Leeteuk:

A hand brushed through your hair as Jeongsu perched on your hospital bed just beside you. “What’s on your mind?” He quizzed, noticing you staring off into the distance as if you were in a world of your own.

You gave yourself a moment before looking at Jeongsu. “I’m just thinking about how much I wish my family were here with us right now.”

“It must be tough for you,” Jeongsu smiled.

“I just wish they’d been able to come and see us at some point during my pregnancy,” you finally admitted, “I didn’t want it to just be the two of us.”

Jeongsu moved his arm around you, “I wish they were here too.”

“Not all of your family have been able to see us either.”

“You can’t compare my situation to yours,” Jeongu assured you, “my family can get here in a heartbeat if we need them.”

“I think my mum worries sometimes that your mum is around so often, and she’s not,” you confided nervously in Jeongsu.

His heart sank as you spoke, “I’ll make sure that all of your family feel as involved as they can be, just like my family.”

“They’ll be alright, it’s just a lot.”

“We’re all overwhelmed right now.”

Heechul:

Your smile was wide as Heechul encouraged you to pose, holding his phone up and taking a photo of the three of you. “What do you think?” Heechul asked you as he loaded up the photo so that you could take a look.

You nodded approvingly straight away, “my family will be printing that straight away and sticking it up on the fridge at home, I promise.”

“It’s our first family photo,” Heechul noted.

“It’s adorable,” you chuckled as Heechul began to send the photo to your family. “They’re not here, but this feels as good as having them here with us.”

Heechul watched you closely, “they’ll come and visit us soon.”

“I know, we’ve not got too long to wait for them now.”

“Just think when they get here we’ve got babysitting sorted for the week,” Heechul suggested, bringing a laugh out of you.

“I can’t wait to sleep when they come over,” you agreed, taking Heechul by surprise, “we can just rest and let them take control.”

As Heechul placed his phone away he nudged against your side, “they’ll go crazy if we leave them to babysit you know.”

“They’re my parents, I’ll sweet talk them.”

“I like your style.”

Yesung:

You smiled appreciatively across at Jonghoon as he picked up a tissue and wiped underneath your eyes once again. “Don’t fret,” he told you, knowing that you were starting to feel guilty for getting so teary.

A faint chuckle came from you as you tried to get comfortable on your hospital bed. “I didn’t think I was going to cry, how wrong was I?”

“It’s an emotional time,” Jonghoon assured you.

“I didn’t think giving birth would get to me like this,” you confessed, shaking your head, “let alone getting all of these texts from my family missing me.”

Jonghoon nodded back to you, “I bet they’re missing you.”

“I can just picture my mum sobbing reading all these.”

“I’ll make sure to keep them updated,” Jonghoon assured you, “I can’t imagine you being on your phone for much longer.”

“Don’t remind me of what’s to come,” you joked, “it’s bad enough already without knowing they’re all not here too.”

Jonghoon’s smile turned up as he took a hold of your hand, “even if they’re not here, I’m here and I’ll support you Y/N.”

“I’m super lucky that you’re here.”

“I’m not going anywhere.”

Shindong:

A sigh escaped from you as you heard a knock at the door of your suite, glancing across at Donghee. “Who’s here? I thought we asked to make sure that no one interrupted us,” you told him, hanging your head.

Donghee stood up from your bed, making his way across to the suite door. “I’ll have a look and see who it is, I’m sure they’re harmful.”

“Tell them to go away,” you responded.

“That’s not very nice,” a familiar voice told you as Donghee opened up the door, “we’ve travelled halfway around the world to be here for you Y/N.”

Your eyes lit up straight away, “what are you guys doing here?”

“We couldn’t let you give birth all by yourself, could we?”

“I can’t believe it,” you laughed as your mum and dad both rushed to either side of your bed, giving you a reassuring squeeze.

“Surprise,” Donghee smiled as he hovered back to give you a few moments with your family, relieved to see your wide smile.

Your eyes flickered to Donghee as he spoke, shaking your head in disbelief. “Did you really organise this, just for me?”

“Of course, anything to help you.”

“You’re the best, thank you.”

Eunhyuk:

You both stared down at your son in your arms, with Hyukjae leaning against your shoulder. “He’s definitely got your mum’s nose,” he commented, being able to recognise the similarity straight away between them.

You nodded in agreement with Hyukjae as you studied your son closely, “we’ve cursed him already for having to share a nose with my mum Jae.”

“She’ll be thrilled,” Hyukjae chuckled.

“I can’t wait to show her, we’ll never hear the end of it once she sees him,” you told Hyukjae, turning to face him with a wide smile etched on your face.

He nodded back at you, “just think if she was here in person instead.”

“That’s one good thing about being so far away from them.”

“She wouldn’t let you go,” Hyukjae laughed as he looked at the empty chair beside you, “I’d be useless if she was here.”

“You know what she’s like, always worrying,” you reminded him. “Remember what she was like when I came over for the first time.”

Hyukjae chuckled as he recalled the memory, “there’s no way when she met me she thought I’d father your children.”

“Honestly, she thought you were so strange.”

“But that’s why you love me.”

Siwon:

Your eyes lit up as Siwon sat on the end of your bed hearing familiar voices coming through the phone. “Mum! Dad!” You cheered, leaning into Siwon to make sure that you were in frame and seen by them.

Siwon moved so that you didn’t have to, turning the phone around. “Do you guys want to meet your granddaughter?” Siwon excitedly asked them.

“Let me see, let me see,” your mum grinned.

“Here she is, nice and cosy,” you told them, tilting your arms so that your parents could both see the baby that you cradled so tightly in your hold.

Their smiles were wide as they looked on the screen, “she’s beautiful.”

“Everyone’s doing really well, and only a few tears from Y/N too.”

“Hey,” you jokingly snapped, nudging against Siwon’s arm, “I’m sure no one can blame me for getting upset with all that pain.”

“She was a superstar,” Siwon quickly reassured your parents, watching their smiles light up as they kept looking at your daughter.

As they did, Siwon pressed a kiss against the side of your head. “We can’t wait to come over and see the three of you soon.”

“The three of us, that sounds so weird.”

“You’ll get used to it Y/N.”

Donghae:

The dampness in his shirt broke Donghae’s heart as held onto you, running his hand along your back. “Let it all go,” he whispered closely into your ear, knowing that your emotions were all over like a rollercoaster.

After a few moments you finally pulled away from him, “I’m sorry, this is supposed to be a happy time for us, not a time for me to get upset on you.”

“Don’t you dare apologise,” Donghae told you.

“Throughout this whole pregnancy I’ve survived, but now it’s finally happening. I wish they were here,” you replied, wiping under your eyes.

Donghae kept a close eye on you, “I wish they were here as well for you.”

“You don’t need to feel bad for me, you’re missing people here too.”

“But my people are here, they don’t have to catch flights or pack suitcases to travel for hours,” Donghae reasoned in reply to you.

“They wouldn’t want me to cry,” you whispered to yourself, trying to find the motivation to stop yourself from tearing up.

Donghae moved his arm around you as you pulled away from his chest, “I’ll give them a text let them know that you’re alright.”

“You’d really do that for me, Donghae?”

“Of course I would Y/N.”

Ryeowook:

As yet another contraction subsided, Ryeowook moved closer to your side, letting go of your hand. “Everything good?” He quizzed, running his hand over the top of your head to push your hair away for you.

The pause that came from you told Ryeowook a lot. “I know that you’re here but I feel so alone right now, like someone should be on my other side too.”

“You wish your parents were here?” He asked you.

“More than anything,” you admitted, letting go of a sigh as you threw your head back. “They don’t tell you about this bit when you move abroad.”

Ryeowook offered you a weak smile, “no one thinks of the downsides.”

“I shouldn’t be thinking of this as a downside, I mean we’re having a baby.”

“It’s human to miss people during important times in your life,” Ryeowook smiled back at you, “I feel bad that my family are here.”

“Please don’t feel bad,” you asked him, resting against the palm of his hand, “I’m so grateful for all they’ve done for the two of us.”

The pad of Ryeowook’s thumb brushed against your cheek, “we’re all wishing that both of our families could be here right now.”

“Hopefully it won’t be too long to happen.”

“I’ll make sure it doesn’t.”

Kyuhyun:

You smiled softly as your daughter was taken away by the midwives leaving you and Kyuhyun along at your bedside for a while. “How are you feeling?” He asked, leaning across and taking a hold of your hand.

Your shoulders shrugged as you met Kyuhyun’s eyes, “it’s been a while since I felt homesick, but I’m really feeling homesick right now, it’s not the same.”

“They’ll be awake soon, right?” Kyuhyun quizzed.

“In an hour perhaps,” you told him as you glanced at the clock. “I can’t wait to wake them up with the best news ever, they’re all going to be so excited.”

Kyuhyun nodded in agreement with you, “I bet they’ll be missing you today.”

“This is the sort of moment where they should be here, not so far away.”

“We’ll be able to tell them all about this moment soon enough,” Kyuhyun tried to reassure you, “they’ll be on the first flight over.”

“I never imagined myself settling down in a foreign country,” you confessed, taking Kyuhyun by surprise, “this feels like a dream.”

He continued to watch you as you sniffed the tears back once again, “I never imagined myself being in this position either you know.”

“Would you change anything about right now?”

“Not a single thing.”

Heechul is a man who will do anything for you, starting in high school by standing up for you to modern-day things like bringing coffee to your internship without even asking for it. Heechul is one of those guys who does things that people often feel there is more to it than friends. And if you look at it from a distance, that opinion is fair.

In high school nobody paid attention to him, he was more on his own with one of his best friends and that was that. Sometimes you saw him walk by, and somehow you were attracted to him. Your girlfriends were just making fun of his hair or the way he didn't like the uniform rules. And yet he had a certain aura that made you want to leave him. You didn't want to show too much that something was up, so you ignored his presence most of the time. Until that one day, the day you couldn't avoid it anymore, the day Heechul showed that he's not just anyone.

Like most days you sat outside alone with your homework, nobody paid the slightest attention to you because who does homework at school anyway? Your friends were long gone, but you saw the benefits of doing your homework at school. No homework at home, more free time, and certainly more time to write and draw.

"Look who we have there, all alone." Jake was one of the bullies at school, he never really paid attention to you because you were often surrounded by your girlfriends, one of which he found remarkably interesting. "What do you want Jake?" you asked quietly, your eyes still on your homework.

"There's a party tonight." Jake looked at his friends standing around you, your eyes still on that one question in the book, and you quickly erase a wrong answer.

''So? Have fun," you said nonchalantly, not really in the mood for an argument with Jake or anyone else in his group.

Jake wasn't rude to you most of the time, but he could change his mood so quickly that you sometimes wondered if there was more to him.

"Ah come on, don't you feel like a party? We'll never see you."

"That's for a reason, will you please leave? I think you must get dressed for the party?".

Jake and his group of friends started laughing, so loud that several students realized that Jake was up to something again. As a result, many students walked on quickly, but one remained standing.

"Well, I was wondering if you wanted to go to the party with me?". You chuckled, shaking your head in disbelief once the words hit you. He wanted to go to the party with you, sure, and then dump you as soon as he sees his crush.

"Not interested, maybe Mira is still interested?".

"Come on, it's me, Jake. You can't get any better." Sighing, you closed your book, ready to leave, away from men who want nothing but a mirror to look at all day long. Jake grabbed your arm, his eyes on yours.

"You're going to regret this." His grip got harder and tighter, you tried to knock his arm away with your bag. All five boys burst out laughing.

"Hey Y/N, let's go. Did you forget you're having a family reunion?".

That phrase kept haunting your head for months. The way Heechul seemed so confident in front of Jake, like Jake couldn't do anything, made you see Heechul differently than many students thought of him.

After a few weeks, the two of you met after school to get to know each other better. It was the least you could do after he saved you from Jake. What started as a mild friendship, grew after a few months into a permanent friendship where you could count on each other. Your girlfriends used to joke about the fact that you were in love, which was crazy, right? Yet you started to see Heechul differently after graduation, the moment he got his diploma realized that you would see Heechul less because you were both going to college. It broke your heart but you also knew that a friendship like this couldn't be broken easily.

"Where are you with your thoughts?" asks a voice that sounds very familiar. Heechul pushes your Iced Latte into your hand and puts his sunglasses back on. And you have to be honest, it looks good on him. So good that a little butterfly flutters around in your stomach. Heechul shakes his head and pinches your cheek.

"I asked you something, and if you wait any longer I'll drink your coffee." You hide your coffee behind your back as he gets ready to grab the Iced Latte from your hands.

''I thought of the delicious coffee''. Heechul chuckles, he puts an arm around you and you walk towards the park near your old high school.

"I'm glad I never have to go there again," he jokes as he sits down next to you on the wooden bench. He takes a sip of his coffee as he fixes his gaze on the building. "It also looks completely different."

"You have that after almost 20 years." He nods but turns around quickly, his eyes wide and he stares at you with a questioning look. "Am I that old yet?" Heechul puts his coffee down on the bench and begins to feel his face with his hands.

"You don't have any wrinkles yet, old man." You receive a light push to your arm and you think back to the time when you walked around here in your uniform. Like it was yesterday. "Have we been friends for so long?" You ask yourself more than Heechul, but knowing Heechul he answers immediately.

"Too long if you ask me." You burst out laughing as you pat him on the shoulder. You both sit with a coffee in your hand, laughing at whatever is being discussed that afternoon and yet you feel different than usual. That one butterfly is still fluttering around and you wonder if more are coming or if it was just a moment. When Heechul gets up, throws away his empty cup, he comes back and holds out his hand. "Come, I'll take you home."

The moment you take his hand is the moment that that one butterfly is not so alone anymore.

For Heechul it is clear. Ever since he first saw you in the school hallways, he knew you were special. It took Heechul a while to know what those butterflies meant, and by a while, it means about 15 years. Heechul was always afraid that he would ruin the friendship the moment he revealed anything about his feelings. So he made the difficult decision to move on as friends and put his feelings away. It worked for a while, especially when he started dating other women, he forgot about you for a while. Until he was alone, and the first woman that came to mind was you.

He tries to hide his feelings as much as possible now too, unsure if it is mutual and afraid that he will ruin more than necessary, just like before.

Heechul had asked if you wanted to come over to him, just for a chill evening with a movie and some drinks. Nothing special and nothing new for you two. While you are packing your things you will feel the same butterflies fluttering around as before. Every time Heechul calls, sends a message, or shows up at your door it's like a butterfly garden in your stomach. "Alright, you can do this," you mutter to yourself, afraid that the nerves you never really had will make you return home and crawl under your blanket with the excuse that you're not feeling well. But that doesn't help either, because Heechul will be at your door within 15 minutes.

"Hehe, there you are, I wanted to call you if you were feeling well." Heechul presses a kiss to your forehead as he takes your things from your hand. Great, more butterflies.

"Which movie do you want to watch?" you ask as you plop down on the couch with the remote in your hands. You zap back and forth, waiting for Heechul with the snacks and drinks. "As long as it's not a boring romantic Hollywood drama, I'm fine with everything."

"Ah man, was just about to set up The Notebook." Heechul throws some popcorn your way as soon as he walks past you, he puts the snacks on the table and he hands you your glass with whatever he put in it. "Nice tan, are you going to poison me?"

"Would I wait twenty years for that?" You shrug your shoulders and take a sip of the red and orange substance. The sweet taste will make you take another sip, it tastes like strawberry, orange, and coconut. "Okay what's in it?" you ask after three sips. "Malibu, and something else...nice right?"

"Do you want me drunk?" He doesn't answer but grabs the remote from your lap and sits back munching on popcorn. "How about the new Avengers movie?" You nod and make yourself comfortable on the couch.

For about twenty minutes and already two glasses later it is quiet, nobody says anything. You let your eyes wander from Iron Man to Heechul. Dressed in a white oversized shirt, sweatpants and his hair was wild with probably the thought that he wasn't going to leave after all. It suits him well. Too good.

"Is Thor not so attractive anymore?" You are startled from your thoughts when you hear his voice, a chuckle leaves his lips. "What?" you ask nervously, trying to bring your attention back to the television.

"You're staring at me." You don't answer, your focus returns to the television. He shakes his head and like you, his focus returns to the television.

"It's Captain America, by the way," you mumble and grab a handful of popcorn. Heechul does not react and that ensures, partly due to the alcohol, that the next sentence pops out of your mouth without even thinking about it.

"But you're also attractive."

Your hand flies to your mouth in shock that you've just said this, without even being drunk. You hide your face in your hands, knowing the alcohol isn't going to be an excuse. Two glasses are nothing and your third glass is still half full. Heechul knows you need more to get drunk. He laughs and moves closer. He grabs your hands and then stares directly into your eyes.

''Can you repeat that?. I didn't understand very well." You slap him on the shoulder, the blush on your cheeks as you try to hide your face again. Heechul has to be honest with himself he's just glad you said this. But whether it is the truth and not a joke remains to be seen.

"Listen, if this was a joke, fine. Don't worry. But-''. He takes a sip of his drink. "If this is the case, I want to talk about it." You slowly raise your head from your hands, and you bite your lip when Heechul is sitting quite close with his hand folded over your wrist. You say nothing, but rest your chin on your knees. Heechul pauses the film and turns to face you again.

"I think now is the time when I'm going to be honest, maybe against my better judgment if it turns out that this was still a big joke, but oh well. I'll get over that." He pauses for a moment, arrowing your reaction as you sit up a little straighter across from him. His hand is still wrapped around your wrist.

"Since the first moment I saw you, I knew you were special. The way you were and are yourself, the way you don't care about others, and the way you treated me, especially in high school have made me feel more for you than just friends. It's been like this for a while, but I didn't dare to admit it, afraid that you-''.

The Tale Of The Bloodline | TWICE MiSaMo (Mina, Sana & Momo) x Male Reader- CHAPTER 10 (SPECIAL): “Rise Of The Empire Chief”

In this chapter, there will be no any of the MISAMO trio to feature in here. This special chapter is only to tell the origins of Yuta Nakamoto becoming The Empire Chief and how did his historic title run begun, which led to the foundation of The Bloodline. Oh, and by the way, Your appearance in this story will be ENHYPEN's Park Sunghoon. I chose him because since your role in this story is YN Myoui, who is the twin brother of your older sister Myoui Mina, I based your appearance on being mostly similar to Mina too, and I've seen some contents telling how Mina and Sunghoon look almost like "siblings" because of how similar their features are, so that's why. But I'm not telling you to follow me though; if you're still more comfortable imagining yourself in your role, then I have no problem with it. This is just optional.

PREVIOUSLY ON TTOTB CHAPTER 9: [The Reason Why]...

The show ended with The Bloodline as Yuta walked out on the ring first followed by Jinyoung, Mina, and Momo until YN and Sana were the last ones. Sana gave a cheeky smile on him in which he blushed before quickly rolling his eyes back and ignoring her to hid it away.

AUGUST 20, 2020 | 3 YEARS AGO

The Japan Combat Federation's World Champion Dong Young-bae or better known by his alias Taeyang is making his entrance to the ramp. That, is in the form of his contender, being his 3rd straight match with him, but this time... the opponent is in another persona as a part of his character, which is Taeyang's biggest challenge because this one's is the final form of Shin Dong-hee: a diabolical, merciless, and beastly character.

Shindong is waiting for Taeyang to join him in the ring as he creepily stalked at the corner. Their eyes had contact, and Taeyang never wore such a terrifying expression before that will match to what he's having today.

"Ladies and gentlemen, if you guys have a weak stomatch, please turn away... because this is not going to be pretty." Knight warned to the viewers. "Dong Taeyang and "The Sinister" Shin Donghee finally clash here tonight at Superslam."

Taeyang enters the ring, leaps at the ropes and stares down a hole at Shindong before doing his taunt and proudly showed the golden telt in his grasp.

"Taeyang promised to show the world the evil son of a bitch they have ever seen before." Kwangsoo reminded. "And now he stands before us as a World Champion tonight."

"This is a Falls Count Anywhere match. That means you pick up the victory in this building, to be out of the street as a matter of fact. Taeyang, Shindong, for the World Championship title." Knight explained the rules to anybody who might have forget how does the stipulation works.

5 minutes after the bell rang to officially start the match, the two collided with all their last stored might at one another, sending them all around in the arena.

Taeyang rudely kicks Shindong's face while he is crawling away in the ramp from him. "I've never seen this side of Taeyang before." Knight commented as they continue to watch him assaulting Shindong.

Taeyang picks up Shindong and threw him to the LED screen of the entrance way. "C'mon, Shinister!", he mocked as he weakly kicked his face then bounced his head on the screen.

Both went to the curtain, Taeyang punches Shindong leading him inside to the backstage area where the producers monitoring the match left and gave space for the two behemoths to proceed hurting each other while sparing theirselves from harm.

Taeyang fires a blow on Shindong's stomatch before attempting to lift him up for a powerslam but the latter refuses and fights back, pummeling Taeyang with multiple arm hits on the spine.

The two exchanged hits until Shindong took the advantage and threw Taeyang into the wall, shoulder and arm first on the bump. Shindong grabbed him again and he drove him on the other side of the wall after.

Shindong positioned Taeyang to prepare executing his finishing manoever, the Kiss Of Death where he kisses his opponent's forehead first before he rotates along with the head, slamming the face backwards straight at the ground.

He perfectly performed it, putting Taeyang unconscious for good. "That's gotta be it. No one's getting up from that." Kwangsoo reacted.

"And the cover now by The Shinister to win the Japan World Championship"

"1...2..."

Taeyang swayed his arm away, lifting his shoulder up to break the count and kick out at two. Shindong sat beside his beatened foe, and maniacally laughs at how Taeyang is determined to hold on and willing to take more pain just so he could submit once and for all under his hellish brute power.

Another 5 minutes have passed, Shindong and Taeyang's fight returned to the ring. Taeyang who is now leading the match under his control, is carrying Shindong's body over his shoulder to attempt for a second repeat of his own finisher, a running powerslam.

He ran, turned, jumped and drilled Shindong's body down on the mat. He hooked his leg and the referee began to count. "1...2..." but Shindong kicked out again.

"And if you're Taeyang you're gonna start wondering what the hell do I need to do to keep The Shinister down?" Knight stated as the camera flashes at Taeyang with bloody head muttering something out of rage in which it urged him to hammer fist Shindong's face repeatedly before screaming in anger on his front.

Taeyang rolled out of the ring and slowly walked around the ringside before he noticed something on the floor. A laid out opened toolbox with its contents scattered. He squatted and picked up a sharp object as he stared at it with fascination.

With a cruel idea, he reentered the ring and guards Shindong who is still down. He kneeled on the vacant space and looked at the sharp object around his hand as he lets out a frightening laugh.

"The hell is Taeyang gonna do with a damn box cutter?" Knight confusedly asked before the answer was thrown at him when Taeyang started to slice through the mat of the ring.

"Taeyang is exposing the wood inside the ring." Kwangsoo replied as Taeyang spreads and tears off the thin foam and the canvas away to make the wood surface visible.

After he finished doing a little work to assist his plans, he turned around only to see a fully recovered Shindong standing and staring intimidatingly at him.

Taeyang immediately charges at Shindong but he catches him, hooking his arm around and squashes him down with a urinagi straight into the exposed ring area.

He wasn't done yet, as the tables suddenly flipped, Shindong snatches the opportunity where he grabs the critically damaged Taeyang and sets him up again for a Kiss Of Death on the woodened surface in which he did succeed.

"Wait what? The Shinister isn't done yet?" Knight was baffled and even Kwangsoo as they thought Shindong is going to pin Taeyang already but it looks like the monster isn't finished yet with his agenda.

Shindong positioned Taeyang again on his hold, head locked around thd arm for another Kiss Of Death on the wood.

He finally covers Taeyang's completely knock- outed body and the referee counts. "1...2...3."

The bell rang on the signal and the timekeeper handed the world title belt on the referee as the entrance theme of Shindong played across the interior of the arena.

"Here is your winner and the NEW Japan Combat Federation World Champion, "The Shinister" Shin Donghee!!!" ring announcer Song Jihyo yelled into the microphone to declare the win for the brand new victorious champion.

"The Shinister is a champion again." Knight acknowledged Shindong's second world title run after winning it last year in 2019.

"Once more, darkness reigns over the Federation." Kwangsoo said. Shindong snatches the championship belt away from the hands of the referee who is presenting it in front of him.

Afte resting a little, he pulls Shindong's hair upwards and carried him all the way back in the ring.
