OK, so at the end of the episode we see that Kazuki has opened a diner but we didn't really see where this diner is.

I am assuming that they moved places though for safety reasons after Miri was done with daycare. Actually, @lilyginnyblackv2 found some evidence that Kazuki's diner is in Okinawa.

Late Langa birthday art!!! I think this is the first time I’ve made a finished drawing of him that actually looks like him lmao

anyway i love birds and i love it when artists give characters wings, so i thought id do my due diligence and give wings to the Sk8 boys!! I’m thinking of doing a knew one on all of their birthdays :D Anyways Langa is a Canada Jay because of course he is why wouldn’t he be? It’s actually perfect for him. Canada Jays are very curious, and are big eaters who will eat a wide variety of foods, from seeds to literal small animals. and they hoard food (with their saliva sticking it to trees what), likely to store for winter when they would have a harder time finding it! Like cmon it was too perfect they even have his color scheme of black and white!

you know i started watching bucchigiri and i'll tell you my opinion arajin isn't a total idiot but he's very empty.

I saw that a lot of people want him to have a redemption but I don't think he will. I also found out that the author is the same as banana fish and sk8 infinite and I hope it doesn't have a traumatic ending like banana fish or an ending like sk8.

I honestly have mixed feelings about Arajin so I understand the sentiment. For me, it's not because Arajin is annoying or is not strong enough, etc. Because I like that he's not what we expect, but it's more the way that he is developed. I think his characterization is incomplete. There are a lot of things we don't know about him so it makes it hard for the audience to relate to him despite his flaws. Yes, I do think it's not because he has flaws that some people don't like him. I've said before that he seems pretty empty, in the sense that he has no aspirations, ambition, hobbies, you know, things that flesh out his character. He's only driven by his desires and I think that makes the character one dimensional and uninteresting.

Let's take Mahoro for example, she gave a bad impression from the get go, she has flaws, but we have learned more about her, she's more developed and interesting in my opinion, more consistent. We've seen more of her personality episode after episode whereas with Arajin we're going around in circles without getting to the point. One minute he shows he cares about things or he's helping Mahoro or he's warming up to Matakara and the next, he's back being a dick for no reason and keeps his fantasy about Mahoro even after her demonstration of bravery; his opinion of her doesn't change at all. Arajin is not like this just one time for plot reasons but we got this for 8 episodes! So many episodes to give more substance to his character.... So yeah my problem with Arajin is the way he's written.

Well, Utsumi didn't create Banana Fish but only directed the anime and Sk8 the infinity had a happy ending so this ending could go either way, dramatic or happy. I don't expect something traumatic but I think it will end on a funny note, something unexpected 'cause it's Bucchigiri 😂
