Happy one year to MEEEE😁 I am celebrating that I have kept the weight off and continued to loose through a pandemic, holidays, family turmoil and loss of a loved one. I have restarted program three times in the last year, this week being back on program helped me to lose 11lbs in 7 days! I weighed 201lbs last week, and this week, I hit my 2nd weight goal of 190lbs. There have been sooooo many reasons why I couldn’t pull my mindset out of the emotional eating. I eat my feelings, not drink, do drugs or smoke cigarettes. The stress of life crept back in. So happy I didn't give into the excuses like the past and choosing NOT to mentally stay in that negative space. That's what is so beautiful about this structured lifestyle, it does really create a life where you can deal with the highs and lows of life, and NOT lose the direction to a healthier version of YOURSELF! I promised myself that I will see the 190lbs by my 1yr weight-loss anniversary. Today I smile big for this accomplishment. Beyond happy on not giving up on ME, for once.
