Thank you so much for spending these 6 weeks with us; it was a great experience for the DBSS team, we had such a great time with it, we barely realized it was a school project!!!

We were so GLAD to show you the cultural differences all around the world but also to demonstrate how much at the end we were same same!!

Use 'Selfie' to Get a Date in Lund, Sweden! (DBSS#6)

From the first Episode of Get a Date in Lund, Sweden by using 'Siri' (DBSS#3), this time DBSS Team brought to you another tactic of seducing guys, by using 'Selfie'! :P

Every girl in the world has one day wondered how to get a Swedish guy or if you don't have that feeling yet, it will come, we’re telling you!!

Coming from different cultures, we have definitely DIFFERENT taste in men… but when it comes to Swedish guys we are just SAME SAME! Gosh, they’re HOT! Now here’s the thing… for foreigners it’s quite hard to read Swedish guys. They are reserved, shy and proud in the seduction area and the first move is not usually made by them. HAPPY in LUND (Official MV)

It's out, guys!

With 3-day filming, up to 30 students came to join our HAPPY moments together! Although we are from 20 DIFFERENT countries around the world, we did the SAME SAME happy dance moves. :)

We could not afford professional cameras or studio to edit this video, but hey the main idea of video is to show happiness and we did it :) International Students at Lund University, Sweden showing they are Happy too!

As there are up to 30 people in the video, it is impossible to have everyone's scenes in 1 song. But we want to include all HAPPY movements for all HAPPY people. So, you can find the below both short and full version!

In corporation with EventMasters, we created an event for international students in Lund to come and dance HAPPY all over the places in the city! Swedish commercials or the most WTF TV commercials when you don’t understand Swedish

Since we’ve been living in Sweden, we had the opportunity to come across some pretty weird TV commercials. I guess the weirdest thing for us is how come Swedes are so uneccentric and their commercials are the opposite haha but we love it!! Do you know other countries that are into this kind of TV commercials?

Drinking game #2: UK's Centurion!

In a university town, students usually party HARD! (and work HARD!! As well lol) yeah, no time to waste! Let’s get the most out of your party time.

Today we’d like to talk about UK’s drinking game, CENTURION!!, a real liver damaging game.

Rules: Players do a shot of beer every minute for 100 minutes straight. Bathroom breaks are allowed but only if you make it back before the minute’s up. Anyone that finishes 100 shots without passing out is a winner.

*Note: this game may not be particularly popular in Swedish society because they are such “responsible drinkers.” For the Americans though, if you find this game too soft, change beer with vodka (just kidding :P)

PARTY!! Drinking game #1, China

PARTY is undeniably a big part of student lives

Does your life routine go like this?

PARTY > drink > get drunk >

don’t remember > get up at friend’s room > go to class >

what’s the professor is talking about? > shit! Assignment due soon > freaked out! >

What ever, PARTY continues…

Since we have soooo many things to do, parties are supposed to be fun and worth going!! Not just playing the same old drinking games over and over again!!

Today we’d like to introduce some drinking games our friends from the Far East have taught us! They definitely were INTERESTING, you may want to try out at your party next time lol

You may notice Chinese students may not often go to parties but when they do, they do it hard!! (Probably this is why they are so smart and cannot stand non A grades in their transcripts and it explains the logic behind the game lol).

Even when drinking, Chinese plays Jiuling or the “finger-guessing game” (very mathematical based indeed)

The rule goes like this: Without showing anyone else, hold up a number of fingers (if it's between 1 and 10) or make a shape with your fingers symbolizing a number between 11 and 20. Each player then guesses the sum of all the players’ fingers (sneaky way to slip math into your drinking game). The one with the closest number stays sober that round, while all the losers drink, usually a shot of baiju (a grain-based spirit that’s a hefty 40–60% alcohol). !!

Getting to know their drinking game, there is no doubt why Chinese are so good at mathematics!!

Okay guys, drink responsibly and try to win the game!! But wait, if your friends are drunk you’ll have to take care of them instead!! Think twice :)

Hey guys!

As we all are highly (^^) educated, none of us was taught these maps back at school and what a shame! Great stuff to learn about our differences, you’ll feel definitely smarter after reading this article ;)

The red hair map

If you are into red hair people or have some kind of passion for this hair color, we would advise you to:

-Move indefinitely to Ireland

-Avoid Turkey and Greece (don’t complicate your life, there’s only 1% chance you’ll meet your red hair husband there… YEES we know he could be a tourist but come ooon haha)
