Main knowledge: it's an anime that's been going on for about a thousand years, and he shares a couple movies with Lupin!

Used to be a Precocious Teen who wanted to be? was? a detective. ~*Plot Things*~ presumably happen and now he's stuck in the body of a child and actively wants to figure out how to return to his grown up form. I think he may occasionally revert back but I have no idea what the mechanics are behind this. He also acts child-like but I can't tell if that's part of the curse, him keeping up a ruse, or if he's just Like That...

His father (guardian?) is a detective, but a bumbling one. Conan goes around solving all the mysteries but needs to be sneaky about it so people don't realize he's the one solving them.

He has a sister(?) with the most improbable and infuriating anime hair style I have ever seen and that's saying something.

If she could feel her heart, she would've ripped it out of her own chest in an instant, throwing it into the nearest garbage disposal. At least that would make it hurt less. It was as if she wanted it to hurt, giving her moments of feeling so much, at just the wrong moments.

All those memories. All those nights. All those touches, and kisses, and whispered words against bare skin, covered in the sheen of fresh perspiration, promises of a forever that, unbeknownst to them both in that moment, would never come. No matter how hard she tried. No matter what she thought of. No matter how many nights she stayed awake, agonising over the details of plans and theories and excuses. No matter what she did, it was never enough. It was never right. It never would be, because two years - two measly years, full of joy and hope - was all that she would give her. Give them.

She would drive herself insane again, trying to come up with another way to get her girl away from her. She would drive herself insane over and over again until it worked.

But right now, in this moment, she was already going insane without the presence of crumpled papers and hastily scribbled notes.

She looked through the window of the campus cafe, and she seethed. She was in there with her girl, and she had that look on her face. That dangerous, terrifying, smug look. She watched as the monster leaned in, whispering to her, turning her into a blushing mess as she retorted, no doubt with a remark that only she was supposed to hear. For a second, her eyes met the monster's through the hazy glass, and the slightest smirk quirked at the corners of her lips. Before her girl could turn to see what the monster was staring at, she was gone, headed back to the student council to try and throw together yet another plan.

Her girl didn't remember. Of course she didn't.

But Bela could never forget.

She refused to.
