Carnaval do Brasil 2023 is February 17th - February 25th, and I would be remiss if I didn’t draw my beloved Zé in his festival attire.

His outfit here is partially inspired by his brief appearance in the Mickey Mouse Cartoon “Carnaval” from 2018 and partly from the outfit I drew human Zé in last year.

And as before, his necklace and belt pay homage to The Legend of the Three Caballeros.

The Mad Hatter and King Candy quip about how similar their voices are (hi guys Peter Griffin here to explain the joke. Mad Hatter was voiced by Ed Wynn and King Candy's voice is an impression of Ed Wynn. Candy was voiced by Alan Tudyk, who voices Hatter in the short)
