My thoughts on episode 1 and 2 of Percy Jackson and the Olympians: (spoilers)

- The ACCURACY of the little Percy casting was unbelievable. They look identical.

- The SARCASM 🫶🏻👌🏻

- I’ve never been able to connect with Sally Jackson as a mother-figure in the books just because of my own rocky relationship with my mom, but the way she’s played really made me believe in her character and her love for Percy. It gives PERCY’s character more grounding and their relationship really drives the show.

- Sally just sitting in the rain with Olivia Rodrigo playing. Mood.

- “You fell in love…with Jesus?”

- The friction and “betrayal” between Percy and Grover was super interesting to see and I’m really glad they touched on that more than in the books

- I’ve been pronouncing Brunner wrong. Dam.

- Sally saying goodbye to Percy, knowing she was probably going to die 😭. Percy screaming for her.

- the Minotaur fight was awesome

- “YOU DROOL WHEN YOU SLEEP” Omg I can’t believe she said it. Leah’s delivery was different than how I imagined it but I loved it. She’s so matter-of-fact

- Again, I’ve always struggled with connecting with Luke’s character just because I felt like he was a little two-dimensional in the first book and then after that, you know, he’s evil and while I understood his motivations, I just didn’t really…care? Idk but his portrayal really helped me understand the depth of his betrayal and just how heartbreaking his story really is. I already love him more than I’ve allowed myself to from the books

- “She’s my little sister” I love their relationship while it lasts. Seeing how close they are really adds to the layers of both of their characters

- I’ve also been pronouncing Thalia wrong. Double dam.

- THE BLUE CANDY. PERCY BURNING IT NOT TO TALK TO HIS DAD BUT HIS MOM. That scene broke my heart.

- Leah. As. Annabeth. I’m going to be completely honest, Ive loved Leah from everything I’ve seen about her but I was nervous just because of how precious of a character Annabeth Chase has always been to me and I didn’t know if ANYONE, not specifically Leah, could live up to those expectations but omg I love her. Her bluntness. Her facial expressions. Her voice and delivery. Her sure movements and confidence and self-assuredbess that has come from success after success and training for so long. The way she is so unashamed to admit to using Percy and only watching him to see what he could do for HER. In her short amount of screen time so far, Leah was able to add layers to this character I’ve loved for so long that I didn’t even know where there. I never wanted her to leave the screen. My only complaint is that she didn’t have more lines. She is my Annabeth Chase. She’s not from the books. She’s not from the movies. She’s her own version and she stole the show.

- Luke saying Annabeth has a plan and that Percy will know what to do, only for PERCY TO BE FLOSSING AND PEEING AND PETTING GECKOS and trying so hard not to drive himself crazy with his ADHD and having nothing to do. I genuinely laughed out loud. Might be my favorite part.

- the fight scenes are so well choreographed.

- CLARISSE. She’s too pretty. I can’t hate her. And her ELECTRIC SPEAR. When it broke and she screamed, I got chills.

- The trident.

- Annabeth KNOWING Percy was Poseidon’s before anyone else cause she’s “always 6 steps ahead”

- People already keeping such important info from Percy “for his own good”

- “You are Poseidon’s son” “No, I am Sally Jackson’s son!” Might just be my favorite line. It’s so true. She raised him. She sacrificed everything for him. She loved him and cared for him and taught him that he wasn’t broken, he was singular, a miracle. She died so that he could live.

- Sally Jackson is parenting goals

- The way Percy instantly changed his decision to go to the underworld as soon as Grover told him his mom could be saved. Their relationship is unmatched

- Walker Scobell is already pretty well known, but I have a really good feeling his popularity is going to skyrocket after this show. He is such an amazing, dedicated actor. I know exactly what he is felling 100% of the time.

Overall, I absolutely loved it. In two episodes it’s become a comfort show that I can’t wait to continue watching!!

Right! Here we go. Ghosts Finale Positivity Post as I rewatch.

- Robin being an excited little kid for Christmas is the cutest thing, even if it's Halloween.

- Alison's face when she's showing the ghosts Mia before she has to put the mask on. Also the fact one of her first priorities after giving birth was for Mike to call them and reassure her they're OK.

- "Since Alison come, it been my favorite time of year." I love you Robin, I love you, I love you.

- Nana Fanny is surprisingly sweet? I never imagined her being that maternal before, she never spoke of her children.

- "Robin want more." 🥺 HE IS SO BABY.

- "Think of the child, Alison!" Thomas just kills it with that line. 😂

- Julian caring about putting Robin in the Christmas mood. Chess Husbands are the Joey and Chandler of this show for me.

- Mike was fully about to reveal the truth to Betty but his wife said Gaslight Gatekeep Girlboss. It's just so on point for them.

- "She doesn't want to see Fanny on camera." Has someone compiled all these jokes yet?

- Alison's little thumbs up to Julian, they are just chaos buddies.

- Mike being a terrible liar is hilarious.

- Mike warning the ghosts to leave! Like he has no real connection to these guys except through Alison but doesn't want any of them in danger. 🥺

- "Betty's bought the pastor!" "Pasta? That not very Christmassy." Robin I swear to god.

- That close in shot of Julian is the funniest scene in the episode. Also Robin "I think we should go-" chess husbands stick together.

- Kitty remembering Humphrey! She's always seemed to be the one who is most concerned for him. <3

- This. Just this.

- Thomas, normally the most self-obsessed git, being the one to jump into the line of fire to rescue Humphrey is also <3 <3

- This expression on Alison broke my heart and had me going "babygirl oh babygirl!" at my TV.

- But then.... 😁🥰😁

- CHESS HUSBANDS SHOULDER TOUCH

- As chaotic as the scene is, Kitty wanting to sing Mia a lullaby is cute and shows she's trying to move past her jealousy...I think.

- Fanny calling Alison her daughter. I'm not OK.

- This had me howling. 😂

- Mike saying "thanks guys." There's as many Mike / ghosts moments as Alison ones here.

- Julian being so happy Robin feels Christmassy!

- This could be an oil painting. My girl. 😭

- Best use of a song and lyrics timed with what's happening.

- THE PORTRAITS! Such a tiny detail but tells you Alison had her input into how the hotel was set up. She made it for her and Mike but she left it for THEM!

- The last we hear from Alison is her laughter. All these years. All these years and they are loving and LAUGHING together.

- Plague Ghosts always had to be the ones to bow us out. Again, while she wasn't super close to them, I like to think Alison suggested the pit as a good place for the spa, for them. 🥰

.....Okay that was a little better on second viewing ngl.

(For anyone wondering why I don't mention any of the PatCap moments, sorry I'm just not a big fan of baby scenes and babytalk etc.)

when ponyboy seen you writing down and narrating, he could’ve sworn he died and came back to life. LIKE WHEN HE HEARD YOUR VOICEEE HE GOT A LITTLE BLUSH ON HIS CHEEKS.

his friends beside him noticed, snickering to themselves. they shoved him, asking if that was his future partner. he just pushed them off, quietly telling them to fuck off.

when ponyboy seen you covered in the soot??? phew—he questioned his morals, man. and THEN HE SEEN YOU BEAT UP?? he was getting FED.

ponyboy came out of that school a new man.

his ears were hot, his cheeks were red, and he was already looking up edits of you. ponyboy shoved those almost broken wired apple headphones in his ears and tuned everyone out.

when he got home he ignored any questions darry and soda threw at him and immediately went to his room. ponyboy quietly closed the door before hopping into bed, pulling out his phone, and going on tiktok.

spent like a solid 30 minutes tweaking over edits of you. like full on screaming into his pillow—i’m so serious.

You woke up to weird noises on your window. You opened your eyes, knowing exactly what you would find. It wasn't the first time Donnie broke into your room like that, but it still scared you every single time.

He usually did that so you could make out after both of your families were asleep. But at the moment you sat down, ready to ask him not to do that again without a warning, you realized those weren't his intentions at all.

"Frank never finds me when I'm with you." His fingers squeezed your arms strongly, like he was scared you would disappear and leave him lonely.

"Yeah, that big ass rabbit knows better than messing with me, I won't let him hurt my boyfriend." You shrugged.

Even on such a serious situation, you were able to make Donnie laugh. Well, it wasn't much more than a chuckle, but he seemed to relax a little.

"Come on." You told him. "We can cuddle until it goes away."

He removed his shoes to lay on his side. The two of you faced each other for a second. Then he got a little closer and you wrapped your arms around him, keeping his face buried on your chest and his soft hair brushing your chin.

"You're safe now." You said, kissing the top of his head.

He lifted his head to look at you and whispered: "I love you."

Your heart almost stopped. It was the first time he had ever said that to you. And that look in his eyes was so sincere... maybe it meant more than the words themselves.

"I love you too, Don." You smiled at him.

You were ready to go back to holding his tightly, but, before you could, he placed his hand on the back of your neck and pulled you for a kiss. A hungry one. He had so many emotions he needed to let out. He would never be able to tell you how grateful he was for you always being there, and not thinking that he was crazy. Well, he probably would be if it wasn't for you.

His hands ran through your body, ending on your butt, squeezing and pulling your hips closer to his at the same time.

He continued kissing you while his hips brushed yours until he started getting hard.

"Donnie…" You moaned into his mouth.

#18: We Will (S7E16)

The beauty of this whole scene is just breathtaking to me and I appreciate this moment so much. 😭 I once saw Rick and Michonne's dynamic described as “healthily reliant on each other” and that’s really a great way to put it. I mean there's a reason TOWL's description says, "Without each other are they even alive?" And this s7 finale scene illustrates how Rick and Michonne breathe life into each other. I always love it when Richonne’s deep love is so visibly poured out, and this moment just perfectly captured how much they love and need each other, and how they truly are one...

This scene arrives after all the wild events of the season 7 finale. Rick and Michonne had a day, y’all. 😣 Like being harassed and betrayed by Jadis and her people, losing Sasha (😢), Michonne having to fight for her life on a balcony, Rick and Carl on their knees devastated thinking they just saw the matriarch of their family fall to her death, and Negan coming this close to killing Carl before a whole tiger saves the day. Safe to say they’d been through a lot and needed to now be back in the arms of the one who makes them feel most safe. And so that’s exactly what happens. 😌

As soon as Rick and Carl are able to go check on Michonne they urgently run over to find her, and I love how much her boys love her and how happy they are to see it wasn’t her that fell. If my eyes don’t deceive me, Rick really does look upward and seems both relieved and impressed that Michonne took care of business.

So then Rick enters this room where Michonne is leaning against a wall and all bloodied and it’s heartbreaking to see. I always think about how she must've been so seriously hurt to have to just stay in that room during the battle 😢 cuz I know if any ounce of her could have continued to fight with the others, she would have.

Rick immediately gets rid of his gun when he sees it’s her and he is so gentle with her when he stoops to her side and calls her name. At the same time, you can really hear and see the utter concern he has as he worries if she’ll respond. He loves her so much, y’all. 😭 It’s always so clear. Especially the second time he says her name, you can just tell that losing Michonne would break him.

I'm sure he knows it too. Like in the van in 7.12 he expressed knowing it was possible they could lose each other, but for both Rick and Michonne, seeing the other "fall to their death" and thinking they lost them just really confirmed that the loss of the other would be pretty unbearable.

Also, the way he takes the biggest breath when he finally hears her breathing. My heart instantly melts. It’s beautiful. And it is such a vivid illustration of the way she has his heart. Like truly, it’s like her little breath put breath back into him.

It feels like Rick now knows the exact feeling Michonne felt when she thought she lost him in Say Yes. He experienced that same emptying when thinking he saw her fall. And so being back with her just brings him back to life, and I feel like it confirms to him how much he can’t lose her. Like they still can technically, but also they can't.

I love the tender way Rick places his hand on her face and whispers "you’re alive" with so much relief. And you can tell this whole time he’s trying to figure out how to touch her without hurting her. #Magnets.

And the way Michonne can’t even fully open her eyes but just hearing his voice and feeling his touch puts a smile on her face. Y’all...their love is so palpable, and they are seriously the best soulmates on TV. Just had to reiterate that. 🙌🏾

The way Michonne clearly reaches for him too. I feel like it has to be such a relief to her that he’s also alive after the last thing she saw was basically him getting grazed by trifling Jadis before the fight broke out.

Carl joins them, and I know having her boys back with her after all the chaos that ensued really does cement to Michonne that they’re the ones who live.

And then I absolutely adore that it seems Rick kisses her hand. And then, even in so much pain that it hurts to talk, Michonne, the resilient queen she is, still nods and tries to instill encouragement and belief in them by trying to say their ever-so-important and always true motto - we’re the ones who live.

But that Rhonda Rousey trash chick really did a number when choking her, so Michonne can’t fully get the words out. So, to just make the scene even more romantic, Rick knows exactly what she’s trying to say, and he says in the warmest sweetest voice, "I know" three times.

Y’all, it makes me teary the way he speaks to her. 🥲 Both of their Richonne tones are A1 always. It is so caring and gentle, and I love that he sees that she’s in pain and he again softly touches her and lets her know it’s okay cuz he knows what she’s trying to say, and he believes in their motto too.

And he shows how much he believes it even more when he says with conviction “We are. We will.” Genuinely romantic and moving. 😭😭 Like genuinely no one should be surprised that Rick and Michonne's return to the franchise is being marketed as an epic love story because their journey has always been a love story. And a love story for the ages at that. 😌

I love the way Rick looks right at Michonne this whole time, again just letting her be the sole focus over anything else going on. And it’s sweet cuz in the s7 msf she was the one reminding him they’re the ones who live, and in the finale, it’s them both knowing and believing it together. 🥰

There's also something so powerful about the two of them affirming this to each other after their previous partners both didn't have that same 'we can live and make it' mentality. It just further shows how Rick and Michonne are truly more aligned at their core.

And then you really see those magnets kick in cuz Rick is like somehow someway I still need to hug you. And I just adore this hug. 😭 I love it because it’s Rick wanting to offer comfort to her, but it’s also very much a comfort for him too.

You can just see it in the way he leans into her like this is the one moment in the day where he can just release and be Rick the human being, in the arms of the woman who loves and takes care of and offers the utmost warmth to him.

I so appreciate that Rick and Michonne are able to equally be that invaluable source of comfort for each other - because they’re strong for everyone else, but with each other they can just be all of themselves.

And I love how, even in her pain, Michonne still passionately embraces him (with her hands in his curls once again, cuz of course 😋) You again just see how much this husband and wife can be human with each other and how much being in each other's arms is where they feel most at home. After everything they'd been through that day, just being back with each other began to restore them.

It’s also really sweet that Carl is right there to see all this. I love that during this time Carl and Judith got to grow up in a home where their parents so deeply loved each other. irl, it’s important for kids to see their parents value each other.

(also the only thing that could have made this scene better is if we got to see Carl eventually join in on the hug. i tease that this is 'the greedy hug' because Rick really said look I need my time with Michonne and Carl is just gon' have to wait his turn lol 😋)

And I notice how Carl had been being strong all episode but it’s only when he sees Michonne that we see him get a bit more emotional. Michonne has always meant so much to him. That's his mom. So it’s sweet that it’s in this moment where Carl finally can’t help but react with a bit more emotion.

Also it makes me think of how little Carl was there to witness that bullet exchange between Rick and Michonne in Clear, where his little self seemed to be picking up on a vibe between them. And now here he is older, and seeing exactly the love that was deep under the surface between Rick and Michonne back then.

(Side note: of all the deleted TWD scenes I’ve seen, the one from this ep with Michonne giving a speech to Carl (and Rick) really should’ve been kept in imo, especially as a full circle moment to this scene here)

And I love that they really stay in that hug for a moment. Richonne never rushes when expressing their love. And the visual of the three of them, the golden trio, is just beautiful. 🥹

Season 7 made a lot missteps but truly when it came to Rick and Michonne’s love story this season they never missed not once. In the area of Richonne content, season 7 is one of my favorites for them because there's just an abundance of Richonne gold throughout.

And concluding Richonne's s7 arc with this gorgeous moment where they seem so relieved to be alive with each other and to be the ones who live and to hug so passionately is great.

And then later to see Rick tending to Michonne while she healed. It was a lovely way to close out the Richonne content of their first full season as a couple. Every season, Rick and Michonne always land on unity and love no matter what they go through.

Scenes like this #18 one make it so clear that what we’ve always been watching is a love supreme between Rick and Michonne Grimes (as Rick has now made perfectly clear for the people in the back #MyWifeIsMyChoice). And I love to see it. 😌

Now that you've watched s2, I'm very curious to hear your opinion about it as an honourable IB shipper

My feelings are very mixed, while their flashbacks were pretty cute, the "confession" scene felt TERRIBLE to me. Why would these two old bureaucrats sing a cheesy song at each other in front of their respective courts 😭 Why were they speaking like 13 year olds. The ending just ruined the relationship becoming canon :(

Really long answer incoming lol.

Okay so. Essentially, yes. It was jarring/cringe because it was so VASTLY different than the vibe of their relationship that I had built in my head the last four years. I've always thought of them quite a bit more mature, sometimes combative, and really fucking kinky. But I wouldn't say it ruined it for me, and I'll explain why.

Initially it seemed SO out of character, the lovey-dovey, almost childlike affection they had for each other. But it's exciting for me to consider what if this WAS in their characters all along, they were just never given the opportunity/felt safe enough to let that side of their personalities be seen. Which is HEARTBREAKING but there's some subtle evidence to back this up.

We all know Bee is an angry, annoyed, high ranking demon with a lot on their plate. Even Crowley said "because they're always such a ray of sunshine" to Shax because it seems common knowledge to all of Hell that Bee is, well... an angry little shit. But they ARE a ray of sunshine when they're with Gabe, away from hell, away from their daily stresses, away from the expectations of running Hell. LOOK AT THEM.

We saw a hint of this in S1, when they showed a moment of vulnerability. When? In front of Gabe, at the airbase. They can't show weakness in Hell because they can't weaken their position as Prince (Grand Duke?), but Gabriel is the only other being in the entire cosmos they feel is an equal, and they can therefore let their guard down like they did at the airbase, and like they do a little bit more at every meeting with Gabe following Armageddon. Until they were actually showing the real Bee- who is a little unsure, kind of quiet, and a worrier. I always headcanoned that Bee absolutely WAS soft, underneath all their posturing, but only ever in private and only ever with Gabe. AND THEN I WAS GIVEN THAT HOLY SHIT.

Okay now on to Gabe. I always headcanoned that after Armageddon, he fucking broke. He snapped. He was SO TIRED of working toward goals, leading the host of Heaven toward said goals, and then the biggest one of all ended up a failure and essentially it fell on his shoulders. And that's basically what did happen in canon! It started, just like it did for Bee, at the airbase, when it was all falling apart, he turned to the only being he could that would understand his frustration.

He was always the hard-ass boss, albeit an idiot and a dick, but the memory wipe proved there was a sweetheart in there somewhere. Before the season aired, I assumed the memory wipe was what would show Gabe the error of his ways, and he would learn to be gentle and generous and loving through that trial. But it turns out HE ALREADY LEARNED IT BY THE TIME OF THE MEMORY WIPE.

Heaven seems so cold and lonely, and my god the scene where he says no one had ever given him anything. My heart ached for him. Heaven didn't even give him a desk. MURIEL, a 37th order, was given a desk but he wasn't. Away from the cold sterility of Heaven and his obligations, he heard Bee say they liked something, and he realized how happy their enjoyment made him. So he decided he liked it too. He never got to enjoy things (other than clothes), or his time around others, and Bee provided him that escape, simply by saying "I like this song." And then he miracled the song to play because he wanted to make someone, other than himself, happy. And he was ready to swan dive into Hell, give up the clothes he loved, because he knew he'd be okay, he and Bee would be okay if they were together.

Yes, their relationship is way different than I pictured it would be. But I'm framing it instead of being ooc, maybe we weren't seeing the real Gabe and Bee in S1. We were just seeing them as the result of their respective situations.

And the confession, to me, was used as a juxtaposition for the husbands confession, which uh. Did not go nearly as well.

So yeah, the singing to each other and their soft, innocent affection was cringe. But Bureaucracy has always been cringe, Bee is a gremlin and Gabe is an idiot. I'm looking forward to exploring their new dynamic in fic, and maybe filling some of the gaps that took them from where they were to where they are now.

You felt the buzz inside you during the evening on Christmas eve.

You knew that you had felt it before but you really couldn’t place exactly what it was.

Eddie but his had delicately laid on top of you as laid on his chest, the two of you gathering strength to get off the sofa and go to bed.

“You’re so warm tonight baby?” He commented.

“Am I?” You asked.

“Yeah.” Eddie said, putting the pad of his finger onto your forehead. “Are you feeling okay?”

“Yes” you answered truthfully. Eddie eyed you suspiciously but didn’t push it.

“I’ll see you two tomorrow afternoon.” Wayne said.

“It’s unfair that you got the nightshift on Christmas Eve” Eddie said.

“We’ll miss you” you piped up.

“I’ll be back by tomorrow and we’ll have a grand old Christmas dinner when I wake up okay?” Wayne said. “So no pouting from either of you.”

Eddie woke up to something bright shining up at him.

It came as quite the shock to him when he opened his eyes and saw that it was you.

“Good morning baby, merry Christmas!” He said, and watched how you’d wake up and rub your eyes. You looked confused at first but then broke into a huge grin.

“It’s Christmas!” You shouted and flew off him in a flash.

You stopped in the doorway, waiting for him to catch up.

“Do you want to open presents or get some hot chocolate first?” Eddie asked.

You thought over the choices before deciding on the hot chocolate. Eddie had it ready for the two of you almost instantly.

The thimble was drained by you almost as quickly as Eddie had filled it. So you gave him the best puppy dog eyes, asking for seconds but this time it didn’t bite.

“I never make the same mistake twice sweetheart.” He said.

You grumbled a bit, and grabbed the thimble in both hands wishing for it to fill up by itself, and to everyone’s surprise it did.

“Wait what?” Eddie asked as he saw the tiny cup fill itself from nothing. “How did you do that?”

“I dunno.” You said, as confused as him.

“Have you been able to do that before?” He asked.

“Don’t you think I would have done it before then?” You said.

You let Eddie unwrap his present first, and a this huge feeling of pride spread across your chest as he admired and complimented the dicebox. The it became your turn to open your present.

That was when the wrapping paper simply melted and disappeared of the present as you touched it, revealing the box of furniture inside.

“Oh Eddie thank you!” You exclaimed and flew up and pecked him on the cheek, touching him with both your hands to hold your balance.

That was when the glow that radiated from you began to spread across Eddie and before neither of you knew it, Both you and Eddie were sat upon the coffee table, both equally small.

“What happened?” Eddie asked.

“A miracle, i think?” You said, wrapping your arm around Eddie the best you could, being mindful of his new wings.

“This is incredible” Eddie said pressing a kiss to your forehead. “about as weird as I gets but incredible”

“I never thought I could do this” you admitted. “I knew other fairies could but I never believed I would ever be good enough”

“I’ve always believed in you sweetheart.”

Teaching Eddie to fly was harder than anticipated.

Describing how you did it when it was something that you’d always done was indeed hard.

“Okay begin by flapping them a couple of times so you get the hang of it.” You instructed.

Eddie proceeded to shake his shoulders making the wings on his back sway a bit.

“No!” You said as you tried to hide the laughter that bubbled up inside you. “Your body should be still and the wings should be moving.”

You held him by the shoulder and looked at him seriously.

“Try fluttering the wings now” you instructed.

Eddie closed his eyes and focused on the task and after a little while the wing’s actually began to flutter on his back.

He opened his eyes and looked at you.

“Did I do it?” He asked, genuine excitement lacing every word. “Are they really moving?”

“Yes!” You said, equally excited. “Now try doing it faster.”

Before you knew it he was flying.

It was clumsy and he bumped into a lot of this, he even did an emergency landing in the Christmas tree but he was flying.

The day continued in that fashion, you teaching Eddie about all things fairy, then you put your Christmas present to good use and sat on your new chairs to eat some actual breakfast.

After that you both used all the strength you had to lift up the new dollhouse-couch onto the coffee table to watch a movie.

“This is the sickest cinema screen I’ve ever seen” Eddie muttered after you jumped on the remote to start the tv.

You laid on top of Eddie on the little couch as you watch the big screen infront of you. Your head on Eddie’s chest as usual, but this time it took up so much space.

“I’ve thought about something” Eddie said after a while.

“What?” You asked.

“How are we gonna explain all this to Wayne?”

okay, so i just finish reading fatum nos iungebit and i would just like to say that könig and fee definitely fled the country to relocate in austria.

and they definitely found a large secluded area somewhere in the mountains, maybe close to a beautiful meadow filled with flowers where könig can build a cute cottage for the two of them.

and they definitely choose a more quiet, conservative lifestyle. whereas könig hunts and kills animals instead of humans (although unless threaten, humans aren’t entirely off the table) and continues to provide material resources, fee has resorted to a more productive yet passive routine, like cooking, gardening, sewing, etc. they just do whatever they want cause they can and they love that for each other.

and they definitely still stay by each others side. despite less threat, there’s still a need to be close in a physical proximity because of how natural it has become. könig always needs his goddess by his side, and fee just doesn’t like being alone without worrying too much.

and they definitely still fuck. except, the only difference, they can do it where ever, whenever now. kids are not too far from their future tbh.

I secretly had it in mind while writing that last scene that they are taking the direction of König’s homeland and that they might settle somewhere near his old village 🥺 Somewhere on the outskirts of other new settlements so that they could trade with other people there. Fee needs help in childbirth if she comes pregnant and they can’t do everything by themselves, BUT they are a bit further away from the rest of the folk and live their happy little lives in the most adorable scenery imaginable! ❤️

König hunts and Fee weaves and spins, and in time König will receive much respect in the community because he’s so helpful (and strong and he can help defend the village if need be so of course they won’t turn them away) and soon enough there will be tiny Königs and Fees running around (usually naked :/ they want to bask in the sun and go gather flowers before their parents have had a chance to get them dressed) and König has to “hunt” them down and bring them back to put some clothes on, after that they receive a strong pat on their butts from König (it almost topples the little ones, poor things) and they know it’s a sign they can finally go and run free, just not too far away and not without their tiny daggers ^^

So I've just read L's sxf liveblog that covers Twilight's past. And my heart broke to million pieces just like the first time I read the chapter 😭😭

But it got me thinking.

Storytelling wise, Yor's past will also be similarly heart breaking. And despite we already have little snippets of Yor's backstory, we actually haven't had any clear idea of how Yor or Briar siblings past went.

Before chp 62 is published, all we have regarding Twilight's past is just a story of his mother's lullaby and how safe he felt in his mother's arm.

Take notice at how this can be considered as one "happy" memories of [redacted] that Twilight was willingly share towards Yor.

When chp 62 came, we finally know how "rare" this happy memory of Twilight is. And that his past were full of hardships and anger and vengeance until he finally found new "better" goals when he joins WISE.

Now if we compare the situation with snippets coming from Yor, we first have a scene of Yor wilingly share her past to Loid

Take notice that this is also one of the "happier" memories coming from Yor's satisfaction towards Yuri's achievements. Yor is seen complimenting Yuri, and The Briar siblings looks happy.

Several other snippets of Yor's past come from Yuri's memories:

Take notice how in these memories all we have is the bright - always cheerful - always happy - smiling Yor. The smile that can brightened the world but even Yuri himself (and us fans) know and notice how Yor must have hiden her burden and thoughts alone. Which is one of the reason Yuri wanted to quickly become a capable man so he can return all the favor.

We know that both Twilight and Yor are very similar in never letting others know what burden they were thinking. They are so used to keep it hidden, that the only times we know they are having a deep thoughts, the only times they let it shows in their faces are only when they are alone:

Anyway, nobody expected it when Twilight's past suddenly come to us in chp 62. Especially not after a silly second Tornitrus disaster.

Tbh, I can't wait till Endo do that.

Oh, and when Anya's past came??? I'll be sure to be broken beyond repair. Because it is one thing to read or make or imagining the angsty past of the parents. But angsty children story??? 😭 Idk how to handle that.

anyways! i have this scenario in mind: Four working on fixing/making a blade or he's relaxing and he's wearing a sleeveless shirt, so reader gets to see his arms and holy shit there's no way those arms weren't chiseled by the goddesses themselves so reader immediately gets a dumb dreamy smile with heart eyes and all. So while in their very clear admiration and fawning over Four (Four is the only one that hasn't noticed), when the smith approaches them they end up absent mindedly blurting out a very... not so subtle compliment of what they've been looking at on him for a while now. Feel free to decide what happens next.

whether Four and reader are already in a relationship is up to you but i think it'd be funnier if reader just has the biggest crush on him and he had NO idea gshdjshshdjsjdjsj

You don’t know how you ended up in this situation.

Actually, yes you do. You’re just a little foggy. I mean, how could you not be? Hot room, steam coming from the heated weapons dipped into the water….

Your boyfriend standing there working tirelessly, and doing so while looking effortlessly beautiful.

Let’s set the scene. You’re in the forge, in his Hyrule. He was beyond elated to be back in his own forge again. He figured he could finally make a weapon the champion couldn’t break, and it’s exactly what he was attempting to do now. You had a front row seat to the show, too. Blacksmithing always intrigued you, and even more so after you got with the smith himself, so you were more than excited to see him in action. You just didn’t account for how little you’d actually pay attention.

I mean, how could you? You sure tried, but your mind was so full yet so empty at the same time as you watched him work.

You didn’t understand how someone could look so perfect. All you knew was the strength that lay under his skin could only have been put there by the goddesses themselves. You were just delighted to have seen it in your lifetime.

Sweat beaded on his face, seeping into the headband he kept wrapped around him in hopes both hair and sweat wouldn’t fall into his eyes. He raised the mallet in the air and it came crashing down onto the hot metal in what would’ve been a loud bang, but you were too focused on the way he moved to care about it. Everything was muffled around you and it seemed you two could’ve been the only people in the world. Your heart pounded against your chest from either the heat of the fire or the man in front of you, you neither knew nor cared. He was like a song, you determined. The way the strength of his body was the perfect tune to the lyrics of his wonderful mind and soul would be one you could listen to over and over—and the tapestry of beautiful and poetic sentiments you thought of him was one woven so thick you’d be able to sleep under only it during the coldest of winters.

You’d been stuck in your own head about it for so long that you gained a lovesick smile. The thought of being held by him, kissed by him, or Hylia—even spoken to gave you that giddy feeling in your chest, like the butterflies swirling there wanted to fly out the moment you opened your mouth. He’d been watching you for some time, wondering when it was you’d notice he was looking at you. Finally his words broke through.

“Y/n..!” He laughed. “Hey, I’m talking to you..” he tilted his head to look at you with a quirked smile. “You alright..?”

“Huh?? Oh—yeah..” you sunk in on yourself at being caught daydreaming, face blooming a bright red with the blush extending into your ears and neck. “I’m fine…”

“What’s on your mind, dove? Huh?” He rested his cheek in his hand. “What brought out that smile you had earlier?”

Oh goddess, oh jeez— “uhm—uh—it’s-um—“ your words only became more jumbled as his smile got wider. His eyes filled with that same look yours had been only moments ago. He was just as in love. Your brain hit the panic button. You were no longer in control. “You. Your arms. You’re hot.”

His eyes widened and he leaned back in a loud laugh. Your cheeks puffed up and you looked down, embarrassed. When his laughter died down a bit, he walked over to you. “Oh, goodness, I love you.” He stood on his tiptoes and caught you up in a kiss. You melted against him and wrapped your arms around him, kissing back. His snaked around your waist and held you firmly there. When you pulled away he got a mischievous grin. “So my arms, huh?~”

“Oh shut up!” You shoved him away, covering your face. He just kept laughing. It’d be all too fun to tease you in the future, and you knew exactly what you were in for…
