THE ROYAL SIMS SERVER PRESENTS “A DAY AT THE ART GALLERY” PORTRAITS AND ART GALLERY

The Royal Sims Server is back again with the "Day at an Art Gallery" portrait pack! We got together to create these beautiful downloadable portraits that are perfect for storytellers, builders, or whoever needs some unique portraits along with an art gallery opening room to bring them to life in your game! You can find out last portrait project here.

WHAT’S INCLUDED

Portraits

You will find a huge variety of portraits from modern to historical to weddings to families and a variety of sims from different cultures and backgrounds.

Sending a thanks to @thejim07 for allowing us to recolor his Portrait of a Noble Genoese Lady that you can find here.

Day at the Art Gallery Lot

Want to send your sims to the art gallery now to view these masterpieces? This ready to go lot is set up for an art gallery opening and features a portrait from each creator of this project! There are even lovely deco sims made by @trentonsimblr already placed! The lot is mainly cc free minus the deco sims and portraits.

Artsy Fartsy - Vintage Simlish Prints

me? doing more silly wall art? shocking! unprecedented! ground-breaking! anyway asdfghgfds all joking aside, it's finally done and i'm really happy to share it with you all!!

I found a bunch of free-to-use vintage prints, and thought, 'hey, i want these in my game'. So I cleaned each picture up, removed the text and replaced it with Simlish. There are framed and unframed versions for each print, and all the framed ones come with 6 different frame colours for each print (there's....a LOT of total swatches. like a lot a lot. warning you now lmao). I'm also sharing PNGs of the edited pics themselves, for you to use however you want lmao.

BGC Vintage Prints with Simlish text (fonts from the incredible @franzillasims). 845 total swatches. Frame colours are dark, mid and light wood tones, plus black, white, and grey. Merged and individual files available!

Anyway, I think that's all the info...sorry for such a huge post lmao. I really wanted to do more frame colours, but I quickly realised even with just the 6, the swatch count was getting ridiculous. Anyway, I actually really, really enjoyed cleaning up the images and removing the text to make way for the Simlish, even if i did belatedly realise that in-game they're so small you probably won't even notice anyway but asdfghjhgfdsa. I really hope you enjoy these!

Love Yourself 💗 hearts & more hearts

💌 my first set of custom content for the Sims 4 in a long while. I started these hearts in April, can you believe it, and then life just went crazy. but I decided that the season of love was the perfect timing to get these hearts finished and remind you all self-care and self-love is sexy.

💜 the set contains the famous heart shaped candies in multiple options (wall hanging, standing and lying) to decorate to your hearts content. as originally inspired by an amazing DIY done by Tay BeepBoop Nakamoto.

💙 I didn't add my normal Dew colours to this, but only the candy like pastel ones. each colour comes in 3 options as well: solid, engraved text and painted on text. as I personally know these from dutch candy which has the text engraved, yet other places seem to opt for painted on text instead. (which would also be an easier DIY)

💚 I also added a set of very vibey heart shaped paintings to spread a loving atmosphere to a space. the frames are an edit of the "Better As A Pair Of Paintings" item from EA, as I've always wished these to be separated and also hanging on the wall. so I also added the original EA swatches to these frames, and restored the ones they put in the shade.

💕 I did add a fun extra piece with the same colours as well as stone colours, that you can use as garden stepping stones for your sims gardens or wedding venues.
