ladies and germs I present to you: The Bad Batch -
Tech: only vaguely interested in the actual physical reality of the problem and is probably calculating the best way to balance weight distribution
Hunter: is carrying literally the entire problem and trying not to fall over while doing it. he’s FINE and he’s going to make SURE everybody KNOWS that he is HANDLING IT
Echo: is actively trying to physically help with the problem but Hunter didn’t really give him a chance to so he’s kinda here for moral support
Crosshair: says he doesn’t care about the problem says he couldn’t care LESS about the problem and yet. he’s still here. too invested to actually commit to the claims of not caring about the problem
Wrecker: is only here for a good time and is actively CAUSING the problem
I was walking to the subway last night, when it occurred to me that there’s no way Tech doesn’t have an in-universe fan club.
After he wins that riot race, he immediately became a number of people’s favorite racer, and the fact that he disappeared absolutely fueled their fervor. People spend inordinate amounts of time breaking down his strategy. There are definitely message boards on the holonet speculating about his “real” identity and “where is he now?” Tech-stans fight with dudebro equivalents about whether or not his win was a fluke.
As i was working on my new tbb project, i was like...why not make a lil animation to test if the rig works properly? (side note, that's the first time i've ever animated anything 3d in my life lmfao) I mean it kinda does, the weight painting is off on Hunter's scarf, and some of his armor parts correspond weirdly, but i'll fix it later.
So until i release my next completed project, enjoy this lil thirst trap lol (please watch it with the sound on to get the full...experience lmfao)
