Im pretty sure a cultivator killed Yanli. And Jin Xixuan died because of too much resentful energy that caused wei ying to accidentaly kill his brother-in-law. Plus he made some huge sacrfice to Jiang Cheng! Gave away his golden core and he can’t even bring Suibian anymore since he can’t use it even for awhile! Plus the whole Cultivation world just looks down apon him even when he was most likely the one who led then to victory in the sunshit campain! If it wasn’t for him they would mostly lose since they didn’t have that kind of power, even if they do have the Twin Jades of Lan and ONE of the Twin heroes of Yunmeng ( which is Jiang Cheng ), still they will lose eventually. They can’t do large range attacks unless they can use arrows but that won’t be good enough and they might shoot one of their comrades, they also lack in cultivators which this is where Wei Wuxian comes in if he joined but this is not what im talking about. If he didn’t join they will all fall to the Wen’s rule over the entire Cultivation world and yet they won’t think about how Wei Wuxian helped them ALOT in the war! How ungrateful! I must say, if they were to be in Wei Wuxian’s position they would give a damn and save themselves. BUT! Wei Wuxian HELPED them and increased the cultivators with dead Wens but still a good replacement since they only focus on attacking their own fellow cultivators, but instead of getting a reward he got hate, the blame, and a bad reputation.. Can’t people try to investigate first rather than ASSUME? If they think of themselves as a “Highly-respected Cultivator” then they should act like one and have a brain. I think the only brains here is Lan Wangji and as he puts effort into investigating on what had TRULY happened. While Jiang Cheng over here is blaming Wei Wuxian for the “Murder/ loss” of HIS parents! Ahem, excuse me buster but Wei Wuxian lost his parents when he was atleast 5-6 years old and yet your like what? 15-17?! Geez and you lost your JieJie at 18-21 but heyyy! He blames the death on his brother! When IT WAS A DAMN CULTIVATOR! YOUR BELOVED JIEJIE PROTECTED WEI WUXIAN CAN’T YOU UNDERSTAND!? He may be getting alot of attention from your beloved dad but also, he may or may have not still loved Cangse Sanren but took care of her child just as she would do so! Maybe if you knew his past you would understand he’s gone through more in such a young damn age. Now that I think of it.. I personally think he sacrificed more than just a golden core at this point..
