Sleeping positions; Team 141 x GN! Reader

Price; while not very cuddly himself, he loves when y/n uses him as a teddy bear. wrapping their legs around his hips, arms wrapped around his torso with their head nuzzled into his neck. Price is a rather light sleeper so he usually picks up on y/n having a nightmare, jostling them awake as he sits up. 'shh, shh, it's okay. no one, not even the boogeyman can get you while I'm here.' whispering sweet nothings until they fall back asleep.

Simon; is the type to glue himself to y/n's back, following them as they shift around the bed. always needing a part of him to be touching them. he almost pushes them fully off the bed when he does this. 'Si, move over you big oaf.' not even awake, he halfway complies, giving up some of the blanket he had stolen. quickest way to console him is to flip around to where he's the little spoon, looping their fingers with his. placing a few kisses along his bare shoulder, tracing the few scars he has with their free hand.

Johnny; he tends to go to bed hours later than y/n, trying not to be too loud laughing at the sight. y/n's sprawled in the middle of the bed in a starfish position, limbs all stretched out. he doesn't even try to move them, simply crawling in between their legs, placing his head on their stomach. Laying a few raspberries along their skin from where their shirt had rode up. 'Johnny?'

'Yea, I'm here.' Accent thick with exhaustion. His eye fluttering shut as their hand reaches down to ruffle his hair.

Gaz; falls asleep on the couch more than he does in their shared bed. y/n ends up falling asleep while waiting for him at the opposite end. their legs draped over his lap while he plays at his games. when he does remember to go to bed, he'll end up carrying them. In bed, he uses y/n like a weighted blanket, very much in a 'please squash me' type of vibes. reassuring them that they're not too heavy.

Details:

So basically this is a biig, ambitious one. I intent to make it the wallpaper of my Mac when I finish it. The background is from a photo of a lovely book I own, the ^new Smart Approach to Bath Design by Susan Maney. I really recommend looking for this book if you love bathroom design or interior design, or just want interesting looking backgrounds, as there's so many high-quality photos in this book. However I will modify a few things from the original design, such as making the curtains a blush-sakura pattern and probably changing the colours to fit a more japanese colour scheme (since the two characters live in japan (kinda?)).

In the spirit of inktober/drawtober/whatever it's called these days, if people even still really do this - I've been off making a mess in my new sketchbook and having fun with it! I'll have to scan more stuff later, but for now, have some traditionally-drawn Jormungandr and other doobles (Makes me nervous to not have the same precision as digital, but that's kind of the point I think. Easy to lean too heavily on that ctrl+z and all. With ink you just gotta roll with whatever comes out haaa)

x gn reader

Neuvillette has to hold hands with y/n when asleep; whenever they're not around or gone on travels, he holds onto a stuffed animal in their stead. 

Files down his claws as to not accidentally rip/tear things. Started doing it after he accidentally tore a hole in y/n's favorite shirt. Spend the time after learning how to sew it back up. There's a clumsy flower embroidered to cover it up.

Has a fur pelt akin to selkies in mythology. Unfortunately stealing it doesn't equate to forced marriage unlike what Wriothesley thought. After it was returned to him, he became extremely protective over it. 

One time while tired, he tried opening the fridge with a rock before y/n stopped him. Making him sit in a chair while they prepared breakfast. If impatient, he ends up nibbling on salted kelp chips. 

Despite insisting on separate bedrooms, he'll sometimes sneak into y/n's bed during the middle of the night. Y/n usually finds out when they wake up due to overheating from his pelt. 

Neuvillette knows y/n's mad at him whenever they call him a knock-off skunk. 

Y'know that trend where people use a wet toothbrush on their cat because it reminds them of their mother? Yea, for Neuvillette, blowing raspberries on his skin does the same thing.

Speaking of cats, he's retches whenever he smells a litter box nearby. 

Can swim extremely well to the point of being able to free dive to 60ft but can't float to save his life.

An ancient WIP!

This one's from July 2018 - i think all of my work before then got completed come hell or high water, so I'm pretty sure I don't have a WIP that predates this.

Context: I was doing a series where I drew what I heard in songs, as one singular abstract piece. The song was 'Happy Ever After' by Foo Fighters, and I didn't complete it because I was really struggling to draw blood and roses. I still think it's pretty though.
