Karamel is a nude with green and gold shifting micro glitter. Creme del la Creme is a pure rose gold metallic goodness. That name makes no sense, it’s a metallic, not a creme polish! Get with it, King Kylie. Jeez. The last one from the gel range is Tanlines. Dumb name, awesome dusty warm dusty rose shade. I hate tan lines irl though.  Lastly for nails and products! OPI in Suzi The First Lady of Nails. Yep, from the Washington DC themed Fall line. Why? I dunno, but I have done my pedicure with this shade for a full month. Cause green toenails are attractive, right?
Okay, it’s getting weird. I’m exhausted. LOL Here’s some links to tutorials of looks I have been rocking this Spring and maybe some throwbacks from the year before.
