The Beginning- For #throwbackthursday I thought I would share the photo that made me fall in love with Seascape Photography. We lived in inland Southern California, so going to the beach was a special day trip. I didn't have my first DSLR for very long. I was learning everything I could about photography and had just figured out why I needed a tripod. I had heard everyone needs a prime lens so I got a 50mm. I still had little idea what I was doing and accidentally clicked this shot. I was shooting in auto and was more concerned with getting it in focus than what settings I was using. I fell in love with this painterly long exposure look and studied it to figure out how to duplicate this look again.
