brotp: Grim Matchstick because dragons go perfect with the princess types! I like to think she finds his more sensitive demeanor more relaxing when compared to the rest of carnival goers. I also like the idea of her being goof friends with Rumours Honeybottom, honey and candy go hand in hand after all.

general opinions: I love that the literal sweet princess might also have quite the tyrannical side. But at the same time I’d say she saves that for only people who deserve it, by the looks of it she was ready to throw down in her fight but her castle wouldn’t let her. I like to think that she’s been expected to be sweet and lovely and not do any dirty business by her subjects, but she clearly doesn’t want to be prim and proper all the time. I’d say her selling her soul contract was out of a desire to rebel a little from her role as baroness but it back fired.
