Dream Spell Satchet
I created a dream spell sachet to help you remember your dreams, to aid you in astral projection, lucid dreaming and receiving messages from the divine/ancestors/spirits. It helps in protections on those journeys as well.
Purple sachet - Colour correspondence of psychic awareness
Rosemary - Dream remembrance, protection
Rose - Psychic awareness, divination
Chamomile - Sleep aid, protection
Clove - Protection
Lavender - Psychic abilities
Thyme - Clairsenses
Sigils for astral travel and divine connection
Quartz - Charged with the intent of
Amethyst - Psychic abilities and awareness
I suggest if you are an animist or someone who wants more power from your herbs. Speak to the herbs and crystals kindly, treat them less like an ingredient and ask them respectfully for their aid and the purpose they'll have in your oil. Use intention.
There you have it, I sleep with it under my pillow. I pair it with Protection oil along with Prophet oil for an extra kick. If you are going to astral project. I suggest wearing extra protections before using this sachet. You do not want to run into any trouble in the Astral realm. Stay safe.
Blessings!

🌿Spellwork: Herb Amulets
Herb amulets are one of the easiest spellworks a witch can make. A herb amulet can be about anything and be filled with any herb of your choosing.
Note that the more an amulet is specific, the stronger it is. Think of it like multitasking and focused task. you may be great at keeping track of seven things, but when you only focus on one thing you exceptionally well. (ever tried doing school work while watching a TV show? Haha!)
Basically, herbs have corresponding meanings. Choose your herbs, as many or little as possible.
Put herbs into a morter and crush them till the aroma is released.
Place your crushed herbs onto a cloth (colour of your choosing).
Gather the cloth up and tie it together, you may use knot magic here.
Hang where you please or wear it.
Here's mine (and my mother's) and what I intend for it to do (and what she intends hers to do.
Tumblr media
Mine is in the red cloth: I intend for it to give me good travels in my car as I wanted to hang it up in my car, as well as making sure that no matter where i go, i have a bit of a good breath with me.
Cinnamon: Adventure in life and travels.
Clovers: Gives dignity, avoids bullying.
Anise: Gives protection on travels.
Cardamom: Gives good breath and kisses.
My mother's in the blue cloth: She doesn't delve into witchcraft like I do, but she wanted to make an all around good feeling herb amulet for me.
Lavender: Kindness and love.
Cinnamon: Adventure in life and travels.
Coriander: Makes you rich.
Common Sage: Cleanses the room and brings good spirits.
Roses: Gives you kisses, hugs, and love.
Cardamom: Gives good breath and kisses.
Calendula: Sunshine and happiness.
Have fun!

Dream A (Sweet) Little Dream Shower Sachet
A shower sachet for those pre-bedtime showers, to help call forth positive dreams and your ability to recall them (and to ward off nightmares).
What IS a shower sachet? A small sachet that you hang around your shower head so that the water pours down, over the sachet, and onto you. This spell can easily be transferred to a bath sachet… I just don’t have a bathtub :)
Tools:
Mugwort- for lucid or prophetic dreams
Marshmallow Root- to protect and ward off nightmares
Rosemary- to aid in your ability to recall your dreams
Sage- to protect and to call forth healing in dreams
Chamomile- to soothe to sleep
Lavender- to relax and soothe anxieties that cause nightmares
Bay Leaves- to shield from bad dreams
Amethyst- to provide clarity in your dreaming
A sachet
To Use:
Fill the sachet with your herbs and amethyst.
Hang the sachet over your shower head, and turn the water to your desired temperature. Take some time to call on any deities you may worship and ask them for sweet dreams tonight.
Shower as normal! Use this time to cleanse yourself of the energies of the day. Visualize the negative energy- anything that could manifest in nightmares- swirling down the drain.
Visualize the water bouncing off the amethyst, all the water that touches your head purging your mind of the stuff of nightmares, washing it down and away.
Take some time to focus on what you’d like to dream about. If you need answers, now is the time to ask your questions. If you have nightmares you’d like to stay away tonight, cleanse yourself of them and take away their power.
Make sure to fully stomp (literally or figuratively) any negativity down the drain.
Turn off the shower and thank any deities you may worship for their aid in cleansing you, and thank them preemptively for the sweet sleep you’ll be basking in tonight. If you don’t worship any deities, simply take time to be thankful :)
Get some much needed sleep, and delight in the absence of nightmares.
Write down any dreams you do recall in a dream journal or something similar!

New Moon in Capricorn Spell - Get Up & Go Motivational Spell
Yes, my friends, we'll be doing a sachet today! If you prefer a spell jar, feel free to use that. Just make sure it is something you can keep with you when you are needing the motivation!
What you'll need:
• Sachet bag (orange, yellow, or red)
• Carnelian (or a stone you associate with motivation)
• Herbs for motivation (pick two): cinnamon, lemon balm, fenugreek, rosemary, gingko biloba, basil, oregano
• An herb for procrastination (pick one): brahmi, peppermint, rhodiola
• An herb for creativity (pick one): nutmeg, rose petals, alder, coffee, dried apples
• An herb for energy/extra spoon (pick one): ashwagandha, ginseng, ginger
• An herb for Mars or Sun energy: calendula, st johns wort, tumeric root, peppercorn, cayenne (only use this one if you are trying to light a fire under your ass!)
• Hand-drawn sigil on a bay leaf (make your own for extra potency)
• Petition with intentions written on it, folded towards you into a small packet
• A match or entire matchbox (or something that can represent the fire element)
1) Put your sachet together, taking time to set intentions for each ingredient. The herbs are suggestions, so utilize what you have and what feels right. My suggestions were taken from my herbal grimoire of detailed information of many years, but that doesn't mean anything if it doesn't resonate with you. Make sure to activate your sigil. After it is filled, as you are closing it shut, say:
"Charm of motivation,
Release my cravings for procrastination.
Increase my creativity so I may feel inspired again.
Bring me more energy so that I can get to the end of the day being more productive.
Spirit of ____ (whichever spirit or deity you'd want to work with for this), I ask thee to bless this charm bag.
May it radiate luck and good fortune throughout.
So mote it be."
2) Charge the sachet under the next new or waxing moon, but it can be used sooner if needed.
3) Bring with you whenever you feel you need that motivational boost. Especially if you are going to work, doing a creative project, etc. You may wish to add specific petitions for goals you'd like to meet. You can take them out when you achieve them. Make sure to feed your sachet bag weekly.
Yep, the spell was really that short and simple. I wouldn't necessarily be putting this by your pillow, as it may cause you to not sleep well. Keep this in a room such as your office or kitchen or wherever you study/do hobbies/place your work things to keep this energy focused around there.
As usual, the spread will be posted tomorrow!

Made my first spell sachet. My love needed some luck in his life and I asked the dragons to help me draw a positive sigil on it to help me. I'm kinda proud. I just don't know how long a sachet or a spell jar would last. Just so I know when to renew these things.

Herbal Sachets
Sachets are all over the place. They’re sometimes used as spice bags to aid in cooking. They’re sold as tea blends. I’ve even bought heavily scented sachets to keep my car or closet smelling fresh. In magick, however, sachets can be a quick and crafty spell that works in a similar fashion to an amulet or talisman. Before we get too far into this, let me just say that this is a word I frequently…

When I make spell jars and sachets, I choose the ingredients according to their correspondences and my intentions.
I don’t write the ingredients down, though, because I like for each spell to be unique and to have its own energy.
Different ingredients have different vibes, and I like for the spell to be tailored to the reason it’s being cast.

A Personal Anecdote on Cannabis and Spirituality
I like to use cannabis in my spiritual practice because I feel like it opens me immensely to spiritual forces. I am able to interpret messages through divination and through “god phone” much more easily and without much effort. I find it also greatly helps me ease into a more meditative state.
Last night I got unbelievably, violently high on edibles (by accident- I had no idea I would get that high off two edibles) and at some point I was remembering how I had asked Skaði two nights ago (not in prayer, more in a half joking sense) to help make it snow a little harder outside so morning classes would be cancelled. In the midst of my stoned remembrance, I was suddenly overcome with the all-encompassing need to provide Her an offering of the fresh snow outside and some of the dried cranberries I had been munching on lately. I think that was Her way of letting me know she had granted my request (classes before 10:30am were cancelled!) and telling me what she wanted in return. I was more than happy to do it- in fact, I felt driven to do so.
I want to start using cannabis more frequently in my spiritual practice. On my occult bookshelf I’ve got copies of “Wake, Bake, and Meditate: Take your Spiritual Practice to a Higher Level with Cannabis” and “420 Meditations” by Kerri Connor that I have yet to dive into, and I think my interest will only grow when I start my new job at the cannabis testing lab.
