you had been found by fukuzawa. found and swiftly taken in, the fate of your previous coworkers was unknown but you had made it out. fukuzawa had held your entrance exam himself, he understood your circumstances and therefore made the exception.

he had also made the decision to hide the reason for your sudden appearance in the agency and you always were very happy that people didn't ask you where you had come from. you tried to act like nothing had ever happened, but that was truly impossible. but, much to fukuzawa's happiness, you had started to bond with a particular new coworker...

atsushi nakajima ★↷

your relationship with the weretiger had manly stemmed from having temporarily sharing a desk during his first days at the agency. and in someway he had learned that you too had not been here long. and so he kind of started looking to you for help naturally, apart from when dazai was around.

he didn't think much of your strange nature, instead he just saw it as you. he even suggested early on that you both stick together - you both were rather new and could do with helping the other out! and to your own surprise you had accepted his simple offer, when fukuzawa heard of this he was simply estatic. and even when atsushi finally gained his own desk you still spoke to him the most.

it eventually got to the point where you two were practically joined at the hip, helping each other navigate through working at the agency. he never minded how little you talked he did admit that around you he seemed to talk a bit more - as if he had some new confidence. but you two had grown very close, his overly kind nature made you feel at ease in a way, and eventually you felt he could be trusted.

you never imagined telling anyone about your past, but here you were. a moment of weakness that wasn't exploited by atsushi and instead offered nothing but comfort. he could in a small way relate, after all his orphanage wasn't the best. but that meant you two could only support each other more, help each other even more.

he was always eccentric, wether it was genuine or not you found it intriguing. you had felt naturally drawn to him but never imagined him holding the same interest to you ever. but in your first few days of working at the agency he had found intrest in you. firstly from your sudden appearance and weird lack of a collective entrance exam but then mainly from your personality and overall demeanour.

and thus started your relation with the man. it was quite unlikely, he was outgoing while you rather stayed to yourself but they do say opposites attract. and in that sense it worked. he never mided how you acted nor your weird personality, if anything it added to your charm. he always held the intrigue of why you were so suddenly part of the agency but was very glad he had met you.

he had felt that maybe this could be a genuine relationship with someone. he felt he could connect in a way that baffled him and the whole thing just felt right. and so your relation with dazai never wavered, it stayed very strong all the time and naturally you two just became closer and closer. admittedly he did bring out some more confidence in you.

and hence whatever way, it accidentally slipping out in conversation or you deciding he could be trusted, he found out about your past, why you so suddenly came to be at the agency. and in a way he sympathised with you, he too had come from a not so nice previous workplace - maybe he could tell you later. but that seemed to only strengthen your relationship, and now he wanted to help you.

you had fist met the doctor through her striking up conversation with you. on your first day she had noticed how shy you had been but she kind of thought it was just initial nerves so wanted to make it less nerve wracking for you. and she reconned she may be one the best for a first impression, and thus striked up conversation. and in your opinion she did work in calming some nerves.

and overtime you would naturally seek out her company as currently the only person you didn't mind talking to, fukuzawa was very happy you both got along. she never minded how you acted. she had met her fair share of different people under different circumstances and thus she never minded she only saw it as you.

naturally after spending most your time with the doctor, you became very close. she was genuine and very kind towards you and that made you feel like she was trustworthy of the truth. and thus you had told her. and she was probably the best person you could've told. she had a similar experience with after the great war and maybe she would tell you about that and that meant she understood it on a more personal level. and therefore she would offer nothing but support.

ranpo edogawa ★↷

ranpo had interested you from day one. he was very confident and self-assured, something you no longer were. but no matter what you found him interesting but never imagined him actually taking an interest in you thus keeping to yourself. but in honesty, ranpo probably helped save you in the first place or atleast contributed in some way. so maybe he did already know.

and therefore, if he did, it would only be natural for you two to naturally gravitate towards the other. and therefore you felt as if ranpo was a somewhat safety net when first navigating the agency. and he was more than happy to do so. but it became more than that and therefore you two would be genuine friends.

and as mentioned before, he either helped and therefore knew or he did deduct why you acted the way he did - not that he minded. and thus it kind of spared you from telling him, and he had always helped you from day one of the agency and he would continue to do so forever.

kenji miyazawa ★↷

kenji had approached you on your first day at the agency. he was one of if not the first to actually talk to you and it was because he wanted to greet you and he found you interesting in your own right. you had felt compelled to indulge the boy and talk to him, but the more you did so the more it became genuine to talk with him. he provided a happiness that was very rare to you.

therefore you two had grown quite close, not that he'd admit but he did start seeing you as a older sibling or if not his best friend. he enjoyed spending time with you and didn't see a difference with your weird habits and behaviour, to him that was just who you were and he admired it. he saw you as a sort of role model to him and would always try and make time to hang around you.

you never wanted to burden the light hearted boy with your spotty past. instead whenever he asked you about the topic you would simply put it as a 'not so great time', to which he would offer you support and remind you taht it was all better now. but if you did tell him the truth for whatever reason, his support would only double tenfold, he can't stand seeing you upset.

You and Mina laugh as she tells you yet another story from patrol, for whatever reason she always had crazy things happening while out. You guys had made the joke that she has more stories on weird situations than actually saving people.

You and her walk up to your home, bags in hand, and start fumbling with your keys to unlock the door.

You and her had successfully went shopping. Not for clothes, but grocery shopping since you and Shoto had been so busy the past few days you didn’t have time. Mina had offered to go with you, and of course you weren’t gonna turn her down.

You get the door unlocked and push it open, but before you can even look into your home you’re hit with a very unwelcoming scent.

Your mouth is in an immediate frown as you look up and around your home, your eyes falling on a familiar blanket covered lump laying on the couch. You set your bags down next to the door, instinctively going straight towards what you know is your alpha.

As you get closer his scent gets stronger, having an overwhelming layer of distress and pain all through it. It smells like garbage right after it rains, soggy and moist, but still having the garbage smell.

You round the couch and immediately crouch down, your hand instinctively going into his hair to slowly massage his scalp. He looks terrible. He’s pale, sweating, completely curled up on the couch with a blanket pulled to his chin, and his eyes closed.

“Sho? Alpha, what’s wrong? What happen?” Your voice is quiet and gentle, but as seconds tick by you only get more worried.

He doesn’t answer, so you move your hand to his forehead to feel it, and he feels hot. Very hot. And it’s not a healthy hot with how he naturally feels due to his quirk.

You can’t do much but frown at him, seeing how weak he is. You know he’s awake, but he’s physically incapable of even trying to give you any kind of response.

You glance up, momentarily forgetting about Mina and your groceries, but you can see her just finishing moving and setting all the bags down on your kitchen floor before heading back toward the front door. She gives you once last look, you mouthing a quick “sorry” and she responds with a nod and wave before closing the door.

You turn your attention back to Todoroki, still looking over his features and condition. “Ok, c’mon Sho, let’s get you to bed, ok?” you say gently, moving your hand and rubbing your thumb in small circles on his cheek.

You move to push the blanket off him, getting a glimpse of his hero suit that he still had on. That only makes you frown, thinking about how this morning he’d got up and left without a problem, but also thinking about the fact he must’ve been feeling so bad he came home and immediately collapsed on the first thing he could.

You try to wrap your arm around his, wanting to help him try to get up, but his body is complete dead weight on the couch.

This isn’t super out of character. Whenever he gets sick his body always goes into over drive and shuts down, making moving and doing simple things even harder, but something about this was still different and you could tell.

Even when he was sick, he’s still be somewhat responsive and cooperative. But now, he’s complete out of it.

You look at his face, seeing his mouth slightly agape as he takes in labored breaths, and hard to tell, but his eyes are actually slightly open.

While looking over him you notice his scent glands. More importantly, you notice the way the top of his hero suit is shrugged off, almost like specifically for his scent glands, like somethings bothering them. While you tried to move him you’d managed to turn him on his back, so you can see both of them. They don’t look too good.

They look puffy, strained, almost blue, if not that, definitely red. Plus, the texture didn’t even look like his skin. They looked weirdly moist and “soupy,” like they felt prickly or squishy. You knew that couldn’t be good. You knelt down again, reaching your fingers out to try to graze and feel them.

It’s an immediate reaction from Shoto when you come into contact. You don’t even get a split second to comprehend how it actually feels before he yells, growls, at you.

Honestly, you don’t know what the sound is he makes. It’s a combination of a loud growl, plus a intense scream of pain. Not even to mention the jolt his body does, plus the way his eyes snap open and he bares his teeth.

It makes you jump back away from him several feet. Your own instincts not even knowing how to react. Part of you wants to comfort the alpha in pain, but the other part is scared. Scared from the alpha’s reaction, your alpha’s reaction. You barely even notice the few chirps the leave your mouth as you jump away from him, fearful tears filling your eyes.

None of the emotions you feel last long though. The violent, loud growl from Shoto slowly turns into desperate whimpers as he curls back into himself, feeling the after effects and sting of his scent glands.

The first thing you can think of is to get your phone and call Recovery Girl, asking her to come quick and check on him.

While you wait, you move closer to the couch again, sitting on the floor but settling your hand on his head. Your body is working hard to make your scent overpower his, but it’s no use, it’s too strong.

However, it’s still there, and you know he can smell it, so you don’t miss the way his breathing seems to slow, getting less forced and strained.

Recovery Girl makes it in about 15 minutes. You get up and let her in, explaining what happened, and how he’s not responsive at all, except the one response he did give when you touched his scent gland.

She pulled out her kit and looked over him, and it didn’t take long for her to conclude he’d gotten an infection in the scent glands on his neck somehow.

How it happened could be figured out later, right now though, she had to treat them cause that’s the only way they’ll get any better.

“Would you like to change him out of his hero suit before I treat it?” she asks as she conjures up something from her kit.

“Uh? Should I? I can just wait until you’re done.”

“Well, yeah, you can, it’s just that after I treat it, there will still be some intense pain. He’ll be capable of moving, but I doubt he’d want to. So if you can, I’d suggest doing it now.”

You nod and get up, moving to your bedroom to get some sweats for him. You don’t bother getting a shirt, since you don’t want anything additional against his scent glands to irritate them.

You walk back out to the living room, getting down next to Shoto again and talking gently. “Alright, need you to work with me, ok? Gotta take this off.”

It takes some effort, but you’re able to get the full top of his hero suit off, the bottom half being a little easier. You slip the sweats on his body then take his hero suit and throw it in your bedroom for later.

Recovery Girl is finishing up just as you come back. “Alright, I’m gonna need you to sit right here and hold him up, preferably keeping him as close to your scent as possible.” You’re a little confused, and she can tell. “I have to drain the glands first, and then I’ll give an additional shot that should help the infection, plus some gel to rub over the gland. Judging by what you said his first reaction was, to get this fully done having you, his omega, near is probably the best course of action.”

“Oh…ok.” You’re not thrilled from the knowledge that your alpha is about to be in intense pain she just explained, but you know it’s the only way to help, so you have to ignore the weight your heart feels toward putting him in more distress.

You do as she says, using all your strength to lift him into a sitting position. You straddle his lap and tuck his head into your neck, letting your scent flood his senses.

It’s the first time he’s given a real reaction not due to the pain, but he weakly wraps his arms around you, his head snuggling just slightly deeper into your neck. It’s almost nice, sensual, but you know it won’t last.

“Alright, ready to begin?” you hear Recovery Girl ask from behind you.

“Yeah,” you respond.

She stands, looking over your shoulder to his, lifting her hand with the needle she’s going to use to drain his first gland.

You close your eyes the second the needle comes into contact with the sensitive skin. Shoto’s immediate reaction is the same. He jolts, but you hold him, cooing and purring in his ear as you use a hand to run through his hair, trying to calm him.

Tears fill your eyes as you feel his mouth instinctively open and bite onto you, his teeth digging deep into your flesh. You’re not sure what hurts more, his teeth digging into you, or his nails into your back. His hands had been rested around you, so when she touch him they immediately closed, his nails growing as a defensive mechanism.

Recovery Girl moves as quick as she can, pulling the syringe and draining his gland. Once it’s fully drained she sets it to the side and grabs the second one, ready to start again.

Just like the first time, it’s the same, only this time since he’s already attached to you, he only digs deeper, and you can’t help but let a few chips slip past your lips, trying not to let tears spill from your eyes.

“Are you alright, Mrs, Todoroki?” Recovery Girl checks.

“Y-Yeah. Yeah, I’m fine. You can keep going,” you say, trying not to let your voice be too wobbly.

Recovery Girl continues to work, draining the second gland, then getting the separate syringe and needle for the shot.

When she sticks it in his first gland and starts injecting the liquid, Shoto can only whimper and shake against you, his body try to fight off the pain, but not being able to.

“Shh, its okay alpha, it’s okay. Almost over.” You coo to him and rub the back of his head, holding his body against yours and trying to make your scent as strong as possible for him.

Once Recovery Girl finishes the shots, she puts the gel on each one, then bandages. Each time she came into contact, Shoto’s grip on you got tighter, and you know by now your blood is in his mouth and on his hands, but still, you don’t care. He’s your alpha, and you need to do this to help take care of him.

“All done,” Recovery Girl sighs as she pulls away after putting the last bandage on. You start to pull from Todoroki, trying to remove his mouth and nails from you.

When he detaches, you help him slowly lay down, looking at his face and seeing his eyes open. They’re still only half way, but that’s the most they’ve been since you were there. You give him a smile and lean to kiss his forehead. Even though his eyes aren’t fully open, you can see the tears in them, you know he’s in way more pain than some teeth and nail marks.

“Would you like me to treat that?” Recovery Girl asks, referring to the marks.

“No. I’m be fine,” you assure her.

She nods. “Ok. If the infection comes back or you have any other problems, call me again. These are the pills he should take, 2 a day, morning and night, for 8 days.” You agree, taking the bottle and both say your goodbyes as she makes her leave.

Once she’s gone you quickly excuse yourself to the bathroom, checking your back and neck for any dripping blood. You clean up and change your clothes, grabbing your favorite blanket from your nest and wrapping it around your shoulders, joining Shoto back in the living room.

His scent still isn’t normal, but you can smell more of his natural misty peppermint scent then you could before.

You join him on the couch, slowly lifting up his head, earning a few grunts and whimpers, and you slide under, letting his head come back down and rest on your stomach.

You purr and run your fingers through his hair, the rest of the night being the two of you and his recovery. Even though things didn’t go anything like you planned for the day, it’s ok. Anything for him. Anything for your alpha.

Shigaraki Dating Headcanons (Paranormal Liberation Front Era) (LOV Reader)

The biggest change in him is confidence, the way he carries himself. As he's grown and developed with the last year of experiences under his belt, Shigaraki has finally grown into his own person out from under his teacher's shadow. He's still a bit of a clingy guy, I don't think that's ever going to change, and he's still going to glare at the occasional person who gets TOO close, but he's growing up and learning to deal with his jealousy his own way. Dabi now teases him that he's "all grown up" with his feelings. He tells him to shut up and go away. The more things change, the more things stay the same.

He makes sure the rest of the PLF knows what's up and to treat you with the same amount of respect he gets. You have pretty much free reign to do whatever you want and handle your own responsibilities while he's getting juiced up in Dr. Garaki's underground lab. He doesn't want you there at first, but honestly, hearing your voice every now and then and being able to hold your hand makes it easier.

You two share a room for convenience sake. Now that he's got a handle on his quirk, his memories, he doesn't think he needs to be separated from you any more than necessary. He knows now, more than ever before, that he couldn't and wouldn't ever hurt the person who has been there for him all this time.

It's after he regains his memories that he realizes exactly what drew him to you, and continues to draw him to you. "Don't reject me anymore." He had been rejected and ignored for all of his childhood for, his feelings pushed aside. You've never rejected him in that way-- even if his feelings for you weren't reciprocated at first, you never looked at him the way that the people in his memories did and offer that kind of hypocritical kindness.

He wants to destroy everything-- that's still true. He's hurt, he's angry, and he hates-- but it's different with you and his comrades. He wants the League to be the seed that his new society grows from, you especially. He wants to give you everything you want, no questions asked.

Since he has his image as the leader to think about, he can't snuggle up to you as much as he'd like-- he doesn't have the same kind of shamelessness that Dabi has. When meetings are over and everyone else files out, this is usually when he asks you to stay for a little longer so he can get his fill of holding you close. He really doesn't kiss you anywhere that someone can walk in on since being interrupted is one of his biggest pet peeves.

He first tells you the words "I love you" (to be perfectly clear, it's actually "I think I love you.") during the nonstop chase with Gigantomachia. You were right there by his side, covered in dirt, sweat and blood, but still tried to comfort him as best as you could. Offering your shoulder or lap as a pillow, trying to take an extra watch so he could (attempt) to sleep just a bit more. While he was out of it for a good chunk of that time period, that was crystal clear in his memory.

Note: If you're not among the baddest bitches in the League and can't handle yourself in a fight of this magnitude, you're spending a lot of time in Mr. Compress' marble. Sorry. It doesn't make it much easier and you DO need to leave it every so often, but Shigaraki would rather play it safe than risk you dying. He'd rather have your permission, but he'll settle for asking for forgiveness afterwards.

"I'm not THAT tired, really!" You protest as he gives you a long, hard look, clearly looking over your current state. "Compress. Marble." "NO!!" He sighs as he takes off his glove to do what he's been asked. "...Please leave me out of your lover's disputes after this."

It's probably BECAUSE he was a little out of it and going through it like few had before that he was able to say it so clearly, with so little hesitation. He says it during the downtime between Machia's activation cycles, resting on your shoulder, and then immediately goes unconscious before you can say anything back. A simple and pure expression of his feelings. The rest of the League would have been touched if they all hadn't been on their last legs too.

Shigaraki likes to nuzzle up against the palm of your hands when you can have a soft, quiet moment. It doesn't matter if your hands are warm or soft, callused or cold, all that matters is that they're yours. He could identify you just by this in a room full of a thousand people. You ground him, even when he risks losing himself to AFO's voice in his head.

You're one of the few things he'll argue with AFO about. At first, the old bastard was fine with you around because Shigaraki needed allies, experiences, and the 'reward' of you being around is a good control tactic in AFO's eyes, but he also didn't count on Shigaraki truly falling in love with you once he was in jail. If AFO had his way, it would have started and stopped at a puppy love he could have stamped out, but it's a little too late now. Watch your back as best you can, since anything that compromises his control over Shigaraki is considered a threat.

But okay so for the Prince/Hero au.

This is not a medieval timeline or anything. It is still 100% Minecraft. The monsters and animals are Minecraft mobs still.

Lukas is the prince in this au. Jesse is the local town hero.

Basically Lukas has lived his entire life shut away in the castle with his family. Reason being due to an accident when he was a youth, he received a scar on his chin, and his family, the royals. His parents haaaate it. They think it ruins their perfect regal look as a collective family when he's there, so they basically keep him away at gatherings. He also has a sister who I decided will be Nell (cuz she's blond and blue eyes like Lukas) BUT LISTEN she isn't like a girly princess or anything she absolutely loathes the king and queen, 1. For how they treat Lukas, and 2. Because they are unfathomably strict, and force all their ideals onto their children. Nell still has her laidback chill personality from the games, maybe without the dudebro speech pattern, but she has to keep it hidden around their parents. She doesn't wear a dress or anything. That is the one thing she doesn't let her parents force her to do. She's super kind to Lukas and everything. She's also younger than him so their parents play favorite on her hard and she hates it. Also the characters from the episode 8 in mcsm are her besties that she competes in like archery with or other 'royal' games.

Anyways so yeah uh Lukas never ever goes out of the castle. Not since he was a child. The kingdom basically forgot about the prince because he's never mentioned or seen so it's basically as though he doesn't really exist. All over a scar?? It's ridiculous, I know. He doesn't have any friends, just a massive library, and his gifted ocelot, Dewey.

Onto Jesse, he's the town hero/errand boy. His best friend Petra is leader of the towns guards. Axel is a blacksmith, and Olivia is an inventor. Jesse himself does all the good deeds in town. Everyone loves him. He's a buff little ray of sunshine. And because he's strong, he's noticed by some recruit team from the castle to enlist in his assistance up there for a big event (there was an accident so they're out a bunch of men so they go to the nearest towns and pick the strongest people they can find, Beacon being one of them.

So that day Jesse is up there, he's told he's not allowed to touch ANYTHING other than what he's assigned to (because he's a peasant to the royals) and guess who he accidentally bumps into??? Prince Lukas 😳 But here's the catch. Lukas isn't exactly allowed to be out of his room when there's an event so he has to wear a hood to keep himself hidden. He was on the way back from collecting a recent delivery of new books to read from a gentleman (this man only comes to the castle when there's something big happening, it's his only way in) who Lukas gives money just to bring new books back for him whenever he visits.

So yeah Jesse and Lukas bump into each other and Jesse doesn't at all recognize him as a prince or anything because he can't see his regal blond hair under his hood, nor does Jesse know that Lukas' existence as prince is even possible because... well Lukas is never talked bout. So instead of apologizing profusely to Lukas like Lukas is used to, Jesse's just like "oh sorry man, let me help you with those." Helps Lukas pick up all the books that scattered. Lukas himself is immediately attuned to the fact that Jesse didn't treat him like some priceless object when they bumped, so Lukas is immediately interested in who this man is. He's never seen him here at the castle. Jesse offers to help Lukas carry his books which Lukas hesitantly allows (he's not used to talking to strangers). They bring the books back to the library and Lukas basically asks Jesse who he is. They tell each other their names and Jesse explains who he is and what he does. The town hero. Does errands for the town. Mines the ores that go to the castle and town. Has this cool pet pig named Reuben (who doesn't die in this au btw) and so on.

Lukas is... enthralled with Jesse. He's immediately asking him questions about what its like to live in town and how it is living amongst nature. Jesse's like 🤨 Bro do you ever go out? (mentally) But he doesn't question it he just assumes castle staff don't need to leave since they already have it all. But Jesse explains what its like, all the stuff he does and Lukas is just in awe over all of it. He spent most of his life staring down at the town from his rooms balcony, longing to adventure down there but now he has someone from town itself to tell him all about it! Not only that, but Jesse also during this conversation offers to introduce Lukas to Reuben, because Lukas just assumed that pigs were dangerous where as Jesse just laughs like "what?? no way, he's my best friend."

So guess who starts sneaking out in his little cloak and commoner outfits to go hang out with the hero every other night? Oh em gee its Lukas! 😍 Jesse shows him what the world is like, introduces him to so, so much. Takes him mining. Shows him the town and the animals. It's an entirely new learning experience for Lukas. Lukas loves the humanity Jesse shows in his personality. And Jesse adores Lukas' innocence and inexperience with the world he himself has memorized all his years of living. It's like Jesse gets to fall in love with the world around him all over again, but in an entirely new way just by sharing it with Lukas.

It's... ahem. Very gay. Aaaand kind of slow burn too. I plan on writing a fic for this au in the future because I have SOOO many ideas. Just yesterday I decided Aiden is going to be the cocky, arrogant knight with a superiority complex who likes to just go into town and terrorize 'peasants' and to challenge Jesse's heroism. Lukas knows Aiden and absolutely despises him with a burning passion. Even more so when he stands beside Jesse in his commoner clothes and hood, a prince hidden amongst the lower class just to watch this so called 'noble knight' be a major dick to everyone and everything. Also some HEAVY heavy angst happens with him. I won't talk about it because spoilers because I do wanna write a fic, but yeah. Aiden enjoyers don't look I'm about to fucking obliterate a man (I hate him genuinely).

All in all this au is really fucking sweet and I love it SOOOO much. Did I mention Jesse and Lukas send letters to each other via pigeon? 🥹 Yeah. That's real. Lukas is gonna fall for Jesse and Jesse's gonna fall even harder. It will be so cool.

I don't know if you're aware that cloth masks haven't been recommended since the first omicron strain but of course they are better than no mask but since winter is here in case you'd like a stronger mask I have appeared (also tysm for still masking) (p.s pls don't be pushed into thinking u need the most costly one, a kn95/kn94 are comfy, good coverage and nice looking too if u ask me)

I will probably mask for the rest of my life, honestly. Not only is it better for my health (the amount of colds I have gotten has dropped significantly since I started masking, which I actually did before Covid), but it also hides my face. And in case you or anyone didn't know, I do not like being perceived. Ever. By anyone. So masks are great.

Also I am so glad you like when I share my family. I love them all to bits and they are all chaotic and unhinged in their own ways and I wish I could share even more of them with you, but just like me, they are very private people who do not wish to be perceived.

he likes horror! mostly psychological horror tho, the kind with substance that's actually chilling instead of just trying too hard to be scary

not that he actually gets scared by them he just thinks they're neat

likes supernatural horror too, even if it's corny. slashers are boring, he's so desensitized to blood that he doesn't give a fuck.

he's quiet, like usual. not fazed by anything. he's great to watch horror with because he's so calm and VERY good at cuddling

and he does love the cuddling. he'll have his arm around you at least, will probably pull you into his lap so u can better hide against his chest if it gets too scary

will tell u when it's safe to look

he's very okay with u clinging to him as u fall asleep that night. big sweet boyfriend will keep u safe

like he'd enjoy a horror movie if it was compelling but isn't in it for the scare factor y'know. he's also unfazed by them

if ur watching a dumb movie, him scoffing at it does help u relax a little. if ur watching a good movie, he'll actually quietly enjoy it while stroking your arm.

if u need an escort to the kitchen or the bathroom in the middle of the night he'll gently chide that he KNEW u shouldn't have watched something that will scare u but he will still do whatever u need of him cause he loves to take care of u

promises that he will protect u tho. god help anyone who comes into the living room too suddenly because pesci is in front of you throwing the nearest object at them in a split second

even if the nearest object is the bowl of popcorn. u clean it up together

you cling to each other for the rest of the night and the next morning u agree that at least the cuddling was nice but u can do that without scaring yourselves

he LOVES horror, his faves are thrillers and slashers. psychological horror is either boring or not the fun kind of scary. supernatural horror can stay if it's corny, if not then it's too scary!!!!

he's always cracking jokes throughout the movie. unless he's also scared then he's like 'haha fuck no dude..... haha' and screams at the jumpscares

cuddling is one of the best parts of horror, he loves it when his babe clings to him cause then he gets to be ur hero

which, of course, backfires if he gets scared too. but in that case he's very grateful for ur protection

or ur both screaming but that's fun too

u stick together at ALL TIMES for the rest of the night, even if he wasn't scared himself. he likes to feel needed and will gladly protect u

may still jump at any bumps in the night tho

doesn't really bother with horror he's here for two reasons: to be a nuisance and scare you, and to cuddle you and protect you from the big bad monsters

and he will purposely grab you out of nowhere like BOO just to make you jump and scream, it's more entertaining than the movie

but that's because, while he tries to act aloof and bored, genuine horror does scare him but he'd rather risotto make him eat rusty nails than admit it. if u felt him startle at the last jumpscare, no u didn't

it's the psychological horror that gets in ur head that scares him tho, cheesy slashers actually are boring. and if u end up bored with the movie too or more focused on snuggling him than what's happening on screen, he may suggest u two do something more entertaining 😏

he's one of those people who never shuts up during a movie but rather than outright complaining about the acting or something he'll make comments about the broader narrative or creative vision and its execution

or he'll guess what will happen out loud to u. picture him later going 'see i told you!!!' or 'oh, that's interesting' all nonchalant as someone is hacked apart on screen

very happy to cuddle you. he's pretty chill so his demeanor probably helps u relax

don't worry, my love will protect you, he says and then smatters ur face in kisses to hear u giggle so u can be a little less scared

if he gets scared too, definitely milks it for all its worth. wimpy and clingy but he'll swoon over u for being his knight in shining armour even if ur also scared

prefers to always be touching for the rest of the night if possible. might suggest u do something fun and relaxing before bed to help chase away those scary dreams (can be sex or something completely innocent lol)

his standards for media are VERY high and most horror does not make the cut. he might, MIGHT like a very good psychological horror but is very critical when it gets too convoluted in an attempt to be deep. everything else is corny

even on the rare occassion that he finds a good horror movie he won't be scared by it he'll just be impressed

like occasionally he'll jump at a jumpscare but then that just gets him on a tangent because he finds jumpscares cheap. don't let him sit close to the tv cause he punches on instinct when he's startled

otherwise, he talks (yells) through the movie complaining about everything from the acting to the effects to the stupid characters going in the creepy house

cuddly not because scary but because that's just how he is. except when he gets worked up enough that he's standing on the couch yelling at the screen. if ur all snuggled up together when he gets startled by a jumpscare he'll pull u closer on instinct to protect u 🥺

if ur scared he'll try to comfort u in his own way. mostly by grumbling that it's not real and you could take on that stupid murderer with your eyes closed anyway with ur head tucked under his chin

he Will complain if you get too scared to be alone for the rest of the night cause why would you watch it if you knew it'd just freak you out!!!! will only escort u if he's feeling up to it but will assure u that ur tougher than that dumb corny shit so u won't feel as scared. secretly very much enjoys how u snuggle up to him as u both fall asleep tho.

they both LOVE horror, any kind. if it's good they'll be impressed, if it's shitty it's great for a laugh, it's a win-win in their opinion

will comment nonchalantly on how unrealistic those guts are or that the killer is an amateur and if THEY were the ones chasing a bunch of stupid assholes through the woods they'd do xyz

gelato will occasionally jump and scream at the jumpscares but then laughs about it. sometimes he'll also just scream for absolutely no reason to hear You scream and then also laughs about it. sorbet is literally immovable.

THE ABSOLUTE WORST TORMENTORS. if they insist u sit in the middle so they can protect u, do not listen. they are looking for easy access to grab you and startle you. or they'll act possessed and roll their eyes back and foam at the mouth. scaring u is part of the fun

however, they are both very cuddly at all times so if u move to sit alone on a living chair so that they'll stop scaring u they'll go NOOOO and cut it out so u come back. do not separate!!!!!!

then you'll be even more smushed in the middle and snuggled and if u need to hide against them they'll coo about how they'll protect u and kiss u where they can reach. sometimes u and gelato are both hiding in sorbet's tits and screaming

they will still try to scare you and each other after the movie too. sorbet is the best at it because he'll call to you both from another room with his voice quavering and like you and gelato both know he's shitting you and he's gonna grab your asses from the shadows or somethin but he's a good actor, he's tough as hell, and u both love him, so hearing him scared is TERRIFYING and he knows it. bastard. he'll give u both rly good kisses to make up for it afterwards tho. or more 😏

cling to you and each other even more than usual, which like, damn, that's saying somethin. but they'll mutter in your ears like little devils on your shoulders that your boyfriends are the real boogeymen, so it's good that they'll only bite if you want them to

and if u want them to, well. ur in for a long night. and then you'll be smushed in the middle again as u fall asleep.
