And vice versa

I think that both versions would be completely baffled by their alternate selves!!! There's a lot of slight changes, considering that their personalities would be more or less the same. This is assuming that they meet in the og!twst universe

TTV!Riddle would most likely try to convince og!Riddle to attend one of the executions, and he would be absolutely furious if he saw the state of the original Heartslabyul! The complete disregard for the rules! The chaos! How was og!Riddle supposed to hold any sort of power in this sort of environment? Where was the respect? Og!Riddle would be horrified of this alternate version of himself- murderous and bloodthirsty. he reminds him of what he was like pre-overblot (without the murder, of course). Og!Riddle would feel terrible after hearing what had happened to ADeuce, and he feels even worse after seeing that two Og!Ace and Deuce don't have their counterparts with them. It's also very likely that ttv!Ridde would still be furious at Adeuce for their crimes back in his world, trying to use his power to get them executed as well.

Trey would also likely be terrified once he finds out what is truly in the tarts. It would be most likely that, since ttv!Trey puts on a friendly face, Trey would be none the wiser until the two decide to start baking together. He seems oblivious until ttv!Trey grabs his arm and tries to slash at his arm to add the "special ingredient". Trey refuses to be alone with his counterpart after that. ttv!Trey finds of!Trey to be somewhat endearing, reminding him of the way he was before he was forced into the nightmare of TTV!Nrc. He really is just trying to help him let loose a little, you know?

Cater would get along with his counterpart for the most part, knowing that, while ttv!Cater is still bloodthirsty, part of him was forced to partake in the chaos. Cater tries to reason with his other self, showing him different ways to gain an online following that doesn't include as much blood! He is still very creeped out by ttv!cater, through...Ttv!Cater is very glad that his counterpart is fun like him!! He is a tad disappointed that he isn't as violent, noticing how his viewers seem to drawn to the more... pg stuff in comparison to the torture livestreams...

Ace and Deuce would be... confused as to why their counterparts aren’t there, as is the way with Ruggie, Jack, Epel, or Lilia, Sebek, and (depending on the ending) Silver. They would be very scared of ttv!Riddle and would, honestly, hide in Ramshackle until the ttv!cast were sent back into their own universe. 

Leona would be annoyed with his counterpart, I think. he may be rude, but he’s not malicious or evil enough to eat people for his own amusement. Ttv!Leona would definitely taunt Leona, calling him pathetic and a sad excuse of a ruler for... not eating his subjects i guess???  Leona would also get very protective over Ruggie and Jack after hearing what happened to their alternate parts, knowing that it was, indirectly, his fault for the other two’s deaths, and he would become furious at ttv!Leona (which may or may not result in an all-out brawl between the two). I hc that Leona feels a lot of guilt over hurting Ruggie during his overblot, so hearing that a version of himself actually killed and ate him would make Leona see red. 

Ruggie and Jack would be just as confused as ADeuce. Ruggie would be very hesitant around ttv!Leona, as he was the cause of the death (and the hyena doesn’t like how he looks at him as though he were a slab of meat,,,) Jack would be less wary, but very relieved that he wasn’t as evil as the other counterparts and that the other version of him did try to help.

Azul would be curious as to how the other version of Mostro lounge was so successful, while serving people mer... It was unsettling to him, and reminded him of when the twins would often tease him while eating octopus in front of him. TTv!Azul would likely try to convince Azul to do the same, seeing that there’s more “product” in the original world. I think he would also exploit normal Azul using their shared weaknesses to get him to do his bidding (which won’t work since Azul is above murder, sorry TTv!Azul). He would very much think of normal Azul as being a coward and a fool for losing money due to his morality..

I feel as though, despite both the Tweels already being somewhat violent (due to their family’s uhh,,, business,,,), they would both be unnerved. In the normal world, theyre both seen as practically unmatched and suddenly, there’s copies of them who are both calculating enough to know their next moves,,, as well as being twice as violent. For them, both sides would be stuck in a limbo of sorts, with both Jades trying to one-up each other with their wits, while both Floyds would either a) give into their impulsive sides and wreck havoc (no murder, much to ttv!Floyd’s dismay) or b) fight each other, physically and mentally

Kalim would be absolutely distraught to hear that a different version of him would give into violence and overindulgence. Yes, he does like to have fun and throw parties, but he would stop them the instant someone was in danger or got hurt! How could his other half be so cruel?Other Kalim would be confused- he just wanted everyone to have lots and lots and lots of fun! So what if they died? They went down playing games, at least! Kalim would try ot be polite to ttv!Kalim but,,, he can’t help but feel uncomfortable by looking at his murderer-self...

Jamil’s first instinct is to protect Kalim from the alternate versions of themselves, and his other half’s knowing gaze as he looked at him sent shivers down his spine. Other Jamil would see the differences in their dynamic- clearly normal Jamil was doing this for a different reason aside from his servitude. TTV!Jamil would be jealous of normal Jamil for having some semblance of choice, even if they’re both trapped in the same position. 

Vil would be disgusted at his alternate self- especially once seeing that TTV!Vil embraces the ugliness within him that caused his overblot in the first place. A part of him would like to ask his other self why he does what he does? Does his creations come from a place of jealousy? Does preserving beauty matter so much over life? TTV!Vil would also be appalled at normal Vil, he would try to explain why Pomefiore is full of people-turned-statues, why some students absolutely had to be turned into monsters! They would ultimately keep their distance from one another

Rook does not like ttv!Rook- he doesn’t even attempt to get near him in the slightest. He recognizes the look in the man’s eye, the bloodlust that his alternate self has, how he’s prepared to notch his bow at any given second despite being in a safe area. TTV!Rook would likely try to chase normal Rook, or he would taqke it to the next level and see how good the other hunter is- can he dodge the arrow? Would he even know if he wa the one being hunted? As of now, Rook’s main goal is to protect the rest of Pomefiore from his alternate self...

Epel would be mortified when he was expecting to see his alternate version only to get... a piece of marble that resembles his own horrified face. He would likely stay far, far away from the rest of ttv!Pomefiore due to this incident and go into hiding with Ace and Deuce.

Idia recognizes the look of guilt on his counterpart’s face, as well as seeing the torn-apart version of his younger brother appear on the older Shroud’s back. Idia’s first instinct would be to remove Ortho from the situation, seeing the dangerous glint in ttv!Idia’s eyes when they landed on the boy. TTv!Idia is insanely jealous of normal Idia- he gets to keep his brother, other Ortho is safe and in one piece and can talk normally. It’s not fair! TTV!Idia is likely plotting to swap their Orthos when other Idia isn’t paying attention. Idia also doesn’t want Ortho to see what happened to his counterpart, seeing his younger borther torn apart sent shivers down his spine so it’s likely that the two boys wouldn’t have the time to meet or see each other. 

Malleus is livid at his counterpart, to act as though his loneliness is not his fault when he kills. His counterpart even tried to kill his closest friend, and then manipulated his family to kill each other. If it weren’t for Lilia at his side now and the worried looks that are casted from Silver and Sebek he would have long ago snapped the other Malleus in half and torn him to shreds. He can try to control his temper, but it only goes so far. TTV!Malleus is a cold blooded king and finds Malleus to be foolish for trying to protect his advisor, a half human, and two full humans (TTV!Malleus never saw them as family; there’s no attachment). He wouldn’t try to hurt them most likely, since he knows himself and he knows that it would likely destroy the entire island if they were to fight. They stay far from reach other, despite other Malleus always standing in the shadows near the rest of Diasomnia until he’s sent back to his own world. 

Lilia would be confused when he sees that he doesn’t have a counterpart, but he would soon understand when ttv!Malleus casts them all a glance. They would have to go to TTv!Yuu to get answers, which leaves them all in varying states of shock. Silver would stand closer to Lilia for a few days afterwards, shaking to his core when he thinks about holding his father’s body. 

TTV!MC would likely scare the rest of the cast- seeing their dear friend, bruised and beaten, terrified to tears at the mere sight of the people who had been taking care of them since they’d come into Wonderland. Their condition alone is enough to put everyone into action to try to defeat their counterparts- or at least find a way to keep Yuu when the others are sent back to their world.

I was rereading ttv the other day and I've been wondering about how the nrc students would react to finding out mc died(ending 2)🤔🤔

I feel like malleus would be hit the hardest after finding out his "best friend" just perished, MAYBE he'll look into necromancy..

The necromancy was the first thing that called my attention when you reached out!!! Thats such a cool idea to play with- and it opens up a whole other story!! I think Malleus would definitely be the most heartbroken out of everyone in the cast. He's just lost his best friend (or "pet", more like it), so why would he stop at letting them die?

Of course, necromancy comes with some issues, for one, you can't revive a soul, so it's likely that mc would be a shell of their former self, just an echo of who was once living. It could also tie into the idea of using the magicial's soul to bring back the dead, which would link Malleus and mc forever (again, another cool path to explore).

I think the thingmost of the students would be most interested in would be the "otherworldly" characteristics that they could exploit (and not the fact that they were a very real person). Riddle would try to obtain some of their blood to paint the roses, seeing if it makes the flowers last longer or to give to Trey to see if there are any side effects. I think Octavinelle would use mc's body for a similar reason, selling it to unsuspecting students claiming that it would give them some mystifying ability,,,

I don't think Scarabia or Savanaclaw (well, just Leona, I guess) would particularly care about mc's death. Leona would have liked to see what they tasted like, but it's not like he DOESN'T have a dorm full of beastmen he's willing to strike down for a quick snack. Kalim would be disappointed at the loss of another familiar face at a party, but he kind of assumed they would die sooner or later so he would be indifferent (same with Jamil, who would be surprised that they lasted as long as they did).

Rook would likely try to also get ahold of the corpse (once again, to expierment on) and would spew poetry about how they've been reunited with Jack. Vil would also want some of them, just to preserve what little was left of them to place on the now empty pillar (due to his latest masterpiece being shattered and stolen).

Idia would be upset that he no longer had someone to take his frustration out on, seeing that he only used to berate mc for destroying ortho. Once he gets Ortho's ai up and running, the little robot would be so heartbroken about the loss of his new friend :( He would try to convince Idia to change his mind, but the elder would be so blind is his own anger at what heppened that whatever Ortho says goes right over his head.

The rest of Diasomnia would be indifferent (aside from Lilia, who would likely still be mourning the loss of his son), as well as the teachers.
